Eddie was very pleasant to work with and clearly enjoys his work. He came out the same day I called to give me a quote. I felt his price was fair. It was in the mid-range of some other quotes we had done. We were in a bit of a pinch because the company that was originally supposed to do the job never showed and, since we were selling our house, we needed to have it done right away. He did the quote on a Friday and came out the following Tue. He did an excellent job and we were very happy with his work.

These guys did a great job! Communication was great, the work quality was excellent and cleanup was the best part! They did alot of stucco work on our house which makes a giant mess but they made sure to clean everything up better than they found it!

It took approximately 1 week to complete, the salesman was very friendly and professional. They are located all the way in Chandler, but had no problem coming to Anthem to do the job. Another company refused to come to Anthem. Job was well done.

Job will be completed in about 2 weeks. First phase went very well, arrived at time stated. Very knowledgeable on stucco and our situation, cleaned up nicely when finished. Will have two more visits to complete the job, would expect the same outstanding service we have received up to this point. pat Once item needed corrected, which was done nicely and quickly. I contacted them on the 8th & they said they'd call me back with a quote that day. It's nearly a week later & I still haven't heard from them. I would consider using them though if communication was better.

They came out, gave me a good bid and did the work. It looks great. They did good work at a reasonable price. The work that they did was great.

HOA said I was responsible for damage to corner wall where water damage caused stucco to disintegrate. Eddie came to the rescue. Gave me a quote over the phone based on size of damaged area. Wall was scraped, cleaned and new stucco applied that matches texture of the old.

Very professional in terms of saying what they could do and doing their job efficiently. They know what they are doing.

GREAT! We called Eddie and told him we were in a crunch for time. He said he would come the next day at 5:00 PM to give us a bid. He showed up on time, gave us a fair bid and said he could do it the next day. All work was completed the next day, on time and his work was done very professionally. We can not tell where the patch was because he blended the stucco so well! On time! Great Price! and Great Work! We highly recommend Eddie!

Eddie was wonderful. He is a a very nice man and likes to make a deal with a handshake. The work was wonderful, and they were maticulous.

The entire experience could not have gone better. I had been very worried about how this situation of water running from my light fixture when it rained was going to be remedied. Eddie surveyed the the situation and instilled confidence in me that it could be fixed and gave me a bid and start time. He kept me apprised of the his findings and how he was going to proceed. The work was performed very professionally and finished beautifully.

It really discourages participation to require an essay to submit a review.

Eddie showed up right on time as agreed. He was very friendly and professional. He looked at the scope of the work needed and said no problem. I showed him where the slab had chipped out and he said he would fix it at no additional charge. He was a great guy to work with and did a great job on the repairs.

A recent pipe break inside my kitchen wall necessitated a stucco repair. The restoration company that remediated the water has a general contractor that works with them but I didn't want to wait two weeks with a gapping hole in my exterior wall! I saw Eddie on Angie's List and all of their happy, satisfied customers' comments and decided to contact him. Eddie was here the next day. He did the job plus a few other minor spots and was quick, tidy and nice--and the patch looks the same as the wall around it. Thanks, Eddie!

I hired AC, General Contractor to stucco, insulate, and paint my entire house. The exterior of my house looked like a disaster prior to hiring Eddie and Son Lath and Stucco. The paint was fading and three sides of the house had wood vertical panel siding. The quotes were timely and he was very patient with me as I processed how I would like to have the work done. His crew was on time, efficient, and very courteous. They also did a fine job putting everything back and the job site was clean! What a change from the norm. I would highly recommend using Eddie & Son Lath & Stucco for any job large or small. AC was very understanding and had the right attitude. I would use this service again and I would recommend him to my family and friends.

A representative of the company said he was "in the neighborhood" when I called -- I had a house visit and an estimate within an hour! The inspection was very thorough -- he found divots and cracked stucco that I had missed. He explained why previous repairs (done by us) had failed and the materials that would be used by his company. He asked if I was comfortable painting the repairs myself after the stucco cured in a week. If not, he would happily return to do the painting for an additional fee. Providing that option spoke volumes about the credibility of the company! Because I was happy to do the painting myself, I saved $150. The workmen arrived right on time and did an excellent job of filling the holes, as well as a few additional spots they found during the process. We were charged the exact amount on the estimate. Overall, very pleased with the company and their customer service.

Beautiful job and very reasonable

The follow up on the estimate was on time and competitive. The job was performed timely and consisted of 3 separate visits, lathe, scratch coat and texture coat. The column bases were shaped to match existing house and came out very nicely. Sand texture was done very well and matches the house. Overall job was great, AC was easy to work with and very responsive. Highly recommend.

They did a good job with only one exception. The color of the stucco they used for the repair was different than the color of the wall. I wish I would have known this ahead of time. We must now hire somebody to touch-up paint the wall.

AC came out the very same day to provide an estimate. We selected his company because he seemed to know what he was talking about and his price came in very competitive. The job went smoothly from start to finish. The crew was there when they said they would be, they cleaned up after themselves and the end result is fantastic! It has updated our house to look brand new. AC was very attentive whenever we had questions or concerns and sent a crew out after the job was done to fix the top of some columns that we had told them did not need to be stucco. It was a pleasure to do business with a company who wants the work and is interested in keeping their customer happy. We would highly recommnend Eddie & Son Lath and Stucco!

Owner became very defensive when he was asked to remove the painting section out of his bid. Unprofessional and unacceptable behavior is all I can say. If a meeting of mind cannot be reached with regards to the scope and price of the project just say "I am sorry this is the best we can do". Do not argue and become defensive. In this case the reviews do not reflect the reality of what I had to deal with. He was asked to leave and I was fortunate not to have deal with this company.
