Description of Work: Classy Closets designed and installed a master bedroom walk-in closet, a secondary bedroom (smaller) closet, and some garage wall storage units. | |Charity, our designer, was friendly, professional, and figured out a good custom design plan after talking to us and seeing the volume and type of things for which we need closet and garage storage space. | |The install team was also friendly and professional. They arrived promptly on schedule and immediately went to work de-installing the old closet hardware, then installing the new hardware and installing the garage storage cabinets. | |My wife and I were well satisfied with all phases of the work.

THEY BUILT A CUSTOM WALL UNIT FOR A 9 FT WALL. THEY WERE THE ONLY COMPANY THAT CAME IN WITH THEIR OWN SUGGESTIONS ON HOW TO BUILD THE UNIT. THEY WERE VERY WILLING TO MATCH ANY COMPETITORS PRICE. THEY WEREN'T THE CHEAPEST, BUT WAS WILLING TO WORK WITH US ON THE PRICE. INSTALLERS WERE VERY NEAT AND PROMPT.

I CALLED CLASSY CLOSETS IN RESPONSE TO AN ADVERTISEMENT IN THE PAPER, SHOWING A DESIGN I LIKED FOR $300. WHEN THE SALES LADY CAME SHE TRIED TO SELL ME A MORE EXPENSIVE DESIGN BUT DID COMPLY WHEN I POINTED OUT THE NEWSPAPER AD. THE WORK WAS SCHEDULED AND PERFORMED WELL AND PROMPTLY.

DAVE WHIPPLE CREATED WRITTEN PLANS FOR OUR CLOSETS AND HELPED US DETERMINE THE BEST USE OF OUR LIMITED SPACE. THE INSTALLERS WERE PROMPT, COURTEOUS AND TIDY. I'VE HAD TO CALL CLASSY CLOSETS TWICE TO HAVE MINOR ADJUSTMENTS TO THE CLOSET RODS. THEY CAME OUT WITHIN A COUPLE OF DAYS OF MY CALL AND MADE THE APPROPRIATE REPAIRS, ENCOURAGING ME TO CALL AGAIN IF ANY OTHER ISSUES ARISE.
