Exceeded our expectations. We worked with Joy from across the country (mostly via email) and she designed the most exquisite master closet, men's wardrobe and office cabinetry for our new home. The whole process from start to finish was stress and hassle free. Installation took a few days based on the amount of work we requested and the final results were amazing! We are so thrilled with Classy Closets and couldn't recommend them highly enough.

Perfect. The designer spent a lot of time with us understanding what we were trying to achieve. She had a design to us within a few days and it was exactly what we wanted. The closet was installed on the date we were promised and the install went flawlessly. We couldn't be more pleased.

Went very well. Scheduling appointments and follow up was good. Worked with Josh. Although a small job for him he was very professional and prompt. Installers were also professional and cleaned up after themselves.

The installers for Classy Closets were very professional and the completed job turned out beautifully. In the bathrooms we did hanging cabinets and I am more than happy with the finished look. We get compliments on our kitchen the minute guests walk in. Classy Closets has great variety in their options of what type of wood/ cabinets and countertops they offer and we are extremely happy with how our bathrooms and kitchen turned out. We would definitely refer our friends, family, neighbors? to go with Classy Closets for any type of remodel they are looking for. Awesome company!

I visited the showroom in Chandler, and made appointment with Robert to come look at our closet . We had design in mind, he adjusted it to fit better in closet, and a week later it was installed ... I love it.

Excellent service from beginning to end. Everyone was prompt, courteous and tidy. The installers did a beautiful job and were very attentive to details. We are very pleased with the results.

They were prompt and professional. I purchased the service from an Angie's List deal. However, they suggested modifying it to give me more usable space. Even though this cost more, I understood why it would be a better choice and never felt pressured. It was still a very reasonable cost. I was very happy with this company and would definitely recommend them.

It went well. It was a little difficult with communication upfront. However, the serviceman was very professional and I am happy with the end result. I would use them again.

Install was smooth and on time. 4 shelves were cut too small. No problem. Correct size shelves were installed within a week. Very professional. Cleaned up after themselves. Patched and painted holes from old removed shelves. I would call Classy Closets for my next closet remodel. I highly recommend Classy Closets..

They created the prettiest closet that we've ever seen that's very functional. I liked everything about them. The only thing was that the sales rep was sometimes hard to get a hold of, but then it was through Christmas, family and holidays. So I'm not sure that counts. He usually responded within 24 hours from the time I sent him an email. If we have the need, we would use them again in the future.

s The space that I wanted converted into a linen/pantry space was not exactly the size or dimensions in the promotion. I contacted Classy Closets via email to explain my project. The owner responded immediatey and Indicated that his company would work with me at the promotional price to get get my project done. A company Rep came out at the scheduled time, took measurements and set an installment time. The installers came out a week later and installed the shelving in about an hour;s time. This project was paid for through an Angies List voucher. The owner assured me that all cost would be covered through the voucher. The Rep nor Installers were aware of the payment arrangement. Each time I informed them that this work was repaid. They all took my word without hesitation and performed the services. About a week later I got a call from the Billing Dept asking about payment. I spent about a minute on the phone explaining the Angie List voucher purchase. I was called back later that day informing me all was OK. The experience was a breeze. The finished product was and is exactly want I wanted. Very pleased with everything!

Have worked wih Chris Johnson, Classy Closets over the years, on many projects, ranging from garage cabinets, to office and closet remodels and such. He has always gone out of his way to make sure we were satisified and that the job was done right. Would highly recommend him and the company, as they care about their customers and doing an exemplary job.

I had a great experience with Classy Closets. Lisa worked up a great design that would suit my needs. I could tell she was really listening to me. The closet was installed on a Saturday and the two installers did a great job. They cleaned everything up afterwards too. I love opening my closet door now!

We had an extensive remodeling job carried out on our new home and needed to have the master closet redesigned to maximize storage space. Additionally, we also needed a custom desk for our home office and finally, a large, wall to wall, floor to ceiling bookshelf as well. Pete, our salesman/designer came out and listened carefully to our needs and took extensive measurements of the areas where the custom items were to be built. He then submitted us a detailed bid which included drawings and specs for each of the items we wanted. After carefully comparing Classy Closets bids with their 3 other competitors (also we carefully read online customer reviews from various sites), we chose Classy Closets. Well done Pete! Kenna, the Ring Master/Scheduler pulled it all together for us and scheduled (unfortunately, due to a delay with our contractor, had to reschedule the bookshelf twice. Kenna, thanks so much for being so fluid and getting Collin scheduled to come back out for my bookshelf!) the install. There were two teams of installers, one for our Master Closet and bookcase and one for our custom office desk/wall unit and they were all extremely professional and friendly which was much appreciated. I especially want to thank our installer Collin for coming out to our place three times. He is a true professional (takes great pride in his work and has a fantastic work ethic) and all around great guy and is one of the reasons why Classy Closets will always have our business. Thanks Collin buddy!

We were unable to move on with the project as shortly after he came, I was injured at work and needed extensive surgery. We will likely contact him again once I am better and are finances are stable again.

The Designer Kristine was wonderful to work with from the design to picking the items and then checking back on the install. The installer was on time, fast, nice and very clean. Cleaned the entire area completely when he was finished, had me look at everything before he left to make sure I didn't have any questions about anything. We are planning on using them again to convert a bedroom in to a craft room area, Kristine has already done the design. Wonderful experience.

Lisa Strempke of Classy Closets came to our home in early March to discuss a design for a built-in office space which is just beyond our kitchen.? Lisa was extremely professional, listened as we tried to explain what we wanted and how best to go about it.? She was able to zero in on a plan that was perfect for us and within the budget we gave her.? She produced a plan in about 2-4 days and we were very happy with it.? We decided to go with Classy Closets financing plan which is issued through GE Capital.? We received approval within the day and got a phone call letting us know.? The only thing we had to do was go to Home Depot since we decided to go with a laminate top even though our kitchen counters are granite and we found a perfect compliment to our counters.? We submitted our choice to Lisa along with the handles we chose and the order was placed.? It took 4 weeks for the parts to be cut to the specifications.? We received a call from?the office that it would be installed on 4/5/14.? The installers, Terry and Walter, we're very professional, detailed, and great to work with.? They cleaned up after the installation and?had us check the work to make sure we were happy.? We were beyond thrilled.? What a relief it was to finally have something built in that will last for many, many years and is so beautiful and functional.? Lisa did a tremendous job with the design.? As soon as this project is paid for we have at least 6 more projects we want their?help with.? I highly recommend Classy Closets.

Did a great job, all that I could expect. Price was $1000 less than California Closets and they provided rounded edges and a more extensive color choice at no extra charge.
