It is beautiful. We loved everything about them. I highly recommend them.

I love my closet. It turnout wonderfully and really is an answer to a prayer for more storage space.

I have no idea how much we paid for their service but two people came out to do it and they were professional. They did an awesome job and we were very happy with them. Price wise, they were also fine.

They were done in one day, very clean and very professional. I highly recommend them for affordable closet organization. My sales person was very responsive as was the rest of the office staff. I am very please with the closets he designed and would recommend them to anyone.

Their sales rep Wesley was amazing to work with; he had great ideas, was responsive to questions and adjustments, and was very professional. Their installers were also professional, showed up on time, and did quality work.

Pete Espinoza worked with me to design the pieces and oversaw the installation. The workmanship was excellent, the pieces matched the style and color of the wood to the built in desk already in place perfectly. The finished job in the office looked as if it had all been done as one project. I respect Pete's advice and experience, he helped me to make the right decisions. I intend to call upon Pete again for additional work in my garage installing storage units. The price was very reasonable.

It went well. I was impressed that for such a small job for them they handled it quickly and professionally. I will likely use them in the future for other closet work in our home.

Salesperson made a very nice presentation, he came to our home to put together a quote. Quote was very detailed, price was around the range we had discussed prior. When we are ready to pull the trigger I am sure that we will go with this company.

Awful. Just awful. I scheduled an in-house consultation for two custom closets. No one showed up at the scheduled appointment time. I called to inquire and they were apologetic saying the appt was not in their schedule. We rescheduled the consultation a few days later. THEY MISSED THE APPT AGAIN!!! After waiting around for 15 minutes after the 2nd schedule appt, my fiancée called. They again apologized and said the appt was again not in their schedule. Once, I can understand, but twice??? We even took time off work for the second appt. These mistakes are completely unprofessional and disrespectful. They clearly did not value our time or business. It is very difficult for me to recall customer service this bad in my recent history - and I've remodeled 3 homes in the past 3 years and used many contractors and services. I will not use this company again. Based on this experience, I recommend using a company that has the basic courtesy to value your time.

They did one walk in closet, one regular closet, a small storage room in the garage, and two large cabinets in the garage itself. Very responsive and professional. Very good workmanship. A minor detail--- the belt hangers could be of higher quality. There was one mismeasurement but they came back the very next day to put in the correct shelf. Terrific!

I called on 03/19 to set up an appt. I got measured and received a quote on 03/21 from Charity. I ordered on 3/25 (appx). The new closets were installed on Monday 04/01. Pretty quick turnaround, the closets look amazing, my installers TJ & Justin were prompts, respectful, well spoken and very professional. I would do business with them again.

It went well! The consultant visited my home, and though he got lost on the way, he finally found my home. He offered some helpful advice on things to consider when designing a closet space, and helped me choose a closet system that would work for me. I was pleased enough with the service to have them do both closets instead of one closet, though the Groupon was for one closet. They gave me a quote for service, and returned within a week or two to install the closets. I love the closets and they were installed with no issues, and were just as expected. My family really enjoys them when they visit.

Classy Closets were excellent. They did a beautiful job. The quality was great. They cleaned up after themselves. Both times the guys who did the install gave us some extras that were left over from a previous job. They asked if we would like this or like that. The installers were great and cleaned up after themselves. We hardly even had to use the vacuum afterwards. They did an excellent job. The sales staff were very good. They came to our house 3 times to make sure everything was right. Helped us pick colors and then they came back afterwards to take pictures to show other clients.

Arrived timely...worked efficiently (two workers). Workers were efficient, professional, and did excellent work. Very happy with the final product.

I went on the web and asked someone to contact me and I was contacted in a matter of minutes, they came out the same day to do an estimate on my closet. I had to wait a week before they could come out and install the shelving, they were early and what they did install was installed properly. I just don't feel for what I spent I got my monies worth, and I don't really like how it was set up.

Great customer service! This was a very easy process. Installers who came to my home were very punctual (early, in fact) and courteous. A picture frame fell and broke due to their pounding on the walls and the company quickly agreed to reimburse me for re-framing the picture. Price was reasonable & I like supporting local companies.

Wonderful from start to finish. Classy Closets had installation openings in convenient times, they were on time, worked the entire time they were at our home, and finished the job with a total clean-up of materials.

The first call I made to Classy Closets was not returned. I called back and Lisa Andersen, a designer, was scheduled to come for an estimate. She measured, helped me select a finish, and agreed to match the style of our kitchen cabinets. She faxed me a design and estimate. The price was $786. (I had a $350 gift certificate from a silent auction.) The wait was long, and Lisa stopped returning my calls. I called Classy Closets and asked for a new designer, but my request wasn't honored. On the date of the install, we discovered the cabinet was 2'' too wide to fit in the space, and the doors didn't have the finish I'd specified. Lisa came back out and blamed the wood shop on the color change. Another long wait ensued. The cabinets look good, but the price was too high, and the lack of customer focus was very frustrating.

The sales person was on time and did what she said she would do. She was nice enough. The installers were great. They were on time, friendly, helpful and really wanted to be sure we were satisfied. The cost was not the lowest but also not the highest. The closet turned out great and we are very happy with it. I would use this company again.

I am impressed with Nancee and her company. I did not select this estimate because I chose a more customized installation than I originally talked about with Nancee. I would work with Nancee again.

WE HAD A VERY POSITIVE EXPERIENCE. THE DESIGNER (TRESA BROEDER) WE WORKED WITH WAS KNOWLEDGEABLE AND HELPFUL. THE INSTALLATION DATE PROMISED WAS THE DATE THAT THE WORK WAS DONE. THE INSTALLERS WERE SKILLFUL, EFFICIENT, POLITE, AND NEAT. I WOULD NOT HESITATE TO USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN.

CLASSY CLOSETS IS A LITTLE EXPENSIVE & THEY ARE A WELL-KNOWN COMPANY, SO THEY ARE PRETTY BUSY. INSTALLATION COULD BE AS MUCH AS 5 TO 8 WEEKS OUT AFTER YOU PLACE YOUR ORDER, BUT QUALITY & CUSTOMER SERVICE IS GOOD.

THE RECEPTIONIST, SALESPERSON, & INSTALLERS WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL. THEY DID EVERYTHING THEY SAID THEY WERE GOING TO DO & THE QUALITY OF THEIR PRODUCT WAS VERY GOOD. THEY WERE VERY EFFICIENT & FRIENDLY. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE!

DAVE WHIPPLE CALLED ME VERY QUICKLY AFTER I LEFT A MESSAGE TO HAVE SOMEONE CALL. HE MADE AN APPOINTMENT WITH ME FOR THE NEXT DAY. HE WAS ON TIME AND WE REVIEWED WHAT I NEEDED DONE. I ASKED WHAT THEIR LEAD TIMES WERE AND HE SAID THEY WERE QUITE BUSY, AND IT WOULD BE ABOUT A MONTH. THAT'S FINE I SAID. I NEVER HEARD FROM HIM AGAIN. IN THE MEANTIME, I CALLED CALIFORNIA CLOSETS AND...WELL THAT'S ANOTHER REPORT.

I HAD A CLOSET BUILT BY CLASSY CLOSETS WHICH CONSISTED OF A SPACE OF 10 X CUSTOMIZED THE SPACE WITH SHELVES AND HANGING RODS.THE WORK CAME OUT VERY WELL AND I WAS HAPPY WITH RESULTS.
