The job was done as estimated, but as they finished I didnt feel they did much for "my problem". So I asked the boss, who was waiting in the truck, to approve it and that I would feel more confident if he did so. He then asked his working to remove more and reseal again. Afterwards I was okay with the job and paid him. Whether my problem is fixed...I won't really know until it rains heavy. Which only comes about twice a year.

We are not finished yet. We are still working on getting Aluma Line to fix their problem. If not then Chandler Roofing will fix it. This was Chandler Roofing idea as they said it would save us money!!!!

I contacted them for an estimate on some broken tiles. I heard back from them and scheduled a date (2-3 weeks out). They were wonderful at responding to my request for an estimate, but another company with more availability did the work.

Very professional. They set up an appointment for the repairs, came on time and completed the work quickly. Nice people to do business with.

The job went very well, Chandler Roofing had to search roof tile "boneyards" to find the type and color tile to match my home's. They found the match and purchased it without any money upfront. Arrived on time with a big crew, and finished the job quickly. Cleaned up the site and left the unused roof tiles for future repair.

They returned the calls right away, they came 3 days early (called first), very polite and very nice.

I was very happy with the job they did because they were friendly and were right on time to do the work. My roof looks great and they were just so professional about everything. The price was very good too.

He was very knowledgeable; he knew exactly what the problem was just by me explaining it to him over the phone. The owner came to do the inspection and he was early. which was great. He inspected and mailed me a quote and I mailed the contract back signed, because they do everything through the mail. They called me and set up an appointment the next day. It only took about an hour and he left and sent me a bill and I was ready to pay for it then. He was very reasonable and professional.

It seems to be very good. There has been no hard rain yet, but so far it has been good. They were here on time and the work was more important to me than the price, so they were a little higher than others. I am pleased with their work, it looks nice and has not had any problems. The crew was a small one but were professional and what I expected they worked hard and finished and cleaned up very well and left.

Excellent. They matched the existing shingles perfectly and weren't afraid to do the work even though my dogs were out.

When I called to schedule, Kindra was very helpful. We were able to set up an initial time that worked for us. Butch came out to do an estimate. We had scheduled for 4:00 P.M and he called to say he could come out at 9:00 A.M which worked for us. He looked at the metal roof and stated that it looked fine. He then got up on the flat roof, assessed the situation and then described the possible leaking spots on the roof. He stated he could do the repairs right then for $150. He completed the work, I gave him a check and he said that Kindra would be sending an invoice. As it has not rained since I can't comment on the effectiveness, but he appeared competent and confident that he had identified the spot needing attention. They guarantee their workmanship for two years, so I assume if there are problems they will address them.

I called them on the 26th of March and they said it would take a little while to get to me. They set up the appointment with me for the 11th of April. I called the morning of the appointment and verified that they would be at my home at 4. I sat around waiting for them, but no one showed up or called. I haven't heard anything from them today either. I'm very disappointed, especially after reading their other reviews.

I was always able to reach someone in person. The estimate appointment was timely and accurate. Although they had to reschedule the actual work for a day later than planned due to weather, they called well in advance. The job site was left so clean, I didn't realize they had been there until I looked more closely. They weren't able to evaluate if any deck boards needed replacement until they got the tiles off the roof. They didn't need to replace any which saved us money. They were professional, friendly, and affordable.

We called because we saw a water spot on our ceiling. It did take a couple of weeks to get someone out but I know they are busy. The estimator came out and went up on the roof to look for the problem. He said that the roof looked fine and there was no leak. Instead, a drain plug for the air conditioner was probably plugged, which caused water to back up. He was very professional and honest. Instead of arranging for service that we did not need, he honestly told us that there was no need for service. If he had told us we needed work done we were prepared to pay to have it done. Instead there was no charge for the visit. In the future if we do need roof work, this will be the first and only place we will call.

They performed as promised in all matters, including appointment times, quote, and service.

The work was performed during the day while I was away at work. The weekend before work was to begin the materials were delivered and set up on the roof. On the following Monday work began and it was finished by Tuesday evening. The debris was pretty well cleaned up on the grounds around the house. The bill arrived two days later and was for the agreed upon figure. The office manager Kidra was responsive to my questions and available by phone whenever I called.

Wow, what a great company!! About 2 years ago, 4 tiles fell off my roof and I've had difficulty finding a reputable company to make the repair with matching tile for a decent price. Since Chandler Roofing was recommended on this site, I gave them a call. Butch came out on Monday for a quote, and he performed the work on Friday. The tile matches perfectly, and the extra repairs I asked to have done were completed perfectly as well. I have several neighbors who need roof repairs, and I will be highly recommending this company to them. It's so nice to find a company that does good work for a fair price.

THEY DEFIANTLY WERE PUNCTUAL. I LIKED THE FACT THE MAN THAT WE TALKED TO IN THE BEGINNING CAME OUT TO OVERSEE THE PROJECT, AND THAT THE PRICE WAS REASONABLE. THEY ARE VERY TRUSTWORTHY.

The owner of the company and three workers arrived on time, introduced themselves, and the owner stayed with the workers all of the time. They worked quickly and competently. There was minimum noise and the area was cleaned up completely when the men were finished. They let me know when they were finished, somewhat before the time estimated,and accepted the check, and said goodbye. The job was done as per our agreement and the men were competent and the site was left clean. Nothing more was expected;I am very pleased.

I called to request an estimate on my roof repair, and because they were booked, they scheduled Butch to give me an estimate a month later. The woman I spoke with seemed very knowledgeable about roofing. When the day came for my appointment, Butch called about 45 minutes late to tell me he was sorry he was late, but he was on his way. He was very helpful, polite, and gave me some helpful hints for possible future problems. I was very satisfied with the service and price.

Butch came out to do the estimate. He was on time and very courteous. While looking at the garage roof I mentioned the fascia that also needed repair. He told me at that point that he couldn't do the work for me because his carpenter was booked up. It was refreshing to have someone tell me they weren't able to do the job rather than try to estimate it and do a poor job.

Roof was damaged during an exceptionally severe summer monsoon season. The estimate was done in a timely manner but it took a few weeks to get the work done (they said due to high demand). However, when the crew came out they were right on time, very efficient, polite, and did a good job of cleaning up the area when they were finished. It's been several months and the roof hasn't leaked.

I AM AN ELDERLY SINGLE WOMEN WHO IS VERY SKEPTICAL WHEN IT COMES TO HIRING A COMPANY TO DO WORK I KNOW NOTHING ABOUT. THE OFFICE STAFF WAS SO KIND AND REASSURING I FELT COMFORTABLE WITH THEM FROM THE BEGINNING. BUTCH CAME OUT TO MY HOUSE AND GAVE ME A PRICE AND EXPLAINED TO ME WHAT NEEDED TO BE DONE. I HAD ANOTHER COMPANY COME OUT AND GAVE ME A QUOTE BEFORE THEM THAT WAS MUCH MUCH HIGHER. I WOULD HAVE BEEN TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF HAD I GONE WITH THE OTHER COMPANY. THEY DID THE WORK IN A TIMELY MANNER CONSIDERING IT WAS MONSOON SEASON AND WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL. THEY ARE DEFINITELY WORTH WAITING FOR. IT IS COMFORTING TO KNOW THERE ARE STILL GOOD HONEST BUSINESS MEN OUT THERE LIKE MR. BARNES. KNOW YOU CAN TRUST THIS COMPANY. IF I HAVE ANY ROOF ISSUES IN THE FUTURE, I WILL CALL THEM AND ONLY THEM. A FRIEND TOLD ME ABOUT ANGIE'S LIST A FEW WEEKS AGO. I WANT TO LIST MY EXPERIENCES WITH THE COMPANIES I'VE DONE BUSINESS WITH SO OTHERS CAN HIRE THEM WITH CONFIDENCE AS I HAVE.

BECAUSE OF HEAVY RAINS THIS YEAR, THE ROOFERS WERE ALL INUNDATED WITH WORK, SO IT WAS DIFFICULT TO EVEN FIND ANYONE TO RETURN OUR CALLS REQUESTING ESTIMATES. CHANDLER ROOFING DID RESPOND, LETTING US KNOW HOW SOON THEY COULD GIVE US AN ESTIMATE AND START THE JOB, THEN FOLLOWED THROUGH AS PROMISED. THEIR BID WAS LOWER THAN MOST, EVEN SUGGESTING WAYS TO SAVE US MONEY. THEIR WORK WAS EXCELLENT AND PROFESSIONAL. CLEANUP WAS METICULOUS, AND THEIR OFFICE STAFF WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. WE WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE LOOKING FOR AN EXPERIENCED, CONSCIENTIOUS ROOFING COMPANY.
