I had a leak. I had someone else come out 3 different times who could not find the problem area. I called chandler roofing. He listened to me and was able to find and fix the problem.

We noticed one night when it was raining that my husband's side of the bed was wet. It had been slightly raining but we did not realize what really might be wrong. Then in the night when the storm hit, my husband woke up to water dripping in his face from the ceiling cam light opening. We turned other lights on and found the paint around the cam light to be bulging and water dripping continuously. Needless to say, towels and releasing the bulge drained the immediate problem. We checked Angie's list the next day and called two A rated companies. The other company never returned our call. Our phone call from Chandler Roofing was returned that same day and the owner was able to come by later that day. He explained what he thought was the problem and stated what he proposed. He said he would send a proposal right away. The proposal came within days, was what he had stated and since we had no other contacts we signed it and returned it. His crew called about a week later after things had dried out, showed up the same day during the time framework that they gave me and rang the doorbell. They were given access to the back yard as well as the front and within less than an hour, the work was completed. We have had rain since then with no problems. We could not have asked for better service, professionalism and quality for a reasonable price. Outstanding company.

Chandler Roofing showed up on time for the estimate and provide the estimate shortly after the appt. Pricing is reasonable for a small job. Work was done on time and was professional. We would use Chandler Roofing again and would recommend their service.

Butch came out to estimate the job right on schedule. A day later I received the estimate via email, and sent back my acceptance. The following Monday, again right on schedule, Butch showed up with his crew and accomplished the repairs in short order. This is the second time I've used Chandler Roofing. Both experiences were excellent in terms of cost and service.

Sent pictures of roof tile damage and got a quote within hours. Mix up in scheduling and they re- scheduled to come and repair when I was available. Very impressed with the front office and how they managed to work to my schedule. Work was completed on time and at the quotes price. Price could have been better (less), but I paid for excellence and promptness in addition to the professional repair of the broken and cracked roof tiles.

Butch and his office staff are very friendly but I was disappointed with the quality of the work. This was a very small job, maybe 8-12 tiles slipping down the roof leaving gaps in coverage and 2-3 missing tiles that needed to be replaced. The job took three visits to complete. After the first visit I complained that there were still a couple tiles out of place leaving gaps in the roof coverage and there was still a missing tile that had not been replaced. On the second visit they replaced the missing tile with a spare tile I left for them but did not fix the gaps from the tiles that were still out of place. On the third visit I was home and talked with Butch. Butch indicated that the tiles were just placed on the roof and were not fastened down so they would probably slip down again in another 2-3 years. For $500 I was expecting a more permanent solution than just kicking the tiles back into place! To Butch's credit he got some caulking and secured the tiles on the third visit.

Everything went great. My roof isn’t leaking anymore. They always on time and very responsive. Great with communicating. I would use them again. They were great about squeezing me into there schedule. I thought there pricing was very reasonable.

Chandler Roofing was great to work with. We handled all paperwork through email as well as scheduling. My initial contact with Chandler Roofing was about May 10th, I had a detailed proposal by May 13 and the work was completed by about May 18. I consider this to be very responsive. The missing tile were replaced and match the existing tile very well. This was a mimimum charge proposal, so Tim also had all loose tile in the area secured as part of the service.

Butch came out to the house and did a good inspection of the roof. He was very honest and staightforward. His price was the best we received. The only reason we didn't go with him was because he couldn't get to the job for a month and we didn't want to wait that long and risk more interior damage.

They came by to provide a quote. He was late but he at least notified me. The quote was about $900 more than the insurance provided for the re-roof and about $1000 more then another qualified competitor. I won't be using them since the price is too high.

I called Chandler Roofing and was received by a gal who was happy to schedule a free estimate. After receiving 3 other repair estimates I decided I would have Chandler Roofing generate one for me. I appreciated receiving the information via email where I can read all the clearly defined details. When I needed a bit more clarification on my estimate I was emailed a revised version within a day. I was called about a week later with the crew ready to make my 3 hour repair- they arrived on time, performed the work flawlessly and even helped out a neighbor who had some of his roof tiles a bit loose. Thanks a bunch Chandler Roofing!!

Terrible they would lie to me each time I called and say they were going to do something and never came. They might sound sincere on the phone but they must of thrown my info away as soon as they hung up because I never received an estimate.

Called for an estimate. They drove by the house and emailed me a quote that was $500 less than a competitors quote. They did the repairs while I was at work and their communication was excellent. I knew before I got home that they had run out of tile and would have to finish the next day. Quality of the work is excellent and I can't tell where the repairs were done - it blends in perfectly. I referred a friend to them a few months later and they were significantly less expensive, super friendly, and did a great job.

I called Chandler Roofing after I discovered a roof leak after the large storms we had in Jan 2010. They told me upfront that there were a lot of calls after the storms and that it would be approx. 2 weeks before they could get inspect my roof. Within 2 weeks they inspected the roof and gave my a very fair estimate and timeframe for repairing the leak and replacing 20 roof tiles. They called and said they could get to my house sooner than planned if that was okay. They showed up and did the work quickly, cleaned up after themselves and billed me exactly what they had estimated. We've yet to have any heavy rain since the repairs were made, so I will update the report if there are any further roof problems, but Chandler Roofing was a pleasure to work with and very reliable.

Contacted us right away, made inspection without a charge then did the work on another day. Quality work and did not over charge.

Wind storm took some tiles off the roof. Butch, the "stud duck" at Chandler Roofing, came over and gave me an estimate on the same day I called for service. The estimate was accepted, and we scheduled the work, even though I was leaving town for a few weeks. During my absence the work was completed, and I was apprised of the progress by Kindra, the office manager, via email. When I returned I inspected the work and found it to be excellent. Additionally, I found that the workers had left a few matchintg tiles in the event of future problems. A top-notch experience for me. My daughter is currently experiencing a roof-leak problem, and she has Chandler Roofing on the case!

They are excellent. The leak is gone. You don't have to supervise them every minute; they're very reliable. They're good with clean-up.

It took a while for Butch to come out, however he is worth the wait. It is a small one man operation. He is very honest and he does good work. He backs all of his work with a warranty. We had a storm and one of the repairs started leaking, so I called him up and he came back out no questions asked. He has since found the leak and we have had no problems since.

It went very well with friendly and courteous service done punctually. Nice peoplle. Actually returned two months later when a subsequent tile fell from back of house and there was no charge.

Showed for estimate same day as call. Returned to do work 2 weeks later. Work satisfactory.

What a professional company! Customer service was impeccable. Absolutely would recommend.

They were very professional and did everything accordingly: they showed up on time, they were quick with the work and all in all I was very pleased with their service.

They were very good. The owner came out and did an estimate. The estimate was right on. They found some tiles that matched mine even though they were out of date.

Every time it rains, my roof still leaks. I am hoping it rains again in the next couple of weeks before the warranty runs out so he can fix it for free. They have been out several times.
