Description of Work: Brian was recommended to us by the real estate agent that is handing the sale of our home... we have the original carpet (from 1996) in our home and although it is high quality, there were some very scary areas where there is high traffic. Brian scrubbed everything and made the whole home much more presentable... I originally had hopes that he would clean it well enough to prevent prospective buyers from being turned off. the actual result was the carpet shows well enough that people are very surprised that it is the original and comment that we must take very good care of the carpet (sadly that is not true). Several years ago we had one of the national chains come in on a special offer to clean and they were cheap, but not very successful, commenting that the carpet was pretty much worn out. Description of Work: Even though he was booked solid, he made time for us to have our carpets cleaned on short notice. He was honest and very thorough! The price did not change and he did not try to sell us anything more than we Originally planned. Our off white carpets looked new and we have been very happy with Bradley Carpet Cleaning! This was our second time to use him and we would highly recommend him again!

Description of Work: Brian responded quickly and thoroughly to my request for an estimate. He took the time to write a very thorough description of his cleaning process, and offered to split the job into two days to precent upsetting the household routine. I hired him because I like the care he took in replying to my questions. Brian scheduled my carpet cleaning at the end of a day to get my house ready for guests before the weekend. He was professional, but friendly and took carefully assessed the condition of my carpet before starting. He was pleasant and courteous. The next morning, when my carpet was dry, I noticed an area that needed additional attention. I called Brian and he answered immediately. He was back at my house within an hour. He wasn't satisfied with how the carpet turned out, so he completely recleaned my entire house. Not just the room I called about. Now my carpet looks great, and I can feel certain it has been cleaned thoroughly. Brian stands behind his work. I highly recommend him.
