Bradley Carpet Cleaning is super responsive and has cleaned carpet in both my home and rental properties for years. Great pricing always, starts with detailed black-light evaluation of carpet. Carpet gets much cleaner than other providers I've used over the years, including some large national chains. Provided detailed recommendations on carpet care, including potential warranty issues with using specific vacuum cleaners. Great company, plan on continuing to use for future needs.

Owner was prompt and courteous. It was a little pricey compared to providers I have used in the past, but he did a WAY better job cleaning my carpets! The last person we hired did our whole house in about an hour, which is less time than it takes me to vacuum it, and we could tell it wasn't very clean. Bradley carpet spent about three hours working on just the carpet downstairs, using both the rotovac and the wand, and we were thrilled with the results. Looked clean, smelled clean! He was very conscientious about cleaning any spots he found, and pointed out problems that he could not fix (a bleach spot, wear patterns). Would definitely hire Bradley Carpet again!

I have a couple of french bulldogs... and they are both male. We are very happy with Bradley Carpet Cleaner's process, attention to detail, and thorough knowledge of how to use various chemicals and tools to really clean carpet and upholstery stains. Customer service is outstanding. For our carpet and upholstery, we always call Bradley's.

Bradley was kind and courteous from the beginning to the end of servicing our carpet. We had two areas in our home where our elderly dog had soiled the carpet leaving a strong urine smell. Bradley actually got on his hands and knees to smell the carpet to ensure that he treated the areas properly. We were lucky and the areas were pretty small. Bradley not only cleaned those areas but educated me on how to properly remove these odors in the future if it were to happen again. Bradley also cleaned both carpets and they looked great. The odors are completely gone which saved me from a costly replacement. I can't speak highly enough about Bradley and his professionalism on resolving my issues.

The service went well. I actually ended up using them a couple times after the deal. The staff was very professional and they did a great job. Their technicians were friendly and I had no problem scheduling with the company at all.

Brian was awesome! He was very thorough and it was obvious that he takes a lot of pride in his work.. we thought are carpets were beyond repair but they look SO SO much better! I'm really glad that we called them before shelling out a ton of $$ for new flooring. At one point, he asked if I wanted to see the results (side-by-side / dirty vs. clean)... it was amazing! Who knew our carpets were WHITE!?? lol Long story short, I was really impressed and will definitely use them again!

I've been using Bradley Carpet Cleaning for over 4 years now. I did not know he was on Angie's List until now. He does an exceptional job and is very professional. Not to mention that his equipment is great, and leave our carpets super clean and almost dry! I've never had a complain for him. I've referred my friends to him and they all love his work. Oh and his prices are very affordable ! No surprises or last minute add-ons.

I called Bradley Carpet Cleaning on Friday morning hoping to get my carpet and rugs cleaned that afternoon - I know, very short notice.... my wife also thinnks I'm impatient. Anyway, I spoke with a very friendly, courteous and efficient woman who explained same day service was not possible for Friday, but, to my pleasant surprise, Brian could be there first thing Saturday morning. The appointment was for 8:30am, Brian knocked on the door at 8:25. He came in, inspected the situation, gave a very detailed discussion about how best to approach the cleaning process. He also shared exactly what equipment he would be using and what the outcome should be. We agreed upon the final price and he started right away. The carpets look near new again (they are only two years old) and the rugs are cleaner than they have been in a very long time. I am a particular customer and expect services performed to be as advertised and done professionally. Brian and Bradley Carpet Cleaning Service provided a service and cleaning result far above my expectations. I absolutely will call them again when needed and strongly recommend their service to others.

Bradley Carpet cleaning cleaned the vomit from the carpet and treated the area with special chemicals. The carpet shows absolutely no sign of having been vomited on (red vomit to boot) and there is no smell! Timely, professional, high quality, and very reasonable. I have lived in my house for 25 years, it is so nice to have found a carpet cleaning service that is so responsive, responsible, and of such quality. I have tried many others in the past and have been disappointed.

He came to my house on time and discussed each room and what he would do to combat the pet odor and stains. He was very honest what he could do and what to expect. He spent 3.5 hours at my home getting my carpets clean. I would definitely recommend him to a friend.

They arrived on time, were very professional, provided information regarding the process they use and assisted with small moves of furniture. These carpets were replaced in 2004 and they look just as new as the day they were installed. I have had them cleaned by other companies and their service does not compare to the quality of Bradley Carpet Cleaning Service. At the last minute, I inquired if they could clean my kitchen area chairs and they had no problem with this last minute request while they were here and their charge per chair as minimal to other quotes that I have received from other companies. I will definitely being using them for all my carpets cleaning needs in the future.

He is extremely professional and deeply passionate about his business. He provided advice, pointers and his expertise on how to keep our carpets sparkling clean. He took our dungy carpets and made them look brand new again! We never have to look for carpet cleaners ever again and this makes us VERY happy. Brian, the owner operator, showed up exactly when scheduled and measured the rooms I wanted cleaned, then gave me a price. Brian took the time to explain each step of the process and even showed me how to clean my tile when I asked about tile cleaning. The three step process that was used works very well (see Bradley's website for details) and it is amazing how thick my carpet feels now; like it was new again eventhough it is eleven years old. What can I say, if you want a quality job done at a reasonable price I would not hesitate to use Brian Bradley's carpet cleaning service.

He came in and treated all stained areas. Very carefully, he went over the entire carpets in all the rooms. My husband and I are very clean but we do have an occasional stain from a coffee spill or makeup. He did a great job and we have found no one that can do the job he does! He is very professional and respectful of your furniture and belongings. He goes the extra mile for you!

I've used Bradley Carpet Cleaning before and loved the work that he did as well as his work ethic. He did not disappoint this time either. He is not the cheapest carpet cleaner you'll find, but his prices are definitely competitive. I've also learned that with carpet cleaning, you get what you pay for. He cleans the carpet like he's cleaning his own house. We purchased three homes that we were preparing for rental. In one, the pet urine smell was obvious. In another, the home prep crew actually recommended that we replace the carpet. In all three, he did an absolutely fantastic job. I was impressed with the results. The carpets looked (and smelled) great! I'll continue to use him in the future because I know that I'm getting the best cleaning possible.
