Description of Work: They did stairs and two bedrooms. The technician was extremely thorough and told me exactly what to expect and the price up front. I was happy with every aspect of the company and would definitely use them again.

Description of Work: Carpets have NEVER been this clean. The expert use of rotary equipment just cannot be matched by using other "handheld" tools.The Hot water extraction process of cleaning, used for the first time on our 10+ year old carpet, provided an excellent result. My wife and I are both very happy with the results. |On a personal note I would like to point out that Mr. Bradley does whatever you ask him to do without hesitation. My wife and I will recommend him to anyone with complete assurance.

Description of Work: Brian Bradley showed up on time and ready to answer all our questions. He analyzed what we needed and helped us stay within our budget - no pressure to do more areas or use any "add ons". He carefully cleaned 170 sq ft. of carpet and scrubbed 200 sq ft. of tile. The floors look great and Brian gave us lots of good advice on the care and maintaince of our surfaces. It was a pleasure to have Bradley Carpet Cleaning do this job. Brian is very knowledgeable and he takes great pride in his business and keeping his customers happy. We will be glad to recommend them and use Bradley ourselves in the future.

Collected coupons of family-owned carpet/tile services for 6 months, checking yelp, google, yahoo reviews. Husband is former law enforcement so his stipulation: city or state business (& chemical) license/fingerprint bonded/liability insured. Attended 2 home shows to interview, research variety of methods & pricing, noticed several vendors signage "Angie's List". Vendors $/per square foot varies greatly. | |Wasn't looking for cheapest price but also realize just because one pays top dollar doesn't guarantee best service. Came across Bradley's Carpet reviews previously, intrigued by use of rotary scrubber/extractor as opposed to hard metal wand most carpet/tile cleaner use. Initially on higher end of pricing, however, Bradley's one of only two-out-of-six called, willing to come out to measure accurately. | |Most just want to quote over phone by square footage, some quote "by area" so 600sf great room encompasses a kitchen w/island bar, breakfast nook, dining room, tv/living area & foyer would be counted as 5 areas! Online reviews caution about these type: be prepared for addl trip charges or "situational" charges, aggressive up-selling - & bad attitudes if customer balks or declines. | |Thought i had done due diligence, made appt for 2 weeks out, then happened upon several daunting reviews for the company scheduled. Promptly cancelled and joined Angie's List, where i found over 80 positive only 2 negative for Bradley Carpet Cleaning. | |Brian & Chris from Bradley Carpet Cleaning arrived promptly, discussed all the surfaces/chemicals & expectations, measured/priced, tested, & got busy! | |Husband & I count it VERY well-worth the cost for efficiency & DONE RIGHT THE FIRST TIME. Daughter-In-Law has been wanting 700sf of tile/grout cleaning so we scheduled it the following week as a birthday gift. Even though a housekeeper comes every 3 weeks, Brian did an impeccable job on 10-year-old tile/grout & sofa/chair/ottoman cushions. She is thrilled & referring a friend from work! | |We then scheduled a small return trip for Brian to clean a velvet storage bench, two linen reversible chair cushions & linen reversible chaise cushion. To our surprise they arrived & did it gratis. We would of course recommend them whether they had or not. Can't beat the professionalism from Bradley Carpet Cleaning. | | | |

Description of Work: Apparently, according to the office gal that answered the phone, my job was too small or residence was too limited because they said they couldn't get their equipment into my 1500 square foot home. I was shocked at this comment. They referred me to their "friend's" carpet cleaning service which I found no listing for or any such company listed. I feel this is a "bait and switch" tactic and that others should be aware that I was treated this way.

Description of Work: OMG!!!! What a fantastic job, unbelievable how good my carperts look now. I have lived in this house for 11 years now and believe the original carpets are still in this house. After Brian cleaned them with some state of art cleaning device I called the terminator and pre treated the complete carpeted area my carpet looks better than the day I moved in back in 2000. If you don't choose Brian to clean your carpets your not going to get the best and professional job available. Thanks Brian

Description of Work: We have carpeting in three bedrooms that were in dire need of a good cleaning. When we purchased our home last year, there were stains and dirt that could not be moved even with the help of the professional equipment we had rented. One room had a large brown stain as you entered the doorway and another room had been through the ringer from occupying a toddler. Brian came to my home and in a matter of hours, not only had he thoroughly cleaned the carpets, he had completely removed the stains so that the carpets looked brand new.
