Carpets were cleaned very well. Got out 3-4 years of stains and dirt. Made them looks great.

They explained to us that the people that have previously lived in the home had burnt portions of the carpet with ashes. They did a good job. I felt comfortable with them being in my home while I left to go to work.

I found Bradley Carpet Cleaning through Angie's List. I called and set up an appointment. We discussed what rooms would be included on the special. I was so impressed with his vacuum that I went out and bought one just like it. The cleaner that he used was very refreshing and I really felt like my carpet was really clean for the first time. I told him I would definitely have him return to clean the rest of the carpet in our home. Very personable and nice to work with. Thanks again Bradley!!

The company came in and cleaned all carpets perfectly. Very informative and cautious. Put door stops all around the house so the hoses wouldn't scuff my walls.Couldn't have had a better experience.

Brain came in (after giving me his business card) and assessed all the areas (stains, any pet accidents, etc) , and measured for the extra room charges. (and he was great with our dog!) Then he set up his equipment, being sure to protect corners and other areas. Then he proceeded to efficiently clean the carpets. We did a walk around he when was done and made sure I was satisfied - which I was!

Brian was great! He called immediately after the deal purchase period to set up an appointment. He changed HIS schedule on Thanksgiving weekend and came on Sunday to accommodate MY schedule. My carpet was filthy with dog hair, dirt, chew-bone goo, and who-knows-what-else ground in. Brian described the cleaning process, how long it would take, and how long it would take to dry. He and vacuumed most of the dog hair up then applied de-odorizer then steamed the carpet to geteverything else. No more dog hair, no more dog smells. I was happy, my dog was not. BUT Brian did a great job and was professional in every way. I would definitely call his again to de-dog my carpet!

Brian is very friendly and a true professional at what he does. I purchased the $65 deal after reading the reviews here on Angie's List, and couldn't be happier with my decision. After purchasing the deal, Brian contacted me immediately to set up an appointment. On the scheduled day, he arrived on time and ready to begin. After he did a walkthrough of the entire house, he took me through the house, explained what he observed and how he could remove the stains. He then adjusted the square footage to make best use of the allotted square footage in the Angie's List deal, and then gave an excellent quote for the remaining footage (after offering to clean the carpet in the closets). After he completed the job, he explained what he had done and offered some advice for the future care of the carpet. I was pleasantly surprised to see that a large paint stain had been easily removed, and he even threw on some extra cleaning agents to ensure the stain would continue to pull out of the carpet. He also explained that he had used a peroxide solution and suggested that I keep my cats away from the area to avoid hurting their paws. Before leaving, he offered to come back out if I wasn't pleased with the job. Needless to say, I won't need him to come back out. The carpet looks fantastic and I am EXTREMELY pleased with the service I received. I highly recommend Bradley Carpet Cleaning and will be using their service when needed in the future. Brian arrived early and went right to work. He was friendly and accommodating. He spent whatever time was necessary to make sure the job was done right using multiple pieces of equipment and stain/spot removers. The carpet being cleaned was in a short sale condo and was an absolute mess. He was able to make it look cleaner than I thought possible. I will definitely use him again.

Brian, was very personable and shared with me all that he would be doing. He spent 2 hours cleaning the rooms and also removed an old stain that other companies were unable to do. Great guy and takes pride in his work! Highly recommended!

Brian arrived on time, gave us a price we couldn't refuse for the carpets in our home sorely in need of attention. Two cats let us live with them, and they are not as careful with our carpets as are we. Brian first vacuumed (he brought his), then treated the many little spots which needed extra attention. We had many questions, and Brian was generous with his answers and gave us suggestions we hadn't thought of regarding the future care of our carpets and tile. During the cleaning process the door must remain open, and we had concerns about our indoor furry friends escaping, but Brian suggested that we keep them closed in one room which he would clean last, and this worked out fine. Our carpets are now clean and sweet smelling and after much sniffing, passed approval by the four-legged creatures as well as us. Great job, Brian!

Mr. Bradley arrived right on time and thoroughly assessed my house, giving me a price quote. I showed him a particularly difficult stain (maraschino cherry juice) which I was convinced he would not be able to remove as it was several years old and had been cleaned by myself as well as other professional cleaners that were unable to remove. He said that he would like to try to remove it and would only charge me the extra cost if he was successful. He was able to remove approximately 90% of the stain but still would not charge me for it. I had been using the same cleaners for years for myself and my in-laws. The condition of our carpets were just getting worse every year. He was able to find problem areas we were unaware of (dog urine) and remove them so well. He worked from 8:00am to 5:30 pm cleaning my house as well as my in-laws. He didn't even stop to eat lunch! He was polite, kind and knowledgeable, sharing tips along the way. I will definitely be using his services from now on. Our carpets look amazing!!

Brian Bradley was 5 minutes EARLY!! for the appointment to clean my carpet. AND the carpets have never been this clean. Brian was thorough, friendly, efficient and answered all my questions. I learned an amazing amount of information about carpets and keeping them clean. I highly recommend Bradley Carpet Cleaning. This was the most enjoyable service call I have had in years. My finicky wife was very impressed by the results. A win win.

Brian took the time to talk to me first, determine what areas I was most concerned with and even took care to make sure my pets were not going to run out the door while he was running the carpet equipment. On time, effective, and takes pride in the work performed. Exceeded my expectations, especially for the amount spent. I felt like I got at least $100-125 worth of carpet cleaning for the $75 I spent.

Brian Bradley is the consumate professional! I contacted Brian after seeing all the great reviews here on Angie's List. Brian was very friendly and informative on the phone. He came out to provide me with a very competitive estimate. I retained Brian and he also recommended another contractor, Tom Arnold to stretch the carpet in my home. Tom did a great job and then Brian cleaned the carpet. Brian did an amazing job and our carpet looks great! I highly recommend Bradley Carpet Cleaning.

The big deal is an awesome value and Brian does a fantastic job. I had friends stop by and they were also impressed and will use him to clean their carpets.

Brian arrived on time and assessed the areas that were stained. He treated them with an enzyme as our pet had had some health issues messed up the carpets. He was very thorough and the carpets look new again!

We got to talking about a whole lot of stuff and even personal stuff. We made an appointment and he came out. He was very quick but he was also very friendly. I just liked the guy. He was prompt. I have a dog and I didn’t want a lot of things going down on my carpet that would hurt her. He explained everything that he did and what he was going to do. He explained what he was doing. He was just very good and very friendly and yet he was very quick and efficient. He was just a great guy and I would recommend him to anybody. He seemed very professional to me. I’ve got several of his business cards. I would use his services again in the future.
