Masking and clean up was excellent. The paint quality was excellent. Work was finished on schedule. I have nothing but praise for this company.

Joe Campbell came and gave me an estimate which was in-line with others. That was the end of my good experience with them. I never saw or heard from him again, he told me to call the office with problems! They were late to start! They finished late! They had to come back and re-do trim, which they did half assed and in-complete. I will be doing about 30 feet on my own so I don't have to see them again! They left the biggest mess all over my property that you could imagine. It took over 3 hours to clean up, WHICH I DID! I asked the guys left to clean it up, but they didn't speak English and then tried to rake up all the paint chips everywhere which made a bigger mess. They painted the decorative brick, which I asked them NOT TO on my chimney. They dripped Dap and paint all over my pavers! They used my stuff (hoses and nozzles) and got paint and Dap on them! They killed at least 10 square feet of my lawn when they cleaned stuff on it! See "work performed" for the rest of this.

A sales person came over the day after I called. He provided a printed quote on the spot.They were able to start the job according to my desired time line. The crew was friendly and professional. They estimated that it would take two days to do the work, but it ended up taking an extra half day (this was not a problem). They brought all of the correct paint colors I specified. They leaked a bit of paint into some of the floor tile grout. When I called to advise, they came by within days to remove. Good company - I will consider them again when I need exterior painting.

Our estimator, Joe Campell arrived a few minutes early for the appointment. He did a thorough survey and came in and printed up an in-depth estimate and work order. He was great-very professional. The estimate was right in the price range we were expecting so we went ahead and signed the contract and scheduled the work for for 5/18 and 5/19/07. The crew was one half day late in getting started on 5/18/07. They were supposed to start at 7:00 AM but didn't get started until noon. After we followed up and checked, we did get word that they were running late but would be there to start at noon which they were. They did the exterior prep work on Friday afternoon and returned Saturday morning to start the painting. They worked throughout the day and were finished by 4:00 PM. They did a good job and painted our exterior security door at our request even though that was not part of the original work order. All in all it was pretty painless experience and went smoother than we expected.

The experience went very well. The Painting Company was quick and timely about preparing a bid and the work was scheduled within a week of me making a call to accept the bid. The work was completed in one day and the crew was very good about cleaning up after themselves. They matched the paint color extremely well.

Excellent job! A crew of two men worked 3 days to prepare and paint my house utilizing 3 colors. I was impressed by the level of energy displayed in oppressive 110+ heat. They were responsive in attending to completion of details pointed out upon completion of the job and the finished product was as close to perfect as humanly possible. I am completely satisfied and enjoy the compliments of my neighbors. I will use The Painting Company again to paint my two rental houses and will request Mauricio as my painter/foreman. I met with Jeremy Reeves, a Sales Consultant at my house to go over my job. I had removed ALL of the popcorn off my ceilings (including my vaulted ceiling), they textured the ceiling and painted it. I was not sure on exactly what colors I wanted where, so Jeremy (who may I add was GREAT!!! He answered all my questions and ALL my phone calls to him, I called him a lot with questions I forgot to ask him and he was great and never got mad that I kept calling) gave me a number for Joann, The Color Coach. I met with her a few days later and she helped me pick out all of the colors for my house!! She was awesome! I ended up changing one of the colors the morning of them starting work on my house, and they were great at coordinating everything and was not any issues. They were Very clean and professional!! THEY SHOWED UP ON TIME!!!! My biggest pet peeve!!! My house looks GREAT!!!!!!!!! It looks brand new! They will be doing the stucco and painting the outside shortly! :)

Initially Joe showed up on schedule to review the project and provide an estimate. He explained the work that would be done and the warranties the company provides. He provided a very professional and complete estimate. The painters also showed up on time and did an excellent job of preparing the house and painting the exterior of the house. They completed their work on schedule and cleaned up. There was a problem with the staining and varnishing of the doors - they used a spray varnish that resulted in a rough finish on the doors and a sticky dust throughout the house. A supervisor came out to the house the next day, reviewed the issues and committed to resolution. They were going to send someone to clean the house, but we agreed to use my cleaning service and they would pay the bill. They also re-sanded the doors and varnished them again (with a brush this time).

The crew came out promptly during each of the times specified. The company even called me to ask if they could come out to start a day earlier than anticipated and did so because it worked out with my schedule. They were very efficient and took only two days to complete the job. They did an impeccable job and nothing needed to be redone. The work area was actually left cleaner than when they started the job. Their attention to detail surpassed my expectations.

Everything was done with great professionalism and a very strong concern for maintaining their top notch reputation. They didn't cut corners and sometimes did more than required when it resulted in a better job. I've had house painting done many times over the last 40 years, and this is the best I've seen. I plan to use them when we do some interior painting.

They did an excellent job. Joe the estimator came to look over what needed to be painted. He took his time matching the paint for the stucco to match the house. It looks perfect. Also, they were willing to work with us on doing this project in 2 phases. First the stucco, and once the roofs were built they will come back and paint the roof frame work and stain the wood slat ceilings. The roofs will not be complete until end of June. They came early for their start time, which was not a problem. The painters did a wonderful job. When I pointed out a couple of places where extremely small drops of paint were dripped on the flagstone they quickly cleaned it up. They had me pay a $400 deposit and then $600 to do the stucco. They will collect the remaining $200 when they finish the job. I would definitely recommend them to other customers.

The company's sales representative, Joe, came out to give us an estimate the day after we called. His quote was the lowest we received (including on from a painter who was unlicensed.) The painters showed up on the scheduled day and close to the appointed time. Work took longer than promsed because the painter was sick on one day, and it rained on another day, but they were good about communicating. Joe promptly returned phone calls anytime we had questions or concerns. We were very satisfied with the work performed and now the Homeowner's Association is off our backs!!

I used TPC based on information from this website, I got no other quotes but price seemed reasonable for the amount of work I was having done. Job took three days total, for the most part I was very pleased with the results. The whole east side of our home had stucco damage and the repair job was excellent. My only complaint was the mess left behind. There was a considerable amount of stucco left in the grass, as well as three very large nails. Hoses were left strung out across the yard as well. I had a couple of missed spots, they completely missed painting between a kitchen window and the shelf below it and in another spot rather than removing a bit of dead foliage that was stuck under some wiring on the side of the house they just painted over it. I was left with plenty of extra paint, so I'll take care of this myself rather than calling them back out.

The work was superb! The crew was professional, on-time, efficient and neat. They left no mess or problems and the painting was done extremely well - uniform and consistent throughout. Our home looks brand new! The Painting Company by far exceeded our expectations! Well done. I highly recommend them! They also were flexible with our work schedules.

My husband discovered they had washed their paint equipment in our front yard on the granite. They also had over-spray on our pool fence and patio furniture. He called them and they came and cleaned up their mess.

From the day Joe came to do the estimate, until the last piece of tape was removed and thrown away, TPC was very professional. Zach was our on-site foreman, and this was his first foreman job. Things took twice as long as the two days originally estimated, but it was done exactly to my specifications. There were perfectly legitimate reasons for the extra time, and I was dealt with so professionally and politely at all times that I didn't mind a bit. I was paying for the job to be done, not for it to be rushed through. I was apprised of the progress at every stage of the process, and was given the opportunity to point out problems if/as I noticed them. A great job from a company I'd use again!

They arrived on the 4th of April and it was finished in 3 days. The first day they power washed the house, scraped the eaves, patched the woodpecker holes, primed the house and started the pop outs (which were a different color than the house). The 2nd day they painted the house and touched up the pop outs. The third day they applied 3 more coats of paint to the house and did the rest of the touch up and clean up. We did have to have them come back out to get paint off of our cool deck but after 2 phone calls, the crew came back out and cleaned it up 2 days later. They did a fantastic job and I would highly recommend them. Our neighbors constantly stop by to tell us how great it looks.

Of the three bids that I collected; The Painting Company hit the middle. The project unfolded like this. The first day power wash the exterior and mask the window and doors, The second day, apply the paint with a sprayer. The third day; finish up by painting the trim, garage door, and the RV gate. On the second day, after the body of the house was done, I noticed a few overspray spots on the concrete and the shingles. I told this to the foreman the next day and they were taken care of. After being called to say the project was finished, I came home to noticed the trim color was not the color I wanted ... not even close ... I thought it was primer. In fact, I had matched the colors of the project to a house down the street during the estimation. The next morning when the foreman stopped over for the remainder of the payment; I expressed my concern. He apologized and it was fixed the very same day. I would like the recognize the foreman, Luis Santana, for his professionalism.

I would like to commend your employee (Mauricio Ponce) and his helper for a professional job they did on my home. They took great care to protect my landscape. Mr. Ponce took time to explain what they were doing throughout the three days they worked. I will highly recommend him and your company to anyone who is looking for paint professionals.

Joe arrived to bid the job in a punctual manner. He was polite and professional. He submitted the quote and I hired him for the job. The crew arrived on the date and time specified. They were friendly and professional. The job was completed in two days and they were conscience about clean up and checking for missed areas. Overall, they performed their job in excellent form. I have more painting to do to the interior of my home and I will use them again.

While the bid process with Joe was very positive, I was not happy the entire house wasn't powerwashed as I was told it would be. The house is a two-story, but the crew arrived without any ladders to reach the top of the house to wash, and when they left, they left some trash in the front yard. The painters started promptly, but when I came out to see the color, it was not in the least accurate. The paint store had to visually match the paint I sent with them as a sample, but what I got still wasn't that close to what I had requested. I was told I would have Benjamin Moore paint, which I was told they would be able to match exactly, but instead I got Dunn Edwards, which initially had been disparaged. I never met the supervisor who was supposed to be overseeing my house, and there was a language challenge in communicating what we needed done. Overall, they did do a good job painting, but there were too many frustrating issues in the process. I don't know if I'd hire them again.

Very responsive and professional. The Sales Consultant, Joe Campbell, came out within a few days of my call He viewed the project, offered suggestions, used his laptop to produce a proposal on the spot, and presented the proposal in a cover with his company's information and business card. It was impressive and by far the most professional and quick proposal that I received.

Paint crew showed up on time every morning, worked all day, cleaned up areas at end of day & asked questions, if unsure about anything. Overall, a great experience with this company.

Rep listened to request. Took short ride around neighborhood so I could point out paint color I liked. Got printed estimate before he departed. Scheduled a day to begin job. Finished in two days. Very nice, professional prep job, and clean up. Would enthusiastically recommend to other home owners!

It went great. Since this is a rental property and I don't live there, I gave them a key. I explained that it was important to get this job completed quickly because I needed to get it on the market. They started the job two days later and completed it in two days. They did a super job and cleaned up after themselves. When I need a painter again, I'll call them.
