Arizona Painting Company

Estimator did not show up for 8 am appointment. Called the company at 11:00. Spoke with 2 different individuals after the first one hung up on me while searching for the appointment information.

The company came out to "prep" the house, one young man about 17 years old was dropped off. He went around and scrapped but I never saw him power wash anything nor did I see a power washer. I'm not sure exactly what he did for 9 hours. Paint looked fine until it started raining and then bubbles popped up all over the paint. AZ Paint came out and filled up 3/4 of my garbage pail with paint they stripped off by hand and "patched" with new paint. It was ok until it rained again, more bubbles. Joe came out and said "it is an old house" that is why this is happening, the house is 1977 and my 1959 house never had this problem. I told him I want it repainted, he looked at me like I was an idiot. He said they would repatch it again. I asked what would happen when it rained again and of course, he offered to have it repatched again. Of course he did not care that I have to take days off of work nor did he see any problem with me having to take time off. I bought paint for my front door with the paint I was told to get from AZ Paint. The painter never sanded the metal door or prepped it, he painted right over the old paint; the paint is coming off. My HOA is having fits because my new house is peeling paint and finds it hard to believe a company like this is so unwilling to do the right thing. Stay away from this company, their idea of a warranty is unlike anything I've ever seen in my life. Maybe because I am an older women and a disabled vet they think it is ok to take advantage of me but it is not OK.

Excellent. I manage construction and maintenance of buildings for a living. I know and appreciate excellence and these folks are it. Our first interaction was a very quick response for a visit to look at our home an obtain a quote. Keith Bryant was here within a few days of our phone call. Our vision for the exterior work contained a lot of different types of work (stucco house walls, masonry and stucco yard walls, metal fencing, wood slats) along with a pretty fussy color scheme (yes, it is shades of grayish purple...). Keith understood it all and provided a printed quote before he left. The price was less than we expected and also contained more than we expected, including some stucco patching. That meant that I didn't have to chase and coordinate multiple contractors. When painting time arrived, the paint crews were there on time and worked diligently each day to complete the word despite having to work around some rain. Many firms can paint but the sign of real pros is the preparation of the surfaces and proper masking to prevent over spray. They did it all. Jonathan and Armando were the primary painters, along with a separate crew to do the interior doors. When the work was done, all of our yard furniture was returned to its original position, all masking materials and plastic was removed, and some small extra touch up as we walked the final work was accomplished without objection. I would recommend Arizona Painting without hesitation for any kind of painting work.

Adam is a very polite and conscious worker. My mom has dementia with paranoid issues. So it was impairatve to complete the work before 4pm when she goes to bed. He completed the task by early afternoon before she realized anyone had been in her room.

Job went smooth from start to finish. This company is very well run in my opinion. No issues, and my house looks great!

THEY DON'T HAVE THEIR ACT TOGETHER. I HIRED THEM TO PAINT OUR MSTR BR AND THE ENTIRE OUTSIDE OF OUR HOME. THE WORK WAS TO START WITH THE BR ON MONDAY AND COMPLETE THE OUTSIDE BY THE END OF THE WEEK. ON MONDAY, PAINTERS FAILED TO SHOW, BUT AFTER CALLS A "JUNIOR CREW" FINALLY SHOWED UP AT NOON. IT LOOKED LIKE THEY FRANTICALLY TOOK THEM OFF ANOTHER JOB. AFTER THREE DAYS THEY FINISHED THE BR, BUT AS AGREED THEY FAILED TO MOVE TWO VERY HEAVY PICES OF FURNITURE BACK SO WE COULD USE OUR BR. THE NEXT DAY THEY FAILED TO SHOW FOR THE OUTSIDE. I FIRED THEM. THEY DID RETURN THE UNUSED PART OF OUR DEPOSIT. SUGGESTION, IF YOU ELECT TO USE THIS DISORGANIZED COMPANY, BE SURE YOU SPECIFY THE EXACT START AND COMPLETION DATES AND PROVIDE A DAILY PENALTY FOR NO SHOWS.

Contractor informed me that they do not do this type of project.

Had some cracks in drywall that needed patching and painting of three walls and ceiling. The painter, Tony, was punctual, efficient and very professional. Would definitely use for future painting jobs.

Tony did an excellent job with my backyard block wall and with the soffit/fascia that was recently repaired. Tony was prompt and professional. I will definitely hire AZ Painting Company for my next project.

We had Arizona Painting do a complete interior paint on our townhome last year. We recently purchased another townhome that needed two master suites painted. As previously Arizona Painting’s quote was super fair and were able to schedule the job quickly, as we’re seasonal and leaving the Valley soon. They came on the scheduled date and preformed a wonderful job. The prep work, the painting itself and the cleanup after the job was again top-notch. I hired the AZ Painting Co to repaint the exterior of my small stucco home. They also replaced some rotting wood and power washed a small stain on my block wall. At the time they were offering a 10% discount. I thought they did a great job, worked quickly and efficiently and I would definitely hire them again!

These guys were awesome! Had three estimates and they were the best and other one comparable didn't have as many good reviews so went with AZ Paint. Detailed walk thru of what they would do. Showed up on time every day and felt very comfortable with their workers in my house. Cleaned everything up better than expected and then had the main guy come back to inspect their work to make sure that not only was I satisfied but that he was too. Definitely would hire them again! My neighbors are jealous!!

Luis, Alex and Jose were wonderful to work with. They provided great suggestions on improving the color scheme of our exterior, worked quickly and did an excellent job overall. I can't imagine a better experience than working with them. They even helped chase down our dog when he escaped. My wife loved the guys and told them she would miss them as they finished. everything was clean when they finished - no spills or garbage left behind. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

The first crew that was sent out was not so good. But they quickly replaced them with a much better team and then it was smooth sailing. The house was prepped well and the paint looks great. We used the best Dunn Edwards paint and it made such a difference. Price was reasonable and the company is a pleasure to work with. Jerry, our painter, was fantastic and very friendly. Keith, the production manager was very sensitive and understanding of our needs. I would use them again in a heartbeat and recommend them.

THE FINISHED PROJECT WAS GOOD, THE PAINTING WAS GOOD, GETTING TO THAT POINT WAS TERRIBLE. THE JOB WAS FOR 2 PAINTERS FOR 3 DAYS. COULDN'T START ON MONDAY, BECAUSE PEOPLE HAD CALLED IN SICK. CAME TUESDAY AND WEDNESDAY, BUT ONE OF THE PAINTERS WAS SUPPOSEDLY CALLED TO ANOTHER JOB. MANAGER SAYS HE DID NOT CALL HIM TO ANOTHER JOB. THURSDAY WAS THANKSGIVING, SO LATE ON FRIDAY BECAUSE PEOPLE CALLED IN SICK. CAME SATURDAY, BUT HAD TO COME BACK ON MONDAY. COLOR FOR LIVING ROOM, HALL, KITCHEN, AND TV ROOM WAS SUPPOSED TO TAN, TURNED OUT BATTLESHIP GREY. THEY HAD TO ORDER NEW PAINT AND COME BACK ON TUESDAY. FINALLY FINISHED. REDUCED THE PAYMENT BY $125.OO FOR INCONVIENCE. IT IS TERRIBLE TO HAVE THE HOUSE TORN UP SO BADLY FOR SO LONG A TIME.
