Description of Work: They were running a bit late but called in plenty of time to let me know. Very friendly, put down a rug and put on "booties". Were not able to diagnose or fix the problem but sold me a product that they thought might help and told me to call back the next time the problem arose and they would bring out a special tool to help diagnose the problem. Overall I was very happy with their professionalism. They did try and "upsell" me a coverage policy but I am getting used to that with almost all technicians in all fields.
