Very pleased with the service provided by Joe and Andrew of Yavapai County Roto-Rooter. They were able to quickly diagnose and fix an ongoing plumbing problem in my 80+ year old guest home. Thru the years I have had many plumbers "fix" the issue just to have plugged pipes a week later. They were responsive, friendly and most importantly.... explained the problem in a way I could understand. I really like that Joe even allowed me to hover over his shoulder as he scoped the main pipe going into the home. I was able to see the reason for the habitual plug with my own eyes. Found my new go to guys for my residential rental homes. Thank you Yavapai County Roto-Rooter, I will strongly recommend you to all my friends and family.

Had a leak that needed attention rather quickly. I was at a location that I was not able to be there when technician arrived. My son met the technician (Eric) at the appointment time and preformed the work. Good communication from dispatcher and technician. I hope I don't have to, but will use Mr. Rooter Plumbing again if need be!

They came out that night and snaked the pipe. Sink was unplugged in a short period of time.

The problem was diagnosed which was very helpful and a quote was given it was just expensive.

A great and professional company. Dylan was experienced and helped us sort through our original problem of a electric water heater element repair to a better solution to a new replacement water heater. We had a small issue when first starting up the new heater, but they made it right and got us running to our satisfaction -- recommended.

Thomas Shockley was my technician and worked his butt off and did an excellent job and I couldn't be more pleased.

We were a little surprised at the cost but our plumber was courteous, professional and thorough. We felt confident in his abilities & he cleaned up completely after the work was done.

They arrived from 80+ miles away by 4:30. Daniel assessed the situation and let us know what the problem was at the moment and what needed to be done. He made sure we could use the "facilities" minimally until the next day. He returned on time in the morning with additional man power. He had notified a company here in Payson to be here by 10am to pump the septic. Work was done and all is "golden" now. Nate and Andrew were both professional and dedicated to the highest standards of quality. They explained the how and why in easily understandable terms. Will use Mr. Rooter again and highly recommend to family and friends.

It was really good. Very very good. The price was comparable. The quality was good. I would use them again if I needed them. They unstopped one of my drain lines that went to the bathroom that was leaking out. They cleaned it out and up to now I have not had any problems with it. They cleaned up. They worked outside because the drain is outside. The job might have been dirty but he cleaned up any messes.

It worked out good. While he was here, he replaced a part, and it cost more, but it was old. So it was kind of expensive, but that's why. It was fine. The guy came out when he was supposed to. They did the job. I was happy. I have had other people come out. I used another company for some plumbing things and I became unsatisfied with them. The other company was more in to the commercial thing, these guys weren't. That's what they do, they come out and fix your clogged sink. That's what I needed. I tried these guys and I was very happy with them.

It went pretty well. They needed some equipment that was located about 40 miles from here. It took a lot longer, plus the equipment was very expensive. But they needed it to get the job done. They had to bring that equipment from a distance, so that added to the base expense. It was more expensive than I was figuring on, but they needed it to get the job done. There was a lot of waiting time when waiting on the equipment. Well because of the equipment that was required, it wasn't a standard unplugging of a drain. So if anyone has a similar problem I would recommend them. They used a high pressure water jet system to blow through the roots, as opposed to a typical grinding system that didn't work. It took less than an hour.

They saved us a big nightmare mess to save us in replacing our sewer. They take a pipe and wrap it around a sock and the blow it up and it works. So far it has been a year and I say thumbs up to them. They even explained how the equipment works. All around they did a really good job.

They were very professional. They were also thorough and very customer oriented. There was no charge for the estimate.

They are extremely expensive. The work was very well. I had the chance to back out of it but the work needed to be done. If you take the price out of it it would be an A. The only thing was the price really. The quality was excellent. I would look else where because of the price. They did great work but they were very expensive. It took them an hour and a half.

They did fine. It took them a couple of hours to complete. They were very easy to work with. They were prompt. They did a professional job.

They showed up on Thanksgiving Day, cleaned it and took care of it. It was bigger than both thought in the beginning. Four hours later it was taken care of. I had a house of 15 people, so it was important to get it done. They had to call a bigger machine out for the line, and had to wait. It was 4-6 hours of phone call to be able to flush toilets again. They did a good job. They took care of it in the time frame I needed. The communication and interaction was good.

The pricing was a little high but the quality is good.

I don't know how much it cost. It was one guy and he didn't have the chain, the chain was too long, so somebody else to come back.

They did a great job. I pleased with the service. They were very respectful. They put on booties when they came in and out of the house. They cleaned up after themselves. I was quite pleased. There was a little bit of a leak and they came out the next morning and took care of it.
