I am selling my condo and needed a few Plumbing things repaired. Mr. Rooter showed up on time give me prices before doing the work. Repaired the toilet and the kitchen Faucet and cleaned up after everything. Also educated me on some other things that might need to be repaired in the future.Thank you Mr. Rooter and Javier.

The Service man ended up coming early which was great since is was Sunday! I called on Sat afternoon. They were the only service to come out on Sunday we called about 5 others and noone would come out until Monday afternoon. Very freindly and helpful office and service man.

I am so grateful for the service that Mr. Rooter provided. I own a vacation rental and I had a backup in my pipes. I had guests checking out that day and more checking in the next day, so I was extremely stressed and needed to get this issue resolved! Beverly went above and beyond to help me get someone out to my home as soon as possible. Originally, the soonest available appointment was an after hour appointment at 9 pm, however, she was able to contact the plumber, Nick, and get me on the schedule for 3:30 appointment! Which that in an of itself saved me $100 bucks! Nick came out and was able to locate the blockage and remove it. He was professional and kind and got the job done! I'll be using Mr. Rooter from now on. THANK YOU!

Highly recommend! Called this morning for a sink leak and they had someone out right away. The technician Nate Meyer was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and thorough. He even did a courtesy walk through checking all my plumbing. I will definitely be using Mr. Rooter again.

Efficient and professional. I the course of the repair, other problems were uncovered...calcified shut off valves, too high of pressure at the road resulting in the need for a replacement, out of code pipe at the water heater and fixture in the bathroom that need replacement. Clinton, the technician, was thorough, respectful and instructed throughout the entire process.

He did a great job and quickly. Very informative, professional, and friendly. We actually had two toilets replaced as they were old and had issues.

Our Tech specializes in Water Systems. He had no trouble getting the chamber opened with the right tools. A missing "O" Ring was needed to allow the right tension and secure a good seal. Unfortunately, I had misplaced it, so Our Tech, Clinton, tracked down the right size for the make of our unit. He was not satisfied until he found the right one, but he was also prepared to go to plan B or C, to make sure we were completely satisfied. We asked him to look up a couple of Alternative Systems, but we decided to just stay with the one we have for the time being. We have a Maintenance Program with Mr. Rooter, which I recommend wholeheartedly! Mr. Rooter is not a time limit, or hourly. They are there to get the job done and done right, to the full satisfaction of their customer. No Rush Jobs or extra charges. We feel so confident in the expertise, and the fact they are on duty 24/7, if it were an emergency, without any difference in the price for weekends and nights. And one more thing, they are respectful of the customer's home, and always put on booties before entering. While he was there he also did a complete tour of our drains, to apply their Highly recommended drain cleaner. I was running low on our supply so we feel we got a good deal on a larger container. Really great maintenance program. We will see him in June for our Regular Annual checkup of all our plumbing. Our Manufactured home is now 19yrs. old, so we feel confident we are in good hands, and ready for the unexpected. Just can't say enough about the Company, their office Contacts, and all their Techs.

We called about an issue with our hot water. They sent Nate Meyer out for a service call and he was very prompt and professional. we would refer him and Mr Rooter any time there is an emergency or service call. We are extremely pleased with this company and their employees.

It is one of those types of jobs you do not know the extent of the job because everything is underground and have to dig (so to speak) as you go. We were updated as the job progressed and eventually finished in a timely manner. I would recommend Thomas and David to install a new septic system based on the way they handled this job. Very professional and up front.

The vendor suggested was too far away to do this small job. Since there seemed to be nobody closer, husband made a temporary fix.

We had a slow draining tub, and called Mr. Rooter for help. The local office was extremely nice, and it was simple to set up an appointment. The technician, Clinton B., arrived promptly on time with a trainee. Both employees were courteous, professional, polite, and took their time explaining my plumbing issues. They diagnosed the problem, we discussed prices, and they got to work. I was impressed enough with their professionalism, courteousness, efficient work time, and friendly can-do attitudes that I chose to purchase a Maintenance Program package. We have an older house, that may or may not experience more plumbing problems in the future. In fact, Clinton was able to identify a problem with our hot water heater that we were not aware of during the routine inspection of our plumbing. I am confident that Mr. Rooter, and Clinton in particular, will be able to fix any issues that we may have. Two thumbs up, and highly recommend their service!

Nathan worked hard to find the right piece to repair the problem and worked late into the evening to install the part so we could get water. His hard work was much appreciated.

It went GREAT. My technician arrived within three hours and resolved my issue efficiently, professionally with explanations every step including pricing. He was clean and respectful of my home and cleaned up the bathroom floor beautifully before leaving. No one likes to pay plumber's prices, especially on a holiday, but when you're tired of driving to Starbucks every three hours to use their restroom, and besides, you can't go to Starbucks at 1 AM so you just have to bite the bullet. And guess what? No extra charge for weekends or holidays. I would call them again in a minute and plan on having them come back yearly to flush out the sediment from the hot water heater.

It went very well. Dave arrived on time, answered my questions and did the work right away - CLEAR DRAIN!!!! I recommend Mr. Rooter strongly - great dependable service!

Excellent service. Cameron explained everything he was going to do and discussed all options with me. Very professional. Reviewed other plumbing in the house and made recommendations for possible future needs.

All work was done promptly and professionally By Mr. Rooter employee Javier. Even tho it was on a Sunday at 6:00PM. The line was cleared and all plumbing was checked. Javier was very pleasant and efficient. We have found our permanent plumbing company. THANK YOU
