The Plumber, Clinton was prompt, courteous and professional. He found the leak immediately and cut out the drywall. Basically cost me $157.24 to cut the drywall and give me a quote for the repair. Unfortunately, I was quoted almost $3000.00 for the repair which did not include the damage they were going to do to my home ripping up the cement slab, tile and bathroom. I got a second opinion and I was able to find another company who fixed it for $240.00 with minimal extra damage to my home. I will never use Mr. Rooter again nor will I use Angie's List.

It went very well! Dave Harvey and Beverly provided excellent service. Dave suggested a different much cheaper route than what I had initially considered doing and this will save us a lot of money. Beverly called to check on our customer satisfaction immediately after he was here. We will definitely be calling them again.

Mr. Rooter was not the plumber that did/completed plumbing repair for my mobile home. Harper's Plumbing (Brad, and Tyson (or Tyler) were the plumbers that worked on and completed my plumbing issue on Thurs 6/11/2020. They arrived at 2:30 PM, left at 3:05 PM. Price was more than I expected, but grateful to have it completed. I will request these gentlemen again, if needed, and hope they will be available.

What a fantastic job! The technician, David Harvey came to investigate a loud noise every time my Mother turned on the water and discovered a problem with the water softener, removed system, and also upon investigation found a faulty pressure valve which they replaced, and through all of this also caught an issue with a electrical cord that could have lead to a fire. He worked for over 3 hours to repair everything. I also should mention on top of doing a stellar job, he also sang Happy Birthday to my mother who is getting up on years, can be very chatty, and forgetful, so we really appreciated his goodwill and patience!

It was complicated work and completed expertly.

Great, professional work performed, and before they left they checked out other fixtures in house and outside drain to septic.So I would use this company again.

In mid-February a flooring installer said both our toilets were leaking and needed new flanges. Being new to Camp Verde we didn't know what plumbing service to contact. Our son is friends with the owner of Mr. Rooter in Camp Verde, so that’s who we turned to. We went into their office and were greeted and listened to right away. We expected them to say they could come to our home the following week...but instead, they scheduled Alex to come to our home that same day. We were given an estimate, a senior discount, and immediately scheduled for the next morning. Upon removing the toilets, Alex determined there were no leaks and that only one toilet needed the flange replaced. He could have easily done both, and charged us for both, but he was honest regarding what really needed to be done. Plus, he did a free video inspection of the entire sewer line. Expecting the flooring people to return to finish their work, Alex reinstalled only one toilet and left the other one off. We made arrangements with Mr. Rooter that once the flooring was completed we wanted Alex to reinstall the toilets, not a flooring installer. I offered to pay at this point and was told I can pay when the job is 100% completed. When the flooring installer did not return and we were expecting company, Alex returned to reinstall the guest toilet. For the next month, with our consent, the Mr. Rooter office ladies (Bev and Sadie) called each week inquiring about the progress, or lack thereof, of our flooring. They were so patient with us. Finally after almost two months, and a different flooring company, our flooring was installed. Within a few hours of completion, Alex was back at our home reinstalling our toilets again. Although we hope we don’t need a plumber again soon, with the 1 year warranty, the genuine concern, trust (in not paying our bill for 2 months), and friendliness of Alex (and the rest of the staff), when we do, no doubt it will be Mr. Rooter of Camp Verde, and hopefully Alex.

When I called, Kristy was helpful and friendly. Javier and Cole were on time, and fixed everything. They even left for lunch so I could go buy 2 faucets. I would definitely call them again.

He did the job in @ 2 hrs after the fact Christy at main office explained everything and went the extra mile

Perfect. Front yard needed minor excavation and care was taken to evaluate existing (ancient plumbing). Team was professional and there appears to be no problems with the job.

Alex & Justin were on time, very courteous, professional & did not make a mess. My water heater had been acting up for awhile but yesterday I smelled what I thought might be electrical or plastic burning. I called Mr. Rooter & they came out the next day & replaced the water heater. I could not be more pleased with Alex & Justin. As far as cost goes I honestly don't know what others would have charged

Was a significant clog, 50 feet, but they did it well, cleaned up after themselves, were professional and polite.

These folks have taken care of a couple of minor repairs/replacements for us, and have always been early, friendly, and helpful. The tech who services our place has let me watch/ask questions, and has given me some good DIY pointers while helping fix the problem. Top notch.

Great work ethic, helpful and friendly, highly skilled at their jobs, dependable. A+++++ Punctual, competitively priced. Dave, the technician, was an excellent backhoe operator. Conscientious about cleaning up and customer satisfaction. We will be back as customers should a need arise.

I dropped my diamond stud down the bathroom sink, my husband called Mr. Rooter Plumbing. Within a short period of time, Tyson arrived and was successful in retrieving my earring; I am thankful and extremely appreciative. When we have plumbing needs in the future, we will call the office and request Tyson. He is exceptional, polite and caring. We could not be more pleased.

Mr Rooter did a great job. They communicated well, were punctual, professional and easy to work with. They guaranteed their water main line for 10 years. Would hire again.

Great. We had a plumbing leak in our bathroom. I called on a Saturday morning and Jacob was at our house at 9:30 sharp. Jacob immediately but down the Mr. Rooter rug and put on his booties before entering our house. He could hear the leak immediately when he walked into our bathroom but it was hard to tell where it was exactly because it was behind our sink, which was enclosed with a lot of custom tile work. He didn't want to cut a lot of holes so he contacted Craig from Precision Utility Locating. Craig came out and found the leak with his equipment and sure enough it was right where he said it was. This was another expense but well worth it. Jacob was able to repair the leak. He had to remove the insulation and drywall etc. but bagged it all up and took it with him in his van. He wiped up our bathroom floor and left my bathroom pretty clean even though I told him not to worry about it that I would clean up. When a plumber is sent to your house from Mr. Rooter they access the situation and give you an estimate which you agree to and sign. It doesn't matter how long they are there to fix the problem. Most plumbers charge by the hour but this estimate didn't change. I'm sure if there had been extra parts he would have given us a new estimate to approve. Jacob was so professional and a wonderful man It was such a pleasure to have him working in our home. Mr. Rooter has Advantage Plans that we took advantage of which saved us on this call and future calls, if needed. While Jacob was waiting for Craig he didn't sit around he proceeded to check the items that were included in the plan. I will never call another plumbing company. Mr. Rooter is now in my contact list and I will recommend this company to all my friends and neighbors. Thank you.

We call the plumbing company to fix a leak we where having outside and costing us lots of water money!!! Well Mr. Rooter came out, figured it was just a valve turn off on our landscaping and didn’t charge us anything! I would use them again for being honest and not charging us a service call for such a minor answer!!!!

The technician quoted us $300 for this job. I asked him why so high and his response was "we charge by the task". This is not a real answer. I called the main office and asked the same question. The response was "this is a franchise and we have no control over pricing". This is also a "BS" answer. I owned a franchise and had lots of leeway in my pricing. I got the job done for $118.00 elsewhere.

I didn’t decide to hire Mr. Rooter because their original bid included more work and extras than I really needed to complete the work I really needed, so I got a revised quote, which still was the highest quote of the 3 quotes I had from other companies, and they were including a year membership for additional plumbing check-ups and routine maintenance which I wouldn’t have benefitted from since my plan was to sell my home, and not own another home that I could take the “membership” with me to take advantage of.
