Description of Work: "My oven quit working. Larry came to check out the problem. He ordered a stove top and an oven. It was larger than before. He cut down the cabinet and finished the cabinet to make the new oven fit. When he was at my house before he ordered the items, he asked me what color I wanted. When he was ordering, he called me to say the oven would be $1000.00 more than the white one. He wanted me to save money."

Description of Work: Larry removed a wall, relocated electrical, removed a window, relocated a hot water tank, plummed for a new sink, added cabinets, tiled a floor and did the finishing touches. This was done in the time frame promised and not one penny over his original bid. No hidden costs because his bid is mostly labor, we purchased most materials. Larry even provided some material he had from previous jobs at no additional cost. He will tell you he is honest, we loved this guy.

Description of Work: I had two different jobs performed at different times ( 3/2016 and 6/2015)the first was all my air ducts and air conditioner cleaned(about300)and the second repair of a leaking outside wall. Description of Work: I was so satisfied with Larry. He was willing to come to my home which was miles away for fix a leak in the crawl space under my mobile. These is no one in our area to do this kind of work. It turned to to be something I could manage. I am so impressed that he was going to come all the way out to my home that if I have another problem I will definitely call Larry again. He was very professional and pleasant on the phone. It is refreshing to find service businesses that have that kind of values these days.

Description of Work: My roof had some shingles that had blown off in the wind. I needed to have new shingles put on the entire roof. I was able to obtain an estimate from the company just a couple days after I called them. The estimate was not only reasonable but far below the cost quoted to me by another individual.

Description of Work: LTD MANAGEMENT & MAINTENANCE, "Larry", as I know him, has been most helpful in a very big problem I had as well as some smaller projects I needed done. At first, I called somebody else I found in the phone book; that was a huge mistake! So I saw "LTD MANAGEMENT & MAINTENANCE" in Angie's List, and I sent them the following message: Sent: Apr 15 2010 10:40 PM I saw your company on Angies List, and I am in need of a skilled handyman type for many different projects I need done. My mom and I are both extremely disabled, and my three older sons are pretty useless. We need some siding replaced where it had been kicked in when lightening struck and caught it on fire, and since the siding is missing, our dogs got under our house and tore up all of our air conditioning/heating ducting, which now needs to be replaced. We also need some remodeling and, if possible, make our house more wheelchair accessible. We also need some insulation installed. All three sinks(Kit & Bath) need to be fixed as they leak, both showers have no handles, both bathrooms & under the kitchen sink have flooded, our cabinets are falling off the ceiling in the kitchen, we need new flooring, etc., etc. We can only do one thing at a time because of finances, but I would like to have one person/company to do all the work. He came out to my house right away, even though I live pretty far from his business. He didn't even charge me a fee to come out and give me an estimate, unlike the "Other" company I tried first, who charged me $100 for an estimate. Larry got up underneath my house, replaced the air conditioning/heating ducting with BETTER QUALITY materials than the original, and then he took the time to Hand-Wrap all the ducting to insulate it for us. He also went up onto our roof to check out the swamp cooler for us, and he NEVER charged any extra for that! LTD MANAGEMENT & MAINTENANCE, LARRY, did an awesome job! He is a very kind, caring, professional gentleman! He makes you feel more like a friend than a client, if you will. I cannot say enough about this company! Of all the companies, handymen, plumbers, electricians, etc, that I have hired over the span of my lifetime, I have never found a company so helpful, honest, caring and kind! AND, I was charged less than 1/2 of what the other company wanted to charge me! I say HURRAY for LARRY at LTD MANAGEMENT & MAINTENANCE!!! Description of Work: Roofing Repairs, interior painting of entire house, plumbing repairs and shower re-glaze. Misc household repairs were done as well.

Description of Work: Larry replaced approx. 14 ceramic tiles, which we had on hand, on our patio flooring. He had to tear up the old tiles. He added baseboards around our kitchen island & around parts of a kitchen cupboard, also painted those baseboards which he added.

Description of Work: Larry had come by and saw that after the big winds we had yesterday, some more of our roof shingles had come off (not the ones he had repaired earlier), he told me he would be back to fix them for me, he was back and repaired the roof in a professnal and timely manner.

Description of Work: Over several visits out to my home Larry at LTD did several things on our wish list. This was after the splendid repairs to the casita due to the flood we had out there. He sanded, prep'd and painted all 3 exterior doors and put new hardware on them all. Now my doors are stronger and better installed than new. They actually work as they should, just opening and closing. Huge improvement over the original builders installation. Long screws had not been used going into the studs in the door frame. AUGH! Should have been there. Now they are there....much sturdier! He repaired the couch which had one leg broke off. Now it is rock solid. Actually better than it was. Replaced the AC filter for me in the casita.....being 6 feet tall makes that job a cinch! He replaced the water intake lines on two toilets and put new inerds in them. There is a problem with one where the tank is missing an anchor bolt. Says that can be easily fixed on his next trip out he will bring the parts. Wanted the shower spout and cartridge in the casita replaced......the builder had installed the lever upside down. It is installed correctly now and on a future visit he will replace the corroded spout and washers and such. All the showers levers are installed upside down. You might never think about it til you get to trying to work on them and discover the screw key hole is underneath the lever making repairs difficult unless you are double jointed all over and can unscrew without being able to see what you are doing unless you get upsidedown in the tub!

Description of Work: In one of my bathrooms, Mr. Davis repaired and replaced the electrical switches , replaced the exhaust fan, repaired the tub drain and replaced the stopper, and repaired and replaced the sink drain stopper. He also installed a ceiling fan in one of my bedrooms.

Description of Work: Our casita flooded from a bad plastic part on the toilet tank water intake line. All the sheet rock, base boards, kick plates, carpet was pulled out. LTD came out and put our casita back to better than new. You cannot tell we had a disaster in that room anymore. They patched the sheet rock in, mudded, sanded, tectured, and painted and replaced the baseboards, caulked, repaired kick plates, replaced carpet, fixed the plumbing, and painted. We have before and after pics if anyone wants to see the proof of the mess that was righted so well by LTD. LTD's work was first rate. They did what they said they were going to do in a timely and professional manner. They cleaned up the dust and debree from cutting and sanding. We would recommend Larry's LTD to anyone of our neighbors or friends or family.

Description of Work: Replaced batteries for 2 smoke/carbon monoxide detectors. Replaced 13 lightbulbs for fixtures on hard-to-reach ceilings. Replaced A/C filter.

Description of Work: Replaced shingles on my roof that had blown off in a storm. Gave me an estimate, came in under estimate price. Said they would be there to do the job the next day, he and his crew came by the next day and had the work done by the time I had gotten back from the store. He also checked the rest of my roof for other shingles that may have been damaged in the storm, found some and replaced them, no extra charge! He was friendly and prompt. I found his estimate to a fair price!

Description of Work: Larry and Brian (LTD) performed a number of household tasks that I'm unable to do, I'm a handicapped senior. They reworked my small yard, rebuilt a couple of compact doors, did some toilet repairs etc. On 5/6/11 a connector on my outdoor watering failed and became enough of a leak that all household water had to be shut off. I called LTD and they were here within an hour and a half ... very impressive! Repairs were made and some additional landscape work was done, all at a very reasonable price.
