He never returned to finish the job and would not return phone calls I ask for a partial refund

They never contacted us, angie's list is a joke -- Remove me from this service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They DID NOT show up - and IF you VETTED your companies with any degree of COMPETENCE... You would know that that their LOCATION is in LV. NV and I LIVE in Mesquite NV over an hour away... BAD

It was fixed correctly the first time and in short order. He knew exactly what to do.

Called on 11/18/17 in the morning and spoke with Larry. He stated that he would be here late afternoon to give me and estimate. I waited and he never called of showed up. I called @ 5pm the same day and did not get a return call till 9pm on Sunday night 11/19/17. Stated that he just got the message 2 minutes ago had tried calling me to let he know he was not doing to be able to make it out on Saturday, but he couldn't reach me. He thought that I gave him my work #, but I was at home and only give him my home # & cell #. He had a dentist appointment on Monday and could come out after that. Call him on Monday and left him a message that I did not give him my work number and never mind.

They did some weeds on one of my properties. It is in a condominium complex, there is no house on it. It is a vacant lot. They took care of the weeds for me. He told me that if the weeds came back, he would come back for me. He came back no problem. I wanted him to do something else for me. He came back in another city not far from where he is. He said he would do it. He came back and I guess, he didn't want to do it. He said it would have to be more. I wanted him to take care of the weeds because he did it before for me. He wouldn't call me back. The other thing I wanted him to do is just some work he said he could do. He estimated it and said that he doesn't want to do it. Because he is not licensed so he could not do it. I tried to get him to come a couple of times to do the weeds but he would not get back with me. He come out and it cost me $300 to have him do it. So he did it. He said if the weeds came back, he would take care of them. Well they came back, I asked him to take care of it and he would not take care of them. It was after a time period that he said that he would do it. Then I had him come see me in another city, he is just ignoring me. He doesn't want to follow up on what he says. The first time he came out, he did a good job. The second time, he said he would come out and do it. he did not do it. He was a little high. He was on time. I don't feel that he is very professional. I would never use him again. He is not licensed or insured.

The work was completed as described and went very well.

LTD finds tiles that closely match and replaces them using materials that seem to hold better than the originals.

Very well. He does what he says he'll do. In this day & age that's hard to find. Someone trust worthy. I had hired one company to do yard work for, pulling weeds & just general yard work me. He mowed my weeds down. Not Larry, he came out with a crew had it looking amazing.

He didn't charge us for and estimate

Wonderful work. Done in 2 days. Now when I need anything done, this is who I call. Treats me like a family member. Even going over & checking on my father inlaw. Haven't meet him in person, but he seems like very caring person. Thank you Larry for all your doing for me & my father inlaw.

They worked continuously throughout both days and the job came out beautiful. They made sure to paint everything to match the trim and the color of the house for the downspouts. The guys were both really nice and they took pride in a job well done! We are very pleased with the work and we would highly recommend them.

Larry, Vaughn, and Wayne did a great job of joining parts that didn't want to be put together. The new insulation was wrapped appropriately and will withstand high desert winters. Larry then inspected my water heater and found no problems other than age. When I replace it, I'll have this crew back again.

Larry was very personable, did what he promised on time and found two issues we were not expecting He repaid all for the quoted price, returned the next day to complete the job. I could not be more pleased with this service and will continue to use his service for all my home needs. I could not recommend this company more. By the way he completed the service for less then the quoted amount.

Horrible! left the stucco about an inch to thick and didn't even come close to matching the rest of the house. Had to fix it myself the best that I could. This is the second time that I used Angie's list and both times things were screwed up. Never use this site again. I don't know who is supposedly screening people on here but doing a bad job.

Larry arrived the next day to do an estimate and brought along the two men who would do the work. This meant that everyone was aware of what I needed and how everything would be accomplished. Von and Wayne were here the next day and their efforts were perfect. They even did some extra raking weeding, and sweeping. They hauled away everything and my property is back to looking good.

Great communication, punctual, professional service and experience. This is just what I needed when my microwave above the stove died. It sounds like a simple job, but it turned out to be a project. There was no way I could have done this without LTD Management & Maintenance. They stepped up to the plate and took care of everything from start to finish. I know who to call in the future when I need a professional.

They came out and took care of weeds and misc problems I had on my lot. My lot is a vacant lot on a lake. The HOA wrote me a letter to have it taken care of. This company did everything I was asked to have done by the HOA. It was done also in a timely matter. I would call them again. I have other property in the area.. Oh and the price was reasonable... Great job thanks Larry..

Because we're located in another state, it's important to hire someone who not only accurately determines what needs to be done, but provides a reasonable quote, and performs the work as promised. Lawrence has been exceptional, sending detailed quotes along with numerous photos, documenting the issues, and how he fixed them. In addition, he promptly returns calls, and consistently provides status reports on his progress. He is customer-focused, and someone you can trust to get the work done, correctly, on-time, and for a reasonable price!

The fixtures and installation were custom. Other company wanted to rip out walls and install new fixtures they could but at the local Home Depot. LTD focussed on the problem and fixed this rare fixture. Polite, clean, timely, respectful I does not get better!

I had used this company previously with Excellent results. This time when I went to make contact for a different service, I had difficulty making a contact and getting any kind of commitment or date to do service. He came out to take a look at the job. He said he would return soon to take measurements so he could give me an estimate. He never returned to make the measurements. Subsequent attempted contacts were ignored by him. I almost felt as if he had lost interest in doing the job and just wasn't going to bother talking to me. My last comment via e-mail was "if you cannot provide me with a reason why you are not following up on this job, I will have to make a negative report on Angie's list." So that is what I am doing. I would not bother contacting him in the future for a job of any kind due to lack of response.
