Everything went okay. I did have a flood in the kitchen the next day and he helped me clean it up.

Sounds like it was an easy chore but it wasn't. After removing carpeting, Mr. Davis also removed the toilet. Cleaned everything up, then proceeded to install tile that I chose. Because I wanted 'something different', (and have NO artistic talents) Mr. Davis was given the assignment to 'create a beautiful design'....which he proceeded to do. He put back my toilet, cleaned everything up and poof, he was gone. A few words come to mind when dealing with Mr. Davis...Professional, Ethical, Prompt, Proficient and very Gentlemanly. At the risk of sounding corny, I wouldn't have found this man without Angie's List. He was everything the members said he was and more. He's my new 'go to guy' and I would trust him more than words could say. He's also a Desert Storm Vet, need I say more? I'm one happy camper....Thank you Mr. Davis

LTD Management & Maintenance are very professional people. They did their work. They only took two days to finish my roof and I was very happy about it. He does anything, from foundation to the roof. If I need a plumber or anything else, I'll be calling him again. I was lucky to find him. I'm happy that I picked him.

It was a fantastic experience overall I would use them again in a heartbeat.

They are not reliable, they only want cash, they order their own material, the price they give you is a partial price and their work is a F.

It went well. Larry came and provided my an estimate for the list of items I provided to him and we set up a date for the work to be performed. Larry showed up on time and performed the work as described but the toilet did spring a leak. Thankfully Larry was still there and quickly fixed the problem. Everything was done well but the fix for the tub door did not hold but as soon as I notified Larry he came that day and tried another type of fix that worked better and the door is still hanging. The Drainage system he installed in the back yard is working well and he did a really good job cleaning the gutters, even flushing them out for me with a hose.

Larry knows that my mother is in failing health and he got the shower fixed right away. He kept the noise down so he wouldn't bother her. He had gone and got the parts he would need before he came over. He knew what he would need and got it.

He came out when he said he would and did the job for the price he said he would. He did a good job and finished it promptly. Lawrence knows what he is doing and gives a bid up front and lives by his bid. He does not charge to give me a bid. He was not amazing; he was just good.

Had to return to complete. Didn't provide quotes for all of work requested. Didn't follow up like he said he would. We had to keep calling to get him to come out and finish.

It all went okay. He came when he said he would and finished when he said he would.

Originally Larry was called to find out why the toilet in our front bathroom was not flushing properly. He gave us an approximate time as to when he would come by (he was currently on another job). He arrived within 15 minutes of the time stated, assessed the situation, told us what was needed and gave us an estimate on the cost. He gave a time and date (3 days later) of when he would be available to make the necessary repairs. As the toilet was not leaking it was not an emergency repair and we agreed it could wait a few more days. We gave him a downpayment on the job, so he could purchase a new toilet and the needed parts. He came by later that same evening and dropped off the parts so they would be here when he returned to do the work. He called the night before the scheduled date of repair to set up an exact time to do the work, as he was aware he was dealing with a household that had handicap persons in it and the need for the repair to be done quickly. Larry arrived on time on the date scheduled, was very professional and had the repairs done (toilet replaced) in a timely manner. His finished invoice was for the exact amount quoted with no hidden charges. We have since called Larry to do numerous repairs including, patching a garage roof that was leaking, front porch roof leaking (removed and replaced), toilet in 2nd bathroom replaced, new sub-floor in bathroom and new flooring, repair of main circuit breaker to garage, garage toilet repaired (bad seals) as well as several other minor repairs. I would highly recommed Larry to anyone needed general repairs and maintenace work done. Always polite and professional and very reasonable in his pricing.

When I called him, he could tell by my story that he could get the problem fixed AND he did. When I called him Sunday evening, he told me he had a job near my house but that he would have it repaired the next day. He got the parts he was going to need before he got here, so he was ready to work. I thought it was getting rather late for him to work, so I told him he could finish the next day if he would rather. He told me no, he would stay and get things back in order before he left.

Mr. Davis ia a professional. He shopped w/me to buy materials. I needed sawing me money when ever possible. He was on time. Job took approx 2 days. The quality of work was exceptional. I am using his company for future work. I highly recommend him.

The job went very well. We returned to the job site several times to make sure the lift worked properly. Larry was always on time and ready to go to work.

I told Larry that I needed it done fast since I am caring for my ill mother. Every day when they would come, he always asked about her. He explained to me that with he new roof, the house would cool easier for her. For this I was very greatful. Mon had been told in the past that the swamp cooler that didn't work would be difficult to remove and that it would be very expensive. The guys at LTD got it off the roof easily.

Called Larry at LTD Management & Maintenance for a minor repair in wall. He came over right away, looked at the damage, gave an estimate and also an estimate to help fix a couple other minor repairs needed before we moved out of the home. Both were very fairly priced, less than I expected. He said he would come back the next morning after stopping at Home Depot to get supplies. He arrived promptly the next day, made the repairs and everything was done perfectly. No job is too big or too small. Even though our was minor he treated it like our business was valuable to him. He was friendly, honest, and we will use him again for anything we need done. Highly recommended.

The work started with carpet removal, painting, new doors and a variety of other things.All went well and Larry resolves any issues that may come up.

The crown molding over cabinets was done OK - not great because one of the 45's was sloppy and they puttied it. The tile in the laundry room was done very well. There was small specks of paint on everything, including my new leather furniture He didn't finish the ceiling - he didn't think I meant do into the kitchen even though he noticed the paint color was slightly different. The baseboards were pieced together even though we told him to buy 16 foot size to prevent this. One section was total 4 feet with 3 pieces and yet there is a leftover 16' in the garage. He didn't paint the baseboards and had to do it after they were installed, again it was sloppy with paint on the tile and in the grout. We went to add the blades to the ceiling fan, turned it on and it wobbled like it was going to fall out of the ceiling. The fixture holding the fan was bigger then the ball and it just popped out. Luckly it wasn't while we were sleeping because the fan is over our bed. The lighting fixture over the sink in the bathroom is 2 inches off center! I prepared the bathroom for the removal of the mirror and med cabinets by putting my cosmetics in the sink. They repaired the wall then sprayed texture AND DIDN'T COVER ANYTHING!!! All of my cosmetices including my brush, toothbrush etc were full of wall texture spray. The spray went all over the toilet and bathtub which were seperated by a door they didn't even bother to close. Now the brick wall. THE BRICK WALL BLEW OVER! It hit the neighbors gas meter, had to call gas company to check for leaks. THEY DIDN'T USE REBAR IN THE WALL! Lucky for us the kids and dogs were in the house and that the gas meter wasn't damaged. it could have resulted in multiple deaths. They did repair the fence and sent us photos of the rebar. He said he would refund us for the ceiling fan installation. FOR YOUR OWN SAFETY, DO NOT USE THESE GUYS.

Larry is very professional and courteous and does what he says he will do. He completely transformed our house and it looks fabulous. He communicated with us the entire time and shared picture updates along the way. The job was completed on schedule and his pricing was very fair.

Always on time - very professional knew exactly what he was doing - kept messes cleaned up finished on time reasonable prices - very nice customer service.

I called at the end of day one day, he came the next morning to look at it. I thought maybe it only needed a fuse. He took the defective part to see about replacing it, it was going to cost about 1/3 of the cost to replace the whole thing, but the one we had was on it's last legs. We decided to replace the whole thing. Mr. Davis did a lot of running around to make sure we had exactly what we wanted and that it was running to our satisfaction! The hot water works great and we were happy about the work performed. As always, LTD went above and beyond to make sure me and my husband were satisfied with the job. I will use this company again, and have for several different jobs. Thank you LTD!

We were away from home for a short time and our neighbor called to tell us pieces of shingles had blown into his yard again. With spring rains due soon and the monsoon to follow, we wanted to take care of it immediately. I got on Angie's List and found LTD. The estimate was what we had anticipated. This done sight unseen by the company, just using their general knowledge of the area. There was one snafu, as the house had a gable which required more shingles than anticipated initially. Larry handled it professionally and with reasonable cost to us. Our neighbor called again to let us know the roof was done and it appeared to have been well done. When we got back it looked good, the roofing trash was all picked up. Now we wait for rains!

The wood glue, putty and lights came to $100. The rest was for labor which really didn't seem like enough for the work done but he understands that times are hard and money only goes so far. How did it go? The kitchen drawers continued to fail, til I got a real cabinet guy to fix them permanently
