Description of Work: I called Lawrence with a couple of problems I was having with a Home I recently purchased. He call me right back and we talked on the phone about my first problem of a possible water leak since I had a Very High water bill. He talked me through several things to check and I was able to take his advise and discover my water filter system was at fault. The second issue was a circuit breaker kept popping and he explained why that was happening since I had two appliances on one circuit. He advised I call a licensed electrician, which I did and he was correct with his advise on what problem was. So, I did not need Lawrences help at this time, but he was so great with his help/advise that I will CERTAINLY call him next time I need anything done around my house.

Description of Work: The toilet in one of my bathrooms was leaking and it caused the carpet in that bathroom to get wet. Larry came and at first he tried to change out the insides of the toilet. It seemed to be okay, by the next morning the carpet was wet again. I called Larry and he stopped by that afternoon. He tried changing out the toilet with one he had, but that didn't work either. I gave it another day before I called him Again. He came and changed the toilet again and gave me a new one in the box. Finally, after having Larry come here three times, he fixed it. I have no leak and Larry came by two days later to be sure everything was good. I had no additional costs, after the initial charge.

Description of Work: Larry realized how desperate I was to get this home cleaned out and grossly overcharged me for the work. The job done was mediocre.

Description of Work: They took up the tile on my floors. Hauled away the debris. When it came to laying the flooring it seem they had no clue what they were doing. His workers were inexperienced and he left them to do the job. Floor pulled up twice and finally had enough. Owner was injured from a previous job and really could not perform. He did give me back all my money. Had the job finished by another installer and am very satisfied.

Description of Work: 10 recessed lights, 2 ceiling fans, dining room light fixture and new wiring to switch, shortened a water heater electrical line, and installed various dimmer switches, and put old kitchen fluorescent light in laundry room! |He gave me a bid and he stayed true to it! My house is an electrical nightmare and he ran into many problems which i expected, and he did not raise bid price or throw in additional costs!!

Description of Work: Larry of LTD removed old sliding door and installed a new one, and did the stucco finish. Larry was personable and prompt and did the job quickly and professionally... and at a very reasonable rate. Very happy that I hired him and would definitely use him for other projects.

Description of Work: L.T.D. Maintenance and Management reset 6 jacks and installed 2 jacks to help level my mobile home at the water wall. They were professional, prompt and polite. The work was completed ahead of schedule and to my satisfaction. I will use their services again as needed.

Description of Work: Lawrence put in a garage door opener for me. He did an outstanding job. He is organized and a hard worker.

Description of Work: Tiles blew off of the house in 70 kts winds. They indentified the problem and fixed it better than the orginal installation. Great Job!!!

Description of Work: Larry , did a fine job . In and out in a timely fashion . Tapped and texture drywall , placed sub floor , and interior Paint . Larry is very knowable and I will have him do up coming work .

Description of Work: The men that were brought in to asist with the work were all very helpful. I had to have the ceiling in my living room replaced. This is an older home and there was alot of extra work that was also completed. I have an extremely ill mother living here and the guys were always aware of that. The ceiling came out great. The room looks so much bigger and brighter now. I will use the company again.

Description of Work: Changed out my spicket in my kitchen and bathroom, tree trumming, did plumbing in my kitchen, and today he is doing work on my swamper.
