Description of Work: Service tech came and "checked" ac and replaced a filter? and taped the ac box receiver. Ac still not consistent and the two rooms are hotter than rest of the house. He said "normally, we'd check the ducts in those rooms, but I ain't going up there now."

Description of Work: An appointment was set for 10 am on 6/2/14 & confirmed by Angie's List. No appearance by the service provider, or a telephone call. I called Angie's List at 11 am and cancelled the service provider. Definite lack of customer service did not bode well from this service provider. Received call at 11:45 am from Chris telling me he had gotten hung up on another appointment and wanted to reschedule. I advised that service had been cancelled.
