The entire process was fast and efficient and Richard was able to accommodate my schedule of having a planned day off from work. He accommodated our schedule for the assessment and the repair.

Everything was wonderful. Very professional, courteous, and punctual. I will indeed call again for future appliance needs!

Problem arose on the weekend. Richard came to our house and diagnosed the problem, promising to search locally for the parts on Monday. They were not available locally and he ordered the parts for overnight delivery on Tuesday. He made the repair on Tuesday morning and all is well. Every schedule and every promise was kept.

I called on Monday and they came out in the time frame that was quoted. He said the dryer needed tub supports and belt. He ordered the parts and came back on Friday in the time frame that he quoted and replaced the parts and cleaned up. He said the dryer we have is better than dryers that you can buy new now for $600.00. The dryer works very well now without all the racket.

The technician was prompt, communicated well, was extremely professional. We were very happy with the work!

The temperature seemed to swing low and high making it impossible to bake anything in a predictable period of time. Richard responded to my call for service quickly. He arrived on time and with a smile. After testing my oven temperature with his equipment it was clear that the read-out on the range panel was incorrect, as was the new oven thermometer I had purchased. Assessing that a new probe would be more accurate I asked him to go ahead and order one for me. I have a LG gas range. Richard had the part within a few days. He returned, installed the new probe, retested the temperature and then adjusted the range read-out which enabled the oven to perform magnificently. Richard took the time to share some knowledge with me. I always feel like my money is better spent when I learn something. I will definitely call on Richard for any future appliance repairs. He was professional, personable and efficient.

The responsiveness of Appliance Pros is terrific. I called and Richard was out same day to evaluate our cooktop. They charged a service fee to troubleshoot, which was then applied to the cost of the repair. Richard was very nice, professional and friendly. He also took great pride in making sure that he was careful with our belongings and asked for towels so that when he removed the cooktop nothing was scratched. Turned out he was sent a defective part on the initial repair day, which was not his fault, and spent a lot of time trying everything he could to make it work. Once he exhausted all options and knew in fact that the part was defective, he apologized profusely and got a new part ordered, came right back out as soon as it arrived and got it fixed in 15 minutes. I was thoroughly impressed with how Richard handled himself even when presented with challenges. Appliance Pros will always be my first call.

Richard of Appliance Pros CO checked my dishwasher that had stopped working. He diagnosed the issue and gave me an estimate on the cost of repair. We discussed repair versus a new purchase and he laid out his recommendations based on the old age of the dishwasher. I appreciate his help and assistance. We ended up purchasing a new one. I will definitely use them again for our next appliance disaster.

He was fabulous in explaining that the reason the oven took so long to heat up was due to the heat vent at the rear of the stovetop releasing an excessive amount of heat, which had to be measured with a digital thermometer for an accurate reading. The temperature read over 300 degrees and was climbing. He said, in his opinion, it was a dangerous design defect that quite possibly could lead to a burn injury, a fire and also burn out the computer display. He said I should report it to the manufacture which I did. He also said he would put this in writing if i needed him to. The manufacture sent "their"service tech out, who was not very knowledgable and the tech had to contact the companies engineering department. The engineer on the phone had the service tech ONLY check the bake function at 400 degrees and measure the temperature at the backsplash with a PRONG thermometer, the reading was 100 degrees +. They REFUSED to conduct the procedure at the 525 broil setting and the tech said he didn't have a digital thermometer. After several phone calls and my threat to write the FTC and the Chairman of the company, that this looks like a cover up to avoid a recall, the manufacture said they would refund my purchase price and remove the oven. Hopefully they keep their word. If not for Appliance Pros I would be out $1000+. Many kudos to Richard Black, owner of Appliance Pros.

On Richard's first visit, the dryer did not overheat so he could not uncover the problem. He asked us to let him know the next time the issue occurred. When it did, we called and he immediately came out (at no additional charge), discovered the source of the problem, and ordered the necessary replacement parts. Several days later, he returned and performed the repair. Richard was extremely neat, courteous and professional. We would definitely used him again for any appliance repair.

Richard was very kind and personable. He used methodical troubleshooting to determine that the washer needed a new control panel. Solving the mystery took quite a bit of time, but Richard was focused on the solution, not the clock. I would definitely recommend Richard/Appliance Pro's to my friends and contacts.

The owner of the business actually performed the work. He quickly diagnosed the problem with my dryer which was a blocked pump. He removed the debris and showed me how to do it myself if the problem arises again, which I greatly appreciated. He was fast and helpful.

Great! My washing machine was repaired in the same week it broke. The technician was prompt, professional and knowledgeable. He told me on Tuesday that he thought he could get the part and have it fixed on Friday and that's exactly what happened. Each time I called the office, the woman was extremely courteous and called back when she said she would. Great customer service too!

The water line/drain line and electrical cord had been chewed by some animal. He repaired the water line. He repaired the drain, but did not put it back together. He got nervous when he noticed the electrical wire was chewed and told us we needed to call someone else to fix the electrical and then put the drain line back together. Water kept leaking and leaked all over the cabinets. We couldn't get anyone out quickly to do the repair, so my husband unplugged the icemaker and solved the problem until we could get further assistance. This contractor should have done this rather than leave us in such a mess.

Richard was on time, displayed a lot of knowledge and diagnosed the problem. Unfortunately we needed a new washer, but would recommend and use Appliance Pros if needed again.

Richard, the owner, returned our call the same day and arrived that very day as promised. He immediately recognized the problem, quoted the price and offered to fix immediately. We gladly accepted the offer. Richard was courteous, neat and cleaned up as he went. He made some adjustments as he fixed it to help prevent the problem from re-occurring. I have used Appliance Pro before and have been consistently pleased. They are my go to appliance repair business.

We moved to Venice, FL in late June not knowing anyone here. Unfortunately the moving company we used damaged several items including our washer. We checked on Angie's list to look for an appliance repair company in the area and selected Appliance Pros. Everything went very well. Appliance Pros came out the same day we called to evaluate what was needed and gave us a quote at that time. Unfortunately parts had to be ordered and they were delivered to Appliance Pros on July 3, 2014. Believe it or not they scheduled us time on July 4th to install the parts! No extra charge for the holiday work. They also helped us with a couple other very minor items, again at no charge. Richard Black, who performed the work, was very professional, personable and knowledgeable. There is no doubt that if we need any future appliance work they will be the first called.

Richard Black was very professional and answered all of our questions. He had to order the parts and was back the next day to quickly complete the repair.

UPDATE: Appliance Pros came back out and rectified the issue at no additional charge. We absolutely appreciate their committment to getting the job done correctly. Based on this, I would recommend Appliance Pros. It is still not working. After waiting over a week for the part that it supposedly needed. it still does not work. Neither fabric softener nor bleach will dispense. While waiting for the part to come in, we were told we would be called about when it arrived so we could make an apt. We never received any calls. I had to call them back twice to find out if the part came in and when to schedule an appt. After paying over 300 for a part that clearly did nit fix the issue, we now have to wait another week for a tech to come out. What should have taken a week is now stretched to three. I feel we have paid a good amount of money for a part that was not needed the dispenser is still not working. On the up side, the tech has always been punctual.

Took less than 30 minutes start to finish. Service man was very polite and professional. Dryer works well now.

The door repairs were $378 due to having to replace the inner door section. We elected to buy a new range and Richard charged us a reduced fee since no work was done and we were Angie's list subscribers.

He indicated that this was probably a one off problem most likely due to a faulty replacement bulb. He explained why the situation did not involve faulty wiring. Furthermore, he indicated that if it happens again within a month of replacement, then the problem is with the fixture base and he will make a return call with no additional service call charges. He adjusted the charge this time because of the limited time involved with the call. I thought this was both fair and good customer service.
