I would never use them again. He came out to fix my ice maker and I mentioned I had a leak. I was charged for the ice maker and then he said it would be an additional $300 to fix a leak because he had to pull out an unmounted refrigerator and fix a leak. The only time it leaked was if it made ice or we got water out of the refrigerator. Within two days water was coming from underneath the refrigerator and he refused to come out and fix it free of charge. $300 to pull out a refrigerator and fix a simple leak is outrageous. I had someone else come out and the entire line was old and cracked and all Appliance Pros did was splice in a piece of line to an already brittle line and it continued to leak. The ice maker he replaced it with was not even a GE for $338 but an after market ice maker.

Came out, looked at the machine and ran a wash cycle. Then he told me my pump needed to be replaced. Uh....yeah! That’s why I called! Total cost he wanted was $530...... pump cost is $75 on Amazon..... that’s $455 in labor cost. So he charged me the $89 to tell me what I knew when I called. Could have told me on the phone, if it needs a pump it would cost Xxxxdollars! Recommend him only to stupid people who have no internet access.

Came out on-time. Nice, seemed to know his stuff. Repair estimate was half of a new replacement frig so I just paid for the diagnosis and ended up replacing the frig.

The work was quick and professional. We will use them again if we have problems with any of our large appliances.

Didn't get fixed. More parts needed which had to be ordered. My husband decided to try to fix it himself. That didn't work either. We're making due with it the way it is. The service charge seemed a little high.

It fixed the problem, so I cant complain. Just seemed a little pricey for 20 min job. But all in all, was worth it not to have water on the floor. I would hire them again.

He charged it up and it began working perfectly. Leak could be very minor and take years to leak significantly. If future leak is faster, he will come back and replace the evaporator. Richard, who seems to do most work himself, is very professional and friendly. He is dedicated to his customers. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing appliance repair.

All went well. We called on a Sunday, and he was there on Monday to fix the problem.

Repairman advised replacement instead of repair due to pervasive odor of spoiled food. $99 was paid for house-call, would have applied to repair. "$718 estimate" to "remove and replace the main computer control unit, two controls in box."

Richard provided excellent service. Parts were ordered and repair was completed in two days.

We inherited a front loading washer and dryer with the purchase of our home without any idea of age or history. The washer kept showing an error code "SUD" which we could reset by unplugging and doing a couple of other things to get by. When the dryer started squealing it's time to call since I figured it was probably a bearing. When Richard came out he recommended we go ahead and replace the other components while the machine was taken apart (makes sense to me). He came back in a few days when the parts came in and promptly finished the job. I had done some reading on the internet regarding the code with the washer and figured it was going to require some work as well. Richard indicated we were likely using too much detergent (remember, we didn't have any manuals) and suggested we use liquid fabric softener instead of dryer sheets to help evacuate the suds from the machine. We've done that and the washer is working perfectly! Richard could have done all the repair stuff I'd read about but he simply advised us...very honest to say the least! The washer is working fine with no more error codes AND no deterioration in quality of wash. Good job, very satisfied with the quality and price.

He was friendly, professional and efficient. Service call was made for the next day.

We called Appliance Pros in the early morning, and received an immediate call back, even though it was before their posted hours. Richard arrived a couple of hours later, and found that our refrigerator had stopped running because of a blown fuse on the motherboard. He ordered the part, and was back two days later to have it up and running again. He was friendly, professional, and knowledgable. We highly recommend this business!

Richard showed up on time and all about him said:professional. I was telling him the story of us moving the dryer, sealing the holes around the exhaust vent,where the mice were getting into the house .He was listening and checking the dryer at the same time. So by the end of my story he tells me, that the dryer works fine. OK, then why does it take 2 hours to dry clothes? He got behind it,disconnected the exhaust vent from flexible tubing and asked me to come and look(feel,actually).OMG! the pipe inside the wall was practically completely closed by the "expanding foam".So the poor dryer was trying to push the air out and there was really no space for that!My husband was trying to seal all the cracks,and sealed the vent?(pipe )doing that. So I OKed Richard to try to cut the foam out, it was just my luck that that thing didn't turn the corner, as there wouldn't be much to do for him. So it was a happy end,my dryer is working, hopefully mice stay away and we had a good lesson about the expanding foam product. Highly recommend ...not the foam...,Richard.for repairs you need.

Went very well. The diagnosis was performed in less than half an hour. There was an extra delay of a couple of days to get the pump (one warehouse was out of stock so another warehouse was contacted). The pump repair and final test took less than an hour. The washer has worked perfectly since then.

I decided to forego the belt in favor of purchasing a new washing machine. Richard was very helpful, offerng suggestions about brands, models, and extended warranties. He was professional and honest.

Quick to respond & set an appt. He came out to look at our front loading washer because I thought there was a leak but he determined it was not a leak just some dirt from the incoming pipes due to outdoor main pipe work being done. He said I could use the credit toward a future service call since he didn't have to perform any work on the washer.

I realized my fridge wasn't cooling last night and sent a message via Angie's List. I had an email from Appliance Pros first thing this morning instructing me to call to set up an appointment. The serviceman came out within a couple hours. He explained that the fridge's computer malfunctioned and unplugged it to reset it. (I couldn't move the refridgerator or else I would have tried that myself.) Nothing happened after the reset so the serviceman explained it takes a while for these fridges to kick-in after a restart and asked me if it was ok if he hung around a while to see if it came back. While waiting, he looked up the parts price in case it didn't come back. It took about 20 minutes for the compressor to restart but it finally did. The serviceman expressed concerns about the fridge's computer possilby being bad since it had locked up completely. He recommended I replace it but left it up to me. He said if it went out again in the next week or so I could just call and ask them to order the parts. I decided to wait and see what happens. The fridge had a tile under one side to balance it. When he moved the fridge the tile was dislodged. I asked him to help me get it back in position. He very patiently put the fridge back in place exactly how I wanted it. The serviceman was courteous and cheerful - he had a great sense of humor too. Appliance Pros responded very quickly. They are very pleasant to deal with. I highly recommend them!

Richard was prompt and got right to work. On this job he was able to diagnose the issue quickly and apply a fix. This same problem had previously been worked on by a different repairman, but the problem came back. So far Richard's fix is working great. He also provided advice on the preferred ranges for the freezer and fridge temperature settings to help us avoid future problems. The price came in under the initial estimate because the repair was quicker than expected. He did provide a 10% discount because we found him on AngiesList. Our only negative comment is that he did not bring his own towels so had to use some from the home.

I LOVED Appliance Pros in Ft. Collins, CO! They were very responsive and just told me how to keep my dishwasher from being clogged in the future. I give them an "A" in every category! Thank you!

It went very quick and easy- I felt the price was a little high, But I really wanted my dryer fixed:) he did give us the 10% off because of angie's list. I would highly recommend appliance pros, he is quick with his appointments and getting the parts that are needed.

We contacted Appliance Pros through Angie's Deal. They responded immediately, scheduled an appointment on one of our requested dates. Richard arrived on time/slightly early, removed 7 years of fabric lint and kitty hair from the line. We were happy to find this service and vendor, and I hope to schedule this cleaning on a yearly basis. Good work. Professionally done.

My dryer quit working because it needed a new heating element. This was a very expensive repair, but since the dryer is relatively new, we decided to proceed. It really helped that the service call charge was credited back to me, which is not the policy of ALL repair people. Since the dryer vent length is really long and there was a lot of lint build-up, we decided to clean the vent as well. Richard was straight to the point and professional. This was a really expensive repair but I feel confident that he did his best. Richard was polite and showed up when he said he would. I would definitely call on Appliance Pros again.

I contacted Appliance Pros to help me diagnose and fix a problem with my dryer. When Richard first came out, instead of trying to diagnose the specific problem, he recommended replacing ALL the moving parts (tub support system, belt, drum bearing, and socket), since the parts were pretty inexpensive relative to the cost of having him take it apart and replace 1 piece. Seemed reasonable enough. When he returned to replace the parts he ordered, the heating element (coincidentally??) burned out as soon as he was done. So he ordered that part and returned to replace that. After that was done, the dryer made ALMOST just as much noise as it did when I called in the first place! (Quite loud, keeps my kids awake in our small house). So, after nearly $400 of dryer repair service and parts, I'm left with nearly no improvement whatsoever. Now he's dragging his feet on giving me any refund (he has offered to refund labor and service fees, leaving me to pay the cost + markup of the parts he sold me, but I have yet to receive that refund) Even then, I will be stuck having paid for parts I didn't really need in the first place, since now he's saying it's the motor/blower unit that's needing replacement.
