Able to come on the day I contacted them, and called to confirm the time and arrived at that time.Mr Black was professional, identified himself and listened to my description of the problems with the washer and the refrigerator. He described how the work is billed.I will contact Appliance Pros again, if more repairs are needed in the future.

They came out when they were supposed to but they were extremely pushy about us repairing the dryer. My in-laws were here when they came out and they called me at work and I told them no, because it was $500 to repair the dryer. The dryer is 5 years old and it would cost me $1,000 to replace it. It didn't make sense to me to spend half the cost of a dryer to fix it. They didn't like that answer and so they called my husband. They were very pushy on the phone with both of us about making the repair. We did not appreciate that.

This company is excellent! My washer started making a horrific sound so I went to Angie's list and saw that this company got top marks. They came out the very next day, on time and fixed my washer within an hour. The man that came out was extremely nice and answered all the questions I had for him. Their prices are very fair. I am very impressed!!!!!

Very good. The oven went out on Easter Sunday while getting ready to cook a turkey. I called then and the earliest they could get there would be late Monday afternoon. I agreed and he showed up about 1615 that day. When he diagnosed the ignitor as the problem he advised me he had a replacement in the truck and gave me the price. If I wanted to have it installed now (rather than shopping around for a cheaper price for the unit) he would waive the $75 service charge. DUHH! Put it in...which he did.

Estimate was clear and question of repair verses new was discussed Twenty year old machine required part which they obtained within a week. Completed repair as per estimate.

Appliance Pros sent a technician out within hours after I called for service on my refrigerator. The technician was pleasant and professional. He explained that I would have to pay for the service call ($75) if he made no repairs. However, he would waive the fee if he was able to service the unit. He examined the refrigerator and gave me the bad news that it would cost almost as much as a new refrigerator just to fix it. Thus, I paid the $75 service fee and replaced the refrigerator. I was pleased with the technician's demeanor and would call on them again. In fact, I've referred them to my sister who will be calling them for appliance repair.

Refrigerator stopped working for the guests we have staying in our home. We are not in Florida so had to find someone to diagnose and repair quickly. Appliance Pro tech came out next day as promised, diagnosed the problem quickly and called us for authorization. Repair part needed to be ordered, and took a couple of days to get but in the meantime tech suggested ways to get at least enough use to allow the guests to get by. Tech was professional, did repairs promptly at the price quoted, and the refrigerator works great.

The problem was diagnosed immediately and repaired was just as professional. The tech advised us of the problem, quoted us a price, he explained everything in detail and let us make the decision whether to repair or not. No strong arm tactics. He worked efficently and was very clean.

Absolutely would recommend Appliance pros to fix your appliances. He was courteous, helpful, on time and very professional. I would have no problem recommending Appliance Pros.

He was on time and did a great job.

Called on Monday for repair of dishwasher leak. Service personnel showed up on time the next day. He identified source of leak, which was a pinhole opening in the tub, in about 15 minutes. I was impressed, since I had looked at the same area several times and seen nothing. He told me how to fix it, which was simply to epoxy over the hole. He charged advertised amount for a service call. I would try them again, based on this limited but positive experience. Note that this guy did not say much. He just did his job and left. That is a plus, as far as I am concerned.

Everything went great. They were very fast and efficient. I did have some issues with scheduling. I had to reschedule a few times.

OVERALL, I RATE THEM AN "A" AND WOULD CALL THEM FIRST FOR A MAJOR APPLIANCE REPAIR. ASTONISHINGLY, MY CALL ON A SATURDAY MORNING WAS ANSWERED WHEN I ONLY EXPECTED TO LEAVE A MESSAGE. AS PROMISED, A TECHNICIAN SHOWED UP MONDAY MORNING AND DIAGNOSED THE PROBLEM WHICH SEEMED ACCURATE TO ME AFTER MY TROUBLESHOOTING AND RESEARCH. AFTER A PHONE CALL HE INDICATED THEY COULD OBTAIN AND REPLACE THE CABRIO WASHER CONTROL PANEL IN 3 DAYS AND QUOTED THE PRICE. THE PART ARRIVED AND WAS REPLACED ON THE DAY PROMISED. WHEN THE TECH KNEW HE WOULD BE A LITTLE LATER THAN THE TIME QUOTED, HE CALLED IN ADVANCE TO NOTIFY. MY WASHER HAS OPERATED WELL SINCE. REALLY APPRECIATED THE RESPONSIVENESS AND PROFESSIONALISM. ONLY AREA FOR IMPROVEMENT IS THAT I ASKED FOR A BREAKDOWN ON PARTS AND LABOR FROM THE TECH; HE HIMSELF DID NOT HAVE THE INFO AND I DID NOT FOLLOW-UP, BUT WOULD HAVE LIKED THAT BILLING DETAIL. ALSO MENTIONED THAT I FOUND THEM ON ANGIE'S LIST AND I DID NOT CHECK TO SEE IF I RECEIVED A DISCOUT BECAUSE OF THAT REFERRAL.

Great, came out same day. Fixed switch. The only issue was that the switch replaced with takes longer to ignite than the initial switch, but repairman stated it was actually safer, b/c the gas does not release until the temperature hits the temp to ignite, No gas running if it is not hot enough to burn.

On our July visit to our Longboat Key condo we discovered that our 5 year old refrigerator was not working. We lost everything in our freezer and refrigerator. It was late Saturday afternoon when we called Richard. We were asked if we needed him to come right away. We declined, but asked for him to come the next day. On Sunday morning he came, diagnosed the problem right away and told us he would put in the part order first thing Monday morning. He explained to us how to defrost our freezer overnight to get the unit back up and running again temporarily until he was able to come out and install the new parts. Richard knew we were in Florida for a short visit and that we would be leaving on Wednesday afternoon. He made the repairs Wednesday morning and we were on our way back home Wednesday afternoon. Richard explained everything well and was very curtious and considerate of our time frame. I would definately use Appliance Pros again and would highly recommend this company.
