Great company to work with! Install on new AC/furnace, plus a second visit for a humidifier install. They did a FANTASTIC job. Great communication, punctual service, polite and efficient crews. They were able to get me an install appointment during the middle of peak season, when most companies wouldn't even call me back (took 5 days just to get an estimate from my previous service provider, and Franklin was already done with the install!) Look no further, call Franklin!

No pressure to upgrade to something I didn't need. Installers Steven Holmes and Brandon Gaither were on time, professional, courteous, and a pleasure to meet.

I am very happy with my service by Franklin Heating and Air. I called them for a second opinion after another company told me I needed a $2500 repair. Within minutes Hayden knew what the problem was, and it was a very simple, inexpensive repair. He was very approachable and courteous, and patiently answered all of my questions. I appreciated his honesty, he won my confidence, and I will definitely call them for future repair needs. Will was my first contact, he was great too, super nice and accommodating. Showed up exactly when they said they would. I will spread the word!

David went above and beyond when the wrong parts came in to get the right parts overnight so the replacement could still happen on time the next day. Will Gilbrech who is one of the owners stayed on top of the install to make sure the new AC unit was ordered and installed in time for the Memorial Day weekend when I had company coming in from out of town. The whole team at Franklin to include the techs who installed my new system are number one in my book and I will continue to use their services.
