Very good experience

Foster Roofing was wonderful. The employees are professional and very knowledgeable. They worked directly with my insurance company to ensure all repairs were covered. The work was done timely and they cleaned up completely. Everyone I dealt with was helpful and I have already referred them to numerous friends and co-workers.

One week prior to the roofing job roof samples were dropped off so we could make a decision on the roof material and color. They arrived when they said they would, actually a little earlier, 7am on Monday morning. The complete roofing job took two days. The only problem I experienced was communicating with the workmen but they called the office and had someone relay the message in Spanish to them. I would hire Foster Roofing again should I need a roof.

I had another hail hit, so I would probably install a new roof sometime in the next two or three months. Their price was a little bit high, but my experience was fine.

This was my first experience with Foster. I would highly recommend them for youy roofing needs. They exceeded my expectations from the estimate to the finished job. My daughter in Rogers also bought a new roof from Foster and had the same experence as I.

I dealt with Lenn at Foster to put a roof on a house that I was remodeling and not only did they do a great job, but when vandals climbed on the house and toer up part of the roof Lenn sent someone out to fix it without asking for payment. I have used them since then for a repair on my personal house from damage caused by wind. They showed up when they said they would and fixed the issue.

Foster Roofing put a new roof on a rental house for me as well as did repairs to fix a leak on my personal home. During the winter, it became apparent that the repairs to the roof on my personal home were not effective. When Foster did the repairs, I did not ask for a bid, just asked them to work until they found and fixed the leak. They worked about an hour using supplies (shingles and decking) furnished by me. They charged $400 for that work. I thought that was excessive, but if the problem was fixed, so be it. I began calling the sales rep in early Feb. to report the leak and ask them to come out and look at the problem. So far no one has come to look at the issue even though the reps committted to come out twice. Finally, I was basically told that there is no warranty on repairs and that coming out to do further work was too small a job to be bothered with. This is a big mistake on their part: I have numerous rentals and continue buying more so when I need roofs, I will not consider using Foster Roofing for those roofing jobs.
