I called for a quote. They said they do not service my area. Doug said he didn't know why they were sowing up on Angie List. I asked if he know anyone in my area and he said no. I'm sure this is not Foster's fault.

They gave me a thorough quote and came back and did the job about a week later. The price was cheaper than expected. The jobsite was clean after they left and I could barely tell anyone had been there. They fixed the problem and I no longer have a leak.

They were able to finish the job quickly which was amazing.

I was told they do not do labor only jobs and referred me to another man, he came out gave me an estimate and then never showed up to do the job. So I am still looking for someone to work on my roof.

They came out quickly (within 3 days of calling) to provide a estimate. He was very professional, asked questions to find out what I was wanting, inspected the roof then made suggestions, and offered options. The offer was printed off right there including a detailed list of all charges, copies of insurance (and I think bonds?). Over the next two weeks I had 3 other companies give me estimates and no one even came close to the professionalism of Foster. I went with them because of how they handled the initial estimate process even though their bid wasnt the lowest (although still very competitive, price was very close to the lowest). On the morning of the install they prepped covering some bushes next to the house, and even cut some tree limbs that were touching the roof. The work was done very quickly, about 6 hours for 5 guys (it's a small house, simple roof). When done they did a nice job cleaning up, in fact the driveway was cleaner than when they started, and even after more than a month I havent found any nails or other debris. I waited until several heavy rains had passed thru before writing this review and I'm glad to say no leaks have shown up. Very happy with the service and results, they acted professionally thru out the process and the results reflect that professionalism.

they did a great job but if you need other work done don't use who they recommend he to busy to get with you and give you a quote and this to me reflects bad on foster

Shingles were replaced and in fine order. The only negative comment I have is my roof is older and has some algae or some staining on the north side. You can see footprints where roofer walked across this side of the roof. I complained to Foster, and they said that sort of thing happens due to having to access that portion of roof. However, just a few months before I had a competitive roofing company do similar repairs where they had to access the same side of roof, but they didn't leave footprints, so my conclusion is that if their competitor can do the work without leaving footprints, then Foster should have been able to do the same. I would hire Foster for a new roof, but not sure I will hire them again to replace shingles on my current roof if that has to occur again.

Good. While leaks seem fixed, they didn't manage to replace shingles with existing colored shingles. "After seeing my review, they reached me directly and addressed my concerns by replacing the shingles. Thanks!"

They came to review the scope of work and give an estimate very quickly (as weather permitted since it has been raining a lot this Spring). Then a couple of weeks later their installers came to do the work (I felt this was reasonable timing given the weather situation). They arrived on time, did their work and were very polite, cleaned everything up and hauled it away. They were able to get the work in before this last very big mega rainfall that we had in the area and I was very thankful and there were no leaks. Pricing was very reasonable for the scope of work.

They were really good, professional. The work took three or four hours. There were two to three workers. You would never know they were there, very clean.

Very fast and efficient workers. The new roof was installed in less than 2 days. Very pleased with the finished product and the overall price.

After the estimate of damage by the insurance company (they do not recommend anyone as a matter of policy), I called Foster Roofing because of the reviews on Angie's List. From the initial appointment (with information as to materials to be used and an estimate of cost) to the completion of the work, they kept me informed as to each step (what to expect, how long it would take and the cleanup of the trash and debris). This has been a refreshing experience, as they say, "good help is hard to find" and excellence as practiced by Foster Roofing; truly rare.

Great service from point of sale to clean up. Quick to respond to my questions before installation and patient with billing process as this was insurance claim and checks came in two stages from insurance company. Finished the job in a single 12hr period. Roof looks great! Purchased a few extras and so glad we did

I contacted Foster as a referral from Angie's List. We're new to the area, and we needed to have the ridge vent removed and installed correctly before we could call our home purchase 'complete'. I had to deal through email, as I am overseas, so when I got a reply back (two, actually!) within a few hours, I was pleasantly surprised. They arrived the next day and climbed up on the roof to see what needed to be done. Not only was my ridge vent installed incorrectly by the previous roofers, there was only about 1/3 of what needed to be there! So after the inspection was done, I waited a few days. I did email to see what the delay was, and that's all it took to kick things into high gear. I got an estimate, signed off, and was scheduled the following week (due to rain). The team arrived for the installation, but found that the shingles they got weren't an exact match. They grabbed a sample off of the roof and returned the next day with a spot-on color match. They cut away the peaks of the roof--3 in total--and even sent pictures to show that they had done it properly. They wrapped up, cleaned up, and were gone within just a few hours. As a new resident to the area, I was more than pleased with the service I received. The only time I made a call, I spoke with Adam, and he is the epitome of personality--pleasant, concerned, and patient. The work was impeccable, and I'd recommend them every day of the week to anyone.

Outstanding - Foster Roofing was professional from beginning to end. From the beginning, the people that showed up to do our estimate clearly explained everything that needed to be done and all of the options available. They scheduled the work quickly - within two weeks, they started the job. They were able to work with our insurance company throughout the process, to get the right approval and keep them appraised of the process. As the work progressed, they identified workmanship issues on the prior installation - where the ridges vents were incorrectly installed, where unnecessary "turtle vents" had been added to the roof, etc. Everything was explained clearly - and what they would do to correct the issues. The roof turned out perfectly - and the ventilation of our attic/roof improved as a result. We were very pleased with them, and won't hesitate to use them again.

I signed an estimate of $350 fearing water damage. An appointment was never made for anyone to come out. An unmarked truck from Ayana subcontractor backed into my driveway. The two never spoke going or coming. They didn't respond when I went outside to see was going on. The people that I then had to deal with on the phone (with the exception of the receptionist) were unpleasant, unprofessional, and angry.

They did a great job Mike Kinne came out and gave us a price very nice person on time. And Kevin Wilmoth and his crew did the job on time very nice person. All I can say is I know where to call if I ever need another roof . There are so many roofer's out there that do not do what they say . I know from my last roofer"s But I can guarantee That Foster's is the best.

I am updating my review to reflect the response by this company. I actually got a call from Mr. McConnell today with an apology. He didn't offer excuses just an apology, which is all anyone can ask. It's very easy for any business to misdirect or misplace a message but to take ownership of the mistake and promise to correct is a very professional action. It impressed me and I would not hesitate to use this company in the future.

Great. Sales person, office staff, supervisors, labor crew - all were professional, courteous, and thorough.

Very well-1st obtained quote & signed contract. Then trash trailer delivered, shingles delivered, roof done-all in one day.

Representative was contacted by Me as was 2 other firms. The price was lower than the other 2 bids. I told them they had the job and was completed with no problems. I have a 1700 sq ft home and they completed it he work in one day. Very satisfied with the crew of people. And handling paper work with there office I was very satisfied with the service.

Excellent experience in all aspects -- from Sales to installation. Foster's delivered everything as promised. I would not hesitate to use them again. They provided excellent communication throughout the process -- always asking if I was happy with everything up to that point. Foster's quote came in a few hundred dollars higher compared to another company that offered a $500 off Angie's List coupon. I was going to use the $500 dollar off company --- but, that company reneged on the coupon. They stated that the $500 off coupon was not applicable to the low quote that I received.
