After calling multiple roofing companies. This was the only one that would work with us since we weren't filling an insurance claim convenient & affordable leak was fixed after first visit.

Very, very well. They came quickly, after estimate, dropped off material. Then they were here soon after to take off old roof, and replace new roof. They were very professional. The roof is excellent. I was amazed when i stepped outside after 5pm, there was not one sign that they'd ever been there, on the ground- totally clean. The roof is gorgeous. The tubular sky windows are so fantastic, we love the light they let in. Extremely satisfied! Thank you Foster roof :)

They were on time and all they had all the materials with them. They were very piolet. They stick to their companies policies. They were very professional and down to earth. If they run into a problem that they don't do or can't handle, they have a list of sub-contractors who they will refer you too, who's prices are always good, and they work together. They cleaned up nicely and made sure that all of the nails were picked up after the job was done. They also have a years warranty. They also bought me a new broom after they used one of mine. They also worked to find the right materials at the best price. Jimmy Hall, the manager, is a very honest guy who I would trust to give him my house key when I'm not home.

We went with Foster Roofing because of what we had found on Angie's List, what I had heard from a couple other people out on the street, and the reputation that they have. They did a really good job. He was very professional. If I needed roofing again I would probably go with them.

I took 3 bids. Foster was very professional and willing to do the work to get a good quality estimate out to me. They were slightly higher than the other bids, but had a good reputation and a neighbor recently used them for a roof replacement with fairly good results, so I decided to use them as well. My job was a bit more complex than average, because we had to re-frame the exterior skylight curb since my skylights were from 1986 and are in a size no longer manufactured since the skylight companies tried to standardize skylight sizes in the 1990s. It took over 2 months from the time I signed the project contract until they arrived to install the skylights. Unfortunately, they showed up with the wrong skylights, since they did not include the laminated glass option that was listed on the contract. This was likely the fault of the supplier, but they didn't notice either, until I pointed it out myself. They cancelled the install and said they would rush over replacements in about a week. Almost a month and a half later, they finally came back out with the correct skylights (they said my project got lost in the shuffle). I was not notified in advance of the install date until they were already onsite, and I was on vacation that day, but I agreed to let them continue with the install even though we were out of state on the start date. During the long delays, I left them alone and now realize I should have checked on the status more often to make sure my project didn't get forgotten. Once they started, they did a good job with the install, and after two hard rains, I didn't see any leaks. They took their time to make sure the install was clean/tight and took care of most all of the debris. The workers were nice. The new skylights look nice and operate perfectly. They block all of the outside noise I had with the old skylights. I did have one issue were a question relayed to their office was never responded to by the staff, but another email and two calls into my sales rep were handled fairly quickly. I'm very particular about my home, and will admit that I'm not an ideal customer, since I insist everything be done by the book, and I want to understand everything that will happen before we begin, to be sure no misunderstandings show up midstream. This install was a moderate success, since it eventually got done right, though it took a lot longer than I wanted and had too many twists and turns to make it a complete success. I'm sort of on the border of whether I'd hire them again.

.Rain delayed the scheduled work and the job supervisor hurt his back and was unavailable, but they followed up the following week and completed the job in a few days. Work was professional with excellent clean up.

I was very impressed with this company from the time Mike Kinne came out and gave a quote in April until August when I had him come out again to ask some questions and give them the job. The price was fair and they started within 3 days. The crew worked 12 hour days, cleaned up each day and did not tear up our yard or damage anything. Once they were finished I had one small area that looked like the decking was slightly bowed. One call to Mike and they were back out the next day and tearing off the new roof in that area to find out what was wrong and repaired with no questions asked. These folks stand behind what they do and take pride in customer satisfaction and that is refreshing to see now days. First class service all the way.

The crew arrived and started early. There was a little misunderstanding about some specifics but after a phone call or two to the office everything we wanted was provided. I am a Construction Inspector so I'm sure my expectations and demands were high but Fosters came thru. The crew was very fast, they had finished and cleaned up by the end of the day. We are very proud of our new roof. Thank You Fosters!

Mike Kinne was very kind and efficient in providing the estimate and answering questions throughout the project. Job required removing guttering and two layers of old shingles; the under layer was badly deteriorated, requiring much labor to remove. Crew still finished the job in one day, and came back the next morning to clean up. All were very courteous, making sure the TV satellite dish was reinstalled and working properly before they left. Several days later we noticed a window screen had been damaged by falling debris. Only one phone call to the office was required for the replacement to be taken care of quickly. We are very pleased with their work.

We kind of looked around before we did anything and tried to get the best. They turned out to be good.

Fosters was one of the best companies we have dealt with so far. From their office staff to their salesman to the actual roofers. They did a great job, were on time, and their communication was great. I would recommend them for any roofing needs.

Only difficulty was contact with representative of company, the contract was competitive and time needed to schedule work consistent with experience of other homeowners in area. When scheduled, crew was professional, clean up excellent.

I was very please with this company. They showed up when they said they would. They were very professional during the quoting process. I ended up going with another company because they would not be doing any of the prep work involved with the structure of the house.

.Accepted contract on November 14th. They called on 21st of December and delivered the shingles and equipment. Said it would probably take about a day to do work. They arrived on the 22nd at about 10:30 am, because they had a job they had to finish before starting mine. I did not think that they could complete the job after arriving so late that day, but when I got home at 4:00PM they were finishing up and had already cleaned up and hauled off all trash. Very happy with the job, how quick they got the job done, and how well they cleaned up. Price was a little higher than other companies but I gave them the job because of references on Angie's list. Glad I did. Would definenatly use them again.

We had a lot of hail damage in the neighborhood, and we wanted to try to replace the roof. They decided we didn't have any roof damage and that there was no need for any repair. I consider that to be a positive. I didn't do business with them.

They did a great job. They did it quickly and cleaned up around the house very well. I was very pleased.

Their were three men who worked very diligently and consciencely. They cleaned up afterward. All-in-all we were very pleased with their work. The people at Foster Roofing are very accomodating and do everything to make this a pleasant experience. I would definitely use them agian.
