Early and installed roof quickly. Good clean up.

I would love to submit a review on a local roofing company, I have photos. I feel like I should enlighten people in this area of the quality of work this company delivers. My review is on Foster Roofing, 3357 Wagon Wheel Road Springdale, AR 72762 (479) 751-2300. I ask Mike to make sure and fix the roof, leaving straight lines and edges replacing decking with plywood not chip board (OSB). Out of the 4 estimates I received from roofers in the area Fosters was the highest(near $1500.00 More), but I felt like they would give the best finished product. Boy was I mistaken! I arrived at the house only to find that they had completed the back half of the roof, not replacing all of the bad decking and the small amount of decking that they had replaced with chip board (OSB). I told Mike once again that I did not want decking replace with chip board (OSB) but that I had requested plywood. The chip board (OSB) was the least of my concerns; the roof is wavy at best in one place it looks as if they lost a hammer under the shingles. This over priced roofing job left me with the worst quality, offal, wavy roof with hills peaks and valley all over it. Sloppy, poor craftsmanship used on the roof would be an understatement now the roof leaks in several places where the vents are located.

It went very well. Roy was very polite and helpful during estimate process. Roofing crew worked quickly and cleaned up well.

Preston was excellent, roof is excellent and well installed. I didn't have the fastest crew in town, but they were careful and made sure it was done well.

They were on time and did everything they said they would. Actually finished earlier than expected.

Roy the inspector for the company was here ASAP. He examined the whole roof then made a price. Very nice and reasonable

Foster Roofing had replaced our roof about 6 years ago. During this hard winter our chimney had a pin hole size leak. Not their fault but they fixed it. They have always been great to work with.

The initial bid for the job went fast. We received the shingles right away. It took a couple of weeks to get them here to do the job. I think they did a good job. No way to know for sure, since no one inspected it. They left plastic sheeting in the back yard plus pieces of old shingles. I picked up a garbage bag full of trash that they left behind. So far I have found only one nail in the driveway.

Came out gave an estimate when I called to ok job – easy to schedule – work done on time.

They did an excellent job. They were prompt and they got it done very quickly. They cleaned everything up as they took the old shingles off. They went around the house with a magnet and picked up any nails. They picked up everything that they could find. It was very hot and they kept on working. Our insurance covered it. They had enough workers and kept busy. They cleaned the gutters when they were done.

On time; professional; answered all of our questions; great clean-up; high quality materials.

Things went smooth from start to finish. Very professional. Preston McGinnis was first class start to finish.

On the new roof install in 2012 - Foster Roofing was very professional, very quick, and worked perfectly with our insurance provider. The quality of the roof and guttering was very good, and, unlike others we've used in the past, they cleaned up all the mess (nails, etc) and you never knew they were there.

Roofing is good but there are still issues with guttering, but I have been out of town and unable to contact Foster to resolve the issues

Provider answered immediately, made appointment for the next day, arrived promptly, inspected roof where we thought there might be a leak, reported that there was no damage, charged us nothing even though we live out in the country down a dirt road. Very helpful!

It was great! Our contact at Foster Roofing was Roy and he was so wonderful and helpful.

The estimator, Mike, was very informative regarding the cause of some shingles starting to show signs of curling along one roof line. He gave us a price of 875.00 and we agreed and a date was established. Unfortunately, the crew did not show. I called and the foreman, Rick, expressed surprise and rescheduled. Once again, the crew did not show. I called and said that I was canceling. A few minutes later, the foreman knocked on my door and apologized and asked that I give them a chance to make things right and offered to reduce the price by 200.00. I agreed and they arrived as promised and did a great job. The bad part of this experience could have been handled by a simple phone call. Regardless, the work appears to be excellent and I would use them again.

Work was done well, and in a timely fashion.

Overall they did a good "1 day" job. My complaint is on the two overhang roofs oven doors on lower level. The shingles were not removed. Therefore, the old silver drip edge was not replaced with the new white drip edge that now does not mat the roof above. And I found two nails in my driveway after they left.

They were responsive with an estimate,provided great roofing options and color selections, and were easy to schedule the job with. They contacted us before the scheduled date to have their employees come by to make sure they had our agreement on placement of materials to be delivered and to understand any on-site considerations (pets, children, etc). They performed they work efficiently, professionally and as scheduled - then cleaned up after themselves as promised. I would highly recommend this company!

Foster provided a firm price, then showed up to do the work several days earlier than promised. They took good care of our yard vegetation and patio furniture. Cleanup was excellent. The roof looks good.

The job was done right and in a timely manner

Everything was first class. The service before and during the roofing, The only reason for not giving him an A on professionalism was the we found a fair amount of nails on the ground after the crew had left. They looked like they were cleaning everything up, but they missed a lot of nails on the ground. I don?t remember how much we paid, but we felt it was a fair and good price. The job is excellent and we would call them again.

Roy, the sales associate was very prompt and professional! We were going to get metal roofing however, decides to upgrade the existing shingles. Foster's pricing was higher than another competitor, but the quality of the materials was better and the follow up was more prompt. Excellent customer service during the process dealing with the health and death of my brother which was very stressful. Roy was very patient and allowed us the time we needed.
