They were very good and on time. They were very thorough and they explained what they were doing. They were really top notch.

They came on time and took care of it quickly and even gave me some advice of what to do with the old heater. Great service, timing and price!

Very disappointed! Meet with this company about a month ago at our house to give us a bid on plumbing for addition we're doing. The guy said he'd get a price back to us later that week. Never heard back from him. I called and left a message two weeks later to check on status and still never heard back from anyone! Terrible customer service !

They stated the on call repair person wouldn't come out at night when they stated they would provide 24hr service. I felt the quote for the larger repair was much too high since I had already paid for the same service once before for much less. The other service provider I used after this experience was much less as well. I was not happy with this experience as I had used Allied once before and things went much better, so I was expecting the same.

The repairman did a wonderful job of locating the problem pipe and fixing it quickly and efficiently. He had to cut into the wall and once he was done you could not even tell what he had done. He cleaned up well and was very neat.

Work completed quickly. We were given needed information about modifications that need to be made in the future. Very knowledgable and helpful. Will certainly use again.

Arrived as scheduled and called to confirm ETA while in route. Pleasant, prompt and courteous and used shoe covers when entered the house to check interior. Got done quickly but not too. Gave free estimate. Legible receipt!!

The leak was in a plastic drain which unfortunately meant the tank had to be drained. The work was done very well. The only problem was the hourly cost waiting for the tank to drain -- over two hours. That made the cost a little high.

Allied is wonderful in every way! This was my second time to have them in my home and they are the only plumbing company I will call. The service person came exactly when promised, correctly diagnosed the problem and made the repairs.

Cleaned it out in 20 minutes, after another company came out twice and could not unclog the line. It was also $150 cheaper then the other company quoted me, with the Angie's list 15% members discount.

I have nothing but good things to say about Allied. Desmon showed up on time, was courteous, and explained everything before he did the work. He provided me a quote on the sink and stuck to it. When he re-seated the toilets, he didn't just fix it, he actually replaced the plastic flange with a metal one and bolted the whole thing to the concrete. It's so nice to have a provider that's not just going to do the minimum effort but actually does the work right. Where he had to cut a hole in the wall, he made a clean cut so it was pretty easy to repair. All in all very happy with the work.

The installer was professional and cleaned up after himself. It cost a little more than usual because I had a shut off valve in behind the refrigerator. The sheet rock had to be cut and placed back after the pipe was installed, the housing placed for the shut off valve, and clean up. The installer did a great job!

The plumber showed up on time and was professional. He put on coveralls to crawl under the mobile home to look for the water cut-off, but after about 1/2 hour, he said he couldn't find one. Nevertheless, the problem was fixed in the end. The charge was for 2 hours of work plus the "call fee." The work was good, but the price was way too high..

Just fine. They said they'd put us on their schedule for another clean out in 5 years. That sounds reasonable.

This was a very pleasant experience. We had them install a dishwasher for us and help us track down a problem that we had with our water pressure. He was able to find a place where a pipe was about to burst. We have a very old building and finding anything around here is like going on a treasure hunt. Their tech took on the challenge and did it quickly and accurately. Thanks Allied! We will be using you all again.

We were very pleased with all aspects of the service call. They were very prompt and professional. When they discovered our tank was buried 4 1/2 feet deep, they notified us that there would be an additional cost due to having to hand dig that deep, which ended up being only one additional hour ($89) of labor. When they left you could not tell that they had been here. They leveled the yard out and covered the area with the rock they had displaced...really impressive!

My septic line was clogged, they cleaned it out, had roots grown into it

Allied is a reliable outfit that shows up on time, and gets the job done. Plumbers are expensive, and as I've priced them for other jobs, Allied is about average. I would, and actually did, use them again for another job on my rental house.

Came out to unclog my sink drain, and I discussed with them the problem of my under sink dishwasher vent. They came up with a quick alternative, and replumbed under my sink in less than 30 minutes. Great company, quick, doesn't waste time, and doesn't waste your money. Will use them again for sure.
