We had issues with HAVC and have used Allied for plumbing previously. The tech came out and we told him the AC wasn't working and there was moisture around the unit. He replaced the "board". 5 days later I walk into the guest room and the carpet is soaked. Open the AC unit and it is pouring water. Call emergency services 3 times and they said they would contact the tech on call again. After 2 hours I told her to just make sure Allied called us first thing in the morning. Filed insurance claim and called Serv Pro. The next morning, Allied called and said unfortunately they couldn't get anyone out here until tomorrow. My husband explained this was an emergency. I called her back and she started making excuses why the tech didn't respond to emergency call. NOT the way to respond to a stressed out customer who has major damage to home because the tech didn't fix the problem in the first place. I told the dispatcher this was not acceptable and not to send anyone to our home. VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH ALLIED. Call someone else if you need help!!

They were a very good guys, they did it right.

Outrageous service. We paid $140.00 (one hundreds and forty) for change of battery. The same thing was offered by other plumbers at $55.00. Not planning to hire again. Also the plumber did not stayed for an hour since they charged for an hour to do less than 10 minutes job. We also had other issue that could have been addressed.

Problem was diagnosed and fixed. They walked through problem. Super helpful

Very good. Sweet, clean and they know what they are doing.

Took about 15 min. and clog was 40ft down. I felt expensive for time ease of cleaning, and was told they were going up in price. I will probably shop again next time.

After my laundry flooded I discovered that it was due to an outdoor faucet. I was able to get an appointment the next morning. The service man knew immediately what the problem was and after returning for the needed replacement faucet fixed the problem in short order. He was very competent and professional.

They quoted me $889 and some change. I got my spicket replaced and now have running water for $250.00

We had to replace two hot water heaters in our older home with a tankless water heater. Installation was great! Raymond came back a few days later to install a Wifi enabled something (ugh, guys don't ask me what it is. I don't know) that allows us to view our water usage and temp on an app. When installing the item, there was a cable that didn't have all its wires correctly attached, so Raymond immediately ordered us a new one. Right after that happened, our brand new tankless water heater's motherboard gave out! Raymond called every plumber he knew in the area and found parts to get ours running that same night, and drove 45 minutes each way to go get them! The next week, he came back to put in parts for our water heater and took the borrowed parts back out. We could NOT be more thankful for Raymond. He took time after hours to take care of us, on multiple occasions! Not having hot water in the house with 4 kids wasn't an option, and he didn't even ask us to consider it. We love Raymond, my kids miss Raymond (but seriously), and we will be calling y'all anytime we have a plumbing issue.

We called Allied in the morning. Raymond called and was able to come out the same day. He assessed the situation, explained everything clearly, and we made a plan how to proceed. Raymond was punctual, friendly and knowledgeable.

Both Raymond and Josh were very professional and a pleasure to have them do what was necessary to remedy our problem. I would certainly use them again, if needed. I would highly recommend Allied Plumbing to any one that needs their services.

Very badly. Took four visits, $527.00, and the problem has still not been resolved. During the first visit, they tightened the toilet next to the tub. Second visit, they re-tightened and sealed the same toilet. Third visit they did not do anything and re-schedule for a later date to do a smoke test to detect any leaks. The reason for the re-schedule was because they did not have the equipment to perform the test. The plumber stated he did not have a history of previous visits to review and there was nothing indicated on the work order. Fourth visit, smoke test was performed with no leaks detected. The plumber said it was probably a dead rodent in my ventilation system and the odor should good away with time. One month later the odor is still there, coming from the same tub drain. To top it off I was sent a overdue bill when I paid for all services in full. I would definitely not recommend Allied Plumbing for anyone’s plumbing needs.

Hired to repair a leaky hose pipe. Unfortunately, they also filled the drainage pipe for my air conditioner's condenser with dirt and rearranged landscaping bricks in front of and on top of it. I *think* they did this so they could show that the leak from the hose had been repaired because the previously wet ground was now covered in dry dirt. The next day, I noticed the problem because there was suddenly flooding around my air conditioner and the previously exposed drainage pipe was buried. I called to have them come and fix and they were HORRIBLE!!! I was put on hold numerous times, explained the problem numerous problems. They promised to send someone out that day. ...They didn't. A day later, a plumber called to say he would be there in 10 minutes. Didn't ask if this worked for me. Didn't ask if I was available. I frantically drove home from work, only to have him tell me he couldn't wait and had gone to another job. Left numerous messages requesting call back from owner, each time having to wait on hold and re-explain the problem to someone who could not care less. Not one call back. Ultimately, paid to have someone else fix the damage Allied caused. NEVER AGAIN!! SO HORRIBLE!! IF YOU VALUE YOUR PROPERTY OR YOUR TIME, HIRE SOMEONE ELSE!!!

They were a little on the pricey side. The cost was about $400 or $500.

Great. Plumber was very nice, informative, and quick. He educated me on options for the toilet and let me know of potential complications and costs before doing the work. Luckily there were no complications and he got the job done.

Ed and Clayton were friendly and courteous. They did a great job installing our new tankless water heater! Would definitely recommend them to friends!
