Description of Work: We had a water line that was broken from the meter to the house and needed a great, not just good plumber to replace the line. Can't say enough good things about Raymond, Austin and Hippy. I will be calling them in the future for other plumbing problems.

Description of Work: Just bought a home built in 2000. When we turned on the water main, the washing main spigot sprayed, so we had to turn off water to the whole house. It was 4:10 pm when I called Allied. They said they would come around 6:00, and it would be overtime. Since we had no water, I accepted. He soldered a new spigot on the hot side, and said cold side was not leaking, charged me $190.50 and left. Took about 20 minutes. The cold spigot started dripping, and I put a cup under it. I emptied the cup before I went to bed...it wasn't full. The next morning the floor in the laundry room and part of the garage was wet. I called Allied back, and was told it would not be a "callback" because I told Daniel, the plumber that the cold side was not leaking. I didn't tell him that. The lady said a service manager would call me back, and nobody called.

Description of Work: Cleaned out drain lines which had been idle for two years. Got everything flowing smoothly again.

Description of Work: Changed a water hose faucet that had froze in the winter. Flushed the faucet in the bathroom sink that had sediment and a slow stream of water due to galvanized pipes.

Tom, the septic guy, also brought along a plumber to ensure all the work could be completed if the job was more than emptying main tank. They were very prompt and completed the job same-day. Price seemed high, but don't have any reference for cost of replacing septic pumps.
