They do a good job and it's consistently good. They are very fair.

The technician replaced the valves on two outdoor hydrants that dripped and an indoor toilet that would not stop dripping in the tank no matter what was done. He was excellent and all is fixed with no subsequent issues. We are pleased.

We had a tankless water heater when we originally built our home (Aquastar - LP-purchased from the propane company) and it lasted about 15 years. We would have gladly replaced the tankless with another tankless, but they were not as easy to get parts for back then and we had a teenaged daughter at home, who was not willing to take cold showers until the parts came in. So we purchased a regular water heater. I tried to order the Bosch on line, but the company was out of stock for at least a month. I located this one LP tankless water heather from a plumbing supply for around $950.00 or so, but learned if I were to pick it up to have a plumber come to install it, Bosch would not warranty the product, NOR would the plumber. And Bosch requires certified Bosch installers to install their water heaters or their warranty is null and void altogether. They had 3 names of certified Bosch plumbers and Allied seemed to be the only one listed on Angie's List that I recognized. A young plumber came out and he was polite, courteous, timely, professional, (under very, very hot temperature circumstances; having to run the vent to the water heater through the attic!) never losing his smile. I had no problem with his ability to work on, install, or understand what he was doing with the installation of this water heater whatsoever. I was very happy with that part. A complaint about, in the end would be the total charged for the job. And this is probably standard practice for the business; There was about a 30% mark-UP on all parts supplied for this job. So my water heater, instead of being in the $950 range, ran in the $1200 range and the venting material had to be stainless steel @ $30 a foot ran 30% more, so total "parts" ran $1961.43; labor = $553.00 + s/c = $39.00 less the $15.00 COUPON on line for being an Angie's List member for a GRAND TOTAL of $2,538.43. Not pocket change for a water heater, AT ALL! But at the end of the day, 20% of your gas bill goes for heating water 24 hours a day that we only needed at night when we took showers or when I washed clothes in hot water. Propane is not cheap and my propane bill in the winter is OUTRAGEOUS! This item should pay for itself in the not too distant future.

They were friendly and helpful on the phone, came on time and completely fixed the problem. We even got a $15 discount for being members of Angie's list which paid for our year's membership! I will definitely use them in the future.

Allied Plumbing did an excellent job. I feel that they are a little more expensive vs others but the quality of work is worth the extra spend. They were accountable to the time they had set for arrival and that was important considering I was leaving work to meet them there. I felt he went the extra mile to make sure the job was done right as well.

I called expecting it might be a day or two before they could do the work. Their phone was answered on the first ring and I had a technician at my door within an hour - - and keep in mind this wasn't even an emergency! The two men were so efficient and pleasant. I can't wait to have opportunities to refer them to others.

All great. Work done efficiently and even early. The plumber called and announced his arrival. Very pleased.

Ok. Running late, but call and let me know, which i appreciated. He did not have part, so had to go and buy one. When repaired, he did not put shower handle on correctly. My husband was able to fix it.

They were pretty quick about it once everything was dug up. The guy that came out was really well-mannered and did a good job.

They did everything fine, except left a low spot near the garage that had to be rectified at a later date.

Allied is very professional. $78/hour is rather pricey, but you get what you pay for I guess.

They have done several stuff for me and they are outstanding. They are a mile away down the road from me. They are very prompt and very professional. They have been very, very knowledgeable in some very, very complicated plumbing issues that I have had. The excavation work they did was excellent but the main thing is that they have been available really, really quickly. I stuck with them because of their reliability. They have had some personal changes within the company but it has been first class work all along.

The technician (Tom) arrived promptly at the scheduled time. He had to locate the septic tank and dig till he located the cover. He not only drained the tank as originally requested he cleared a tree root he found so the line would flow properly. He went above and beyond and all for a very reasonable price.

I called Allied yesterday with a leaky toilet. They came out this morning! Daniel called before he came and arrived on time. He was very professional and friendly. He completed the service, explained what he did before he did it, and then finished. Would definitely recommend to anyone. Awesome!

Very professional.. Prompt and called when their ETA changed. I just want to know how a guy can use 2 sticks to find my underground septic lines, amazing! Would definitely use them again. They were very honest and tried to save us $$ by diverting the laterals that were saturated. This so far has solved the problem without having to replace the entire system.

We have a had a toilet that has had a "drip in the tank" ever since we purchased the home. It was intermittant, but when we were on vacation, our neighbor had to turn off the water to the tank because it was dripping non-stop. Obviously, we needed repair so, as I stated above, I found Allied Plumbing. I decided to save on a second service call and asked that they also replace a valve on each of our two outdoor faucets. I called Allied around 1:00 pm. The lady listened to my concerns and surprised me with the comment that she might be able to have a plumber at my house that afternoon. Sure enough, Ed called and arrived around 3:30. He tackled the outdoor faucets first and then headed to the bathroom. He discovered a cracked plastic bulb in the tank as well as a malfunctioning water feed line to the toilet. He had to leave to get parts (he stopped the clock so that the trip was not charged to me) and returned to repair the toilet in no time at all. Wow, it works like new. Ed was personable and professional. He explained and showed me everything. I would have him back for any of my plumbing needs.

Work was performed out in the yard without needing us to be home. The city inspected their work same day and we were in business.

Getting the piece of equipment out of the vent was not an easy job and the technician was very creative in his solution. He was very friendly, clean and spent time chatting with my son; he was excellent.

Called the office at 8am, scheduled anytime after 1pm, they did show same day after 5pm. Bradley arrived with the proper equipment and addressed the issue quickly. We spent time reviewing my system and then he performed diagnostics to insure the job was done. Wish I would have called Allied first instead wasting money and worse, TIME with another. I will trust Allied for all of my future work.

They showed up on time, were professional, reasonable fees and we trust this company to take care of our home issues.

Overall a good experience, however, I wish the serviceman would have explained what he was going to do before he did it, as I may have chosen another option.

Earlier in the week, I asked them to come Fri afternoon and gave them the list of items I wanted them to complete. They arrived this afternoon as expected - two guys actually. One seemed to be training the other. They quickly assessed the items I called them for, ran back out to the truck to get parts. Within 20 minutes, all three items were completed. While I wouldn't consider my issues terribly difficult, they seemed very competent. I would use them again.
