Description of Work: Can't believe on one of the hottest days they came and had air conditioner fixed within 90 minutes. A fluke due to a service technician beng in the neighborhood but great service and very professional friendly technician.

I have had two other companies service my HVAC over the last nine years, and in both cases, they were at my house at least 45 minutes. This person was here only 15 to 20 minutes, and never left the hallway where the furnace is located. He was huffing and puffing when he got here, and that continues. I can't say for sure that he didn't do everything that he was supposed to do, but I know that he didn't do nearly as much as the competitors do. So, I give 3 stars overall.

Description of Work: Installed new Lennox furnace and AC unit. Removed old unit, installed new thermostat. The new unit was installed in the attic in one day. the old unit had to be disassembled to fit thru the attic opening to be removed. A new thermostat had to be wired and installed. All was done as required and appears to be working fine. It was too cold to charge AC so we're on hold until the weather warms up. Hope they contact us without us having to chase them down. Only complaint was that even though it was installed in an unfinished attic space, there were a lot of small parts and wire pieces left about we had to clean up. Pleased to have heat again.

Description of Work: Company diagnosed that I needed a new draft fan/motor assembly, but would not remove/install the new unit because the installation bolts were seized up onto the exhaust plenum. They said they were legally prevented from "modifying" the furnace by drilling out the seized bolts, so I would need to order the plenum as well, which would triple the cost of the repair. What a ridiculous situation. So I purchased the motor/fan assembly from Air Control and did the labor myself. It was a bit frustrating, although I thought the company was responsive enough.

Description of Work: Air Control replaced my old heat pump/ac with a new unit. They showed up when they said they would and did a professional installation. No complaints with their service.

Description of Work: A/C went out when temps were over 100 degrees. They made it out same day called. They did not try to sell us anything we did not need. Completed the repair at a minimal cost. Tech was very friendly and professional. Furnace had problem couple of winters ago. Same experience then. They did the repair with a simple part being replaced. Again not trying to sell us anything we did not need. Kept the cost down. Will call them again if anything happens.
