The whole process went extremely well. The sales person Blake was very professional and explained all of our options in great detail. We were given several price options for the size units we needed to cool and heat our Home. After we made the decision, the units were installed quickly and professionally. The installers Efren and Scott showed up on time and worked quickly. They did a great job and represented Airco Company very professionality. last fall i called a different company than air control to come and fix a leak in the central ac unit in my rental. they put more freon in the ac. by this spring, the ac wasn't working again so I call air control. they had installed a new ac in my home and at the time, i thought they would serve me better. They showed up 6/10/19 and put $240.00 worth of freonand dye in my system. they said when the freon leaked out again, the dye would let them know where the problem is. My question at the time was "why didn't you just charge the system up and fix it right then before summer is upon us and you have the time? especially after it had already leaked out?' 18 days later the freon had leaked out again. I called Air Control on a friday at 3:00 (as soon as my renters contacted me) and they said they could have a technician out the next day for an added charge, or schedule me for tuesday of the next week. I said I would pay the additional charge for a Saturday visit. I asked for a contact number for the saturday visit 'just in case', and they said there wasn't one but i would be receiving a call from the technician by the afternoon. they assured me I was on the schedule and would be contacted! Saturday no one called or came. I finally called the weekend air control answering service at 5:00 on saturday and received a call back from a technician telling me that I was not going to be helped, that i hadn't spoken with the office on friday and that i wasn't on the schedule. basically, he told me i was lying about having an appointment. I called Air Control first thing Monday morning. I explained the situation and wanted to know why i was booked for an appointment that couldn't happen. the lady on the end of the phone said that they don't book saturday appointments and I was mistaken.???? After a $240.00 service call 20 days previously when the unit could have been fixed at that time but was not and insinuating that I didn't know what i was talking about as far as a scheduled appointment...well, to say the least, I am not happy and will never do business with this company again.

Good price, professional, punctual. Even repaired the evaporator coil on the other unit not being replaced for free while they were here (another contractor had bent it causing water to leak into the attic).

They were prompt, professional and neat. They cleaned up after the job.

Got an appointment for the same afternoon & the driver called to confirm before heading over. Turned out to be a capacitor on the external unit, which he promptly replaced. Ended up being a far easier and less expensive repair than I had feared. I would definitely use them again!

Great ! We had a bit of a mix up from previous work they did, but Air Control is a stand up company and honored my request. Air Control put in my HVAC system with the new build and are the only ones to ever touch my HVAC system. I will use NO other company. They have always been honest and fair. Thank you Air Control.

We have to get it cleaned every year or it won't work, so that's kind of a pain. It seemed like I had to wait to get an appointment. They couldn't get anyone out right away. I had to wait 24 hours. They were fine. Their pricing and quality were good. They are always professional.

The tech (Red) showed up on time and quickly found that a switch had blown; we already knew that it probably had something to do with the thermostat which had been knocked loose from the wall. He fixed the problem, replaced the thermostat and we were in business and had cool air once again. I was very impressed with this company.

I had several companies give me estimates and reviews of the work needing to be done. It pays to do your homework and while most homeowners don't know a lot about their heat and air, I was a fast learner. Air Control was professional and prompt. They were patient in answering all my questions so I could determine what work really needed to be done. My upstairs a/c was never good even when it was working. Finally after 6 summers, the outside compressor went out. While one company did come to the same conclusions, they also wanted to change several things that I determined really didn't need to be changed at this time. I think Air Control not only offered me a far better price point, they also talked me through why doing the other work was unnecessary. I am a big proponent in not fixing something that isn't broken. Air Control was professional, courteous, knowledgeable and like I said prompt. My old company finally got back to me after a week and in that time Air Control had already done the work. I am very satisfied and would highly recommend this company to anyone.

Chris gave us our quote and explained all of our options, very informative. Payton and Zack did the installation. They were very knowledgeable and answered all our question during the installation. They were clean inside the house and made sure that nothing was damaged while moving items in and out. After the installation Payton explained how to operate the new system and provided us with instructions on how to register our new HVAC. From start to finish, great work. Our new systems are working great, and VERY QUIET.

They are wonderful. I've been using them for two years now to do all A/C and heating services on my home and rental units. They are always on time, spend their repair time wisely and are honest and upfront about costs. They are clear about options and tradeoffs. You cannot ask a better company for your air condition and heating needs.

The technician arrived on time. He checked the air conditioning and furnace equipment and cleaned the air conditioner's coils. He tested the thermostat and informed us that it's three degrees off. We recently purchased the house and he shared with us some things that we could do to improve efficiency. He also confirmed that the air conditioner was sufficient for the size of the house. We have been Air Control customers since 1997 and have them service our HVAC equipment annually. We have always been pleased with their service and have recommended them to friends.

I purchased the service call through Angie's List and received a message from Air Control requesting three dates/times at which a service call could be made. I specified Wednesday PM, Friday AM or PM. I then received another message from Air Control requesting a phone number which I provided. So what did they do? The service man showed up on THURSDAY while I was away AND they did not call. This left my wife to handle the serviceman. Twice my wife had to phone me while I was at an appointment. The service man must have wanted to demonstrate his extensive knowledge of air conditioners because after he finished the work and an additional inspection of the air filter in our furnace, he stayed for about 30 minutes trying to explain the workings of an air conditioning system to my wife who understood absolutely nothing he was talking about.

Very nice guy came out to check the system. After looking at it he could not figure out the problem, said he had only seen one other unit like it and was not completely sure about working on it. Unit came back on for a short period of time and went back out. Recommended I purchase a new unit for $2,377.00 + tax because it was a old unit any way and charged me a service call of $64.00 and left. We called another company and they found the heat exchanger was bad. They replaced the unit.

Salesman called before he arrived, was knowledgeable of the equipment, covered options, and recommended an appropriate system. Installers arrived early without calling first, so I was a little unprepared, but they finished quickly and cleaned up well. I helped them wire my existing thermostat for the new system, as it was much better than the basic model that was included. They confirmed everything was working as it should before leaving.

Air Comfort did a great job overall. This renovation was a part of our overall attempt to reduce our electricity costs during the warmer weather when we run our air conditioning. We're happy to say, that the new AC unit (along with about a dozen other money saving steps we have taken) has reduced our electricity cost during the month of August from $10 per day to $5 per day. There were a few things we had to call Air Comfort on, but each and every item was taken care of without hesitation by their team. Overall, Air Comfort did a great job!

After A/C died during the hottest week of the summer here in NW Arkansas I found Air Control's contact info through Angie's List. I made an appt for this a.m. as early as possible. Sr Service Tech Johnny C. called me and gave me a 30 min heads up he was on the way. He asked some questions, applied proper meters and guages and quickly identified the problem. A bad capacitor. He called in to the office to double check part numbers as the old was was rusted over. He replaced it re-tested and we were cooling again. While he was here he also tidied up my intake line insulation and gave me some home routine maintenance tips. Flat rate plus replacement capacitor and a 5% off coupon from Angie's list, rounded cost to around $200. All good in under an hour. Way to go Johnny !! Stay Cool. Roland P Bella Vista, AR

I called four times the week of July 21, trying to get a quote to replace the drip pan. I have indicated that if the price is reasonable, I would like the service to be done soon. Every time I was told someone will call me back to give me the quote. Nobody called me back. So I called back. Finally the fourth time I was told the owner was on vacation, and would not be back on the week of August 4th. So I waited until August 4th and called again. I was told that the owner will get back to me. Two days later, still no call from them. Overall, the experience was bad. I made five calls in total and was told every time they would call me back, but it never happened.
