George's service technicians were extremely professional, providing us insight into existing equipment and suggestions for preventative maintenance that I could do myself. Additionally they were careful and considerate in the removal and replacement of the old unit with the new one. I have extensive gardens and they didn't bend a flower in taking out the old compressor. The technicians also put up insulation around ducts that hadn't been insulated previously (at no charge). I would highly recommend their work.

My furnace blower was not operating. One repair company made several trips to diagnose the problem and finally concluded my blower motor needed replaced at a cost of $1200 (apparently the blower motor is VERY special). Due to the number of trips required to diagnose the problem, I did not have confidence in this company so I called around for a recommendation of another company. George's was recommended. I called just after 8 AM and a tech came out that afternoon. In about 20 minutes the tech reported that he believed only a portion of the blower motor was bad. He suggested that I let him order a repair part (expensive) but that would be better than replacing the complete motor - his price appoximately $900 - which was better than the other companies quote. He said the part was available in a nearby city and could be to his shop in two days. I authorized him to order the part. Two days later, another tech called to say the part was available and would that be a good time to come out to install. This tech installed the part expeditiously, reported the problem solved and assisted me in reprogramming the thermostat. Both techs were courteous, professional and obviously capable. Plus the service charge was reasonable. I highly recommend this company.

I talked to Pete. He was extreemly helpful and knowledgeable. He explained everything about what was wrong with my old system, and the advantages of upgrading to a sperior system. One and a half years later, everything he said is 100% true! My utility bills are much cheaper even though the cost of gas and electric have gone up. The thermostat is easy to program, and does an excellent job of maintaining a consistant temperature in my home. It is much quieter, and runs less often than before. They were even patient with my late payments. I would recomend this company to anyone with any kind of heating & air conditioning needs. I have also used them to service 2 of my local customers' systems. They are friendly, and show up on time when. I can't imagine a more professional group of tradesmen.
