Description of Work: I was pretty sure that I had a leak in my hot water line in the slab under my kitchen floor. Cox was able to accurately locate the leak quickly and then proceeded to jackhammer up the correct section of the foundation and remove a section of copper pipe that had holes worn in 2 places. They did an excellent job of not only replacing the section of bad pipe but then repaired the damaged foundation in such a manner the flooring company that replaced the flooring was able to lay the tile without any additional work. They were very professional and courteous and I would not hesitate to use them again.

Description of Work: Got to my house at the time they said they would. Very professional. Found the slab leak within an hour. Was there for a couple more hours to fix it. Didn't leave a big mess at all. I was expecting dust to everywhere. There wasnt any. The price for the repair was what was quoted.

Description of Work: Services needed in 2008 to track down a water leak somewhere on property. Only knew of the leak, through sudden unexplained increase of water usage. Cox tracked down the broken pipe area so digging and pipe repair was efficiently completed.

Description of Work: They determined that my waterline from the street had multiple holes in it and they recommended I replace the whole line rather than have them find each individual one and then have a plumber come out and patch it. I confirmed their findings by repeating a couple of tests on my own. They were so good to pass on to me a plumber they felt would do a good job. This is a very long line coming through some woods and in very hard ground. They worked two days to come to their conclusions. They were very good.
