Cox Plumbing was punctual, professional, and informative. I had a leak underground that they found quickly and accurately. They did exactly what they said they would do - and guaranteed to find it or wouldn't charge. Well, they found it. Would absolutely hire again. I called around but felt most confident in them - they have been doing it for many years. Highly recommend.

I feel so fortunate to have Cox plumbing do the work they did over the past few days. Malcom was meticulous and very determined to find the leak and repair it. He spent several days and ended up only have to bust a 1ft X 1ft hole in my garage "of all places". He would access the foundation until he knew exactly where the leak was. We are so incredibly thankful for the fantastic work he did and Mindy was awesome on the phone and worked well with both our warranty company and our insurance company. I recommend no other company to do this kind of work!!!

If you have a difficult to find leak, like mine in the slab of the house, then this is the company to use. The flat rate the charged for leak detection saved me hundreds of dollars, compared to the other companies that charge by the hour. My leak was a small one in PEX piping that ran through my slab and was difficult to pinpoint. After they identified the area, they talked me through the options and ultimately, I chose the option that didn't require drilling into the slab. They were always professional, on-time, and willing to explain everything in detail...can't recommend these guys enough!

Yesterday 09.12.2017 I used Angie's List to locate a plumber COX Plumbing was on top so I called them they said they would be out this afternoon to tomorrow. This morning I called right off the bat the lady was snarky, sadistic and loud explaining over and over like a broken record leak detection is $375 and the work is $600 and a post dated check cannot be for more than for seven days and kept on rambling. OK I said send them over now but no, still sounding like a broken record and saying couldn't see the leak over the telephone and on, and on! I told her she just lost my business and I'll find another. Moments later I received a text from her saying she couldn't understand why I was so angry. Obviously she didn't want by business and I called Allied Plumbing nice receptionist and they started work 45 minutes later after the call. Few minutes later I received another text from Cox Plumbing "I hope your day get better" My reply you need to get your resume ready!! Ya'Know, I just hate people who think they can run roughshod over the elderly and a Disabled Veteran to boot! COX PLUMBING YOUR FIRED!

They did a great job, we have no complaints. They were professional and efficient.

They immediately found my water heater was leaking and referred me to another plumber that installs water heaters. They did not charge me for their call which I really appreciated since it is holidays and I am short of cash. The Rogers Water Department had been checking street valves and water usage in our neighborhood out at the lake. The water department tech notified me that I had a potential water leak. With the Tech present I shut off the main valve in the basement and the tech could still detected an audible leak with his acoustic equipment. An internet search lead me to "Cox Plumbing and Leak Detection". I didn't want someone to just find the leak, I needed someone who could troubleshoot the system from the street meter to determine if I really did have a leak and then if there was a leak to find and fix it. When I first called Cox Plumbing, Mindy answered the phone. I thought she was just an answering service(sorry for the profiling Mindy), but she knows her plumbing! As I described what had transpired with the water department tech she immediately told me that my basement shut-off valve type is a notorious leaker and just because I closed the house valve and the Tech could still hear water running in the system did not necessarily mean there was a leak between the meter and the house. She told me to fix all of my internal leaks and then recheck the meter. Three of four toilets were leaking and after putting in new toilet kits, the street meter showed "Zero" flow. Bingo !!!! Mindy saved me from digging up a concrete retaining wall and driveway to replace the flowline from the meter to the house. Once I fixed the leaks in the house however, my pipes began to rattle randomly whenever the water was NOT flowing. Checking the pressure in the house revealed that it was the same as the delivery pressure at the street(approx 110psi). A check of the pressure relief valve showed that no matter what setting I chose, the pressure would bleed back up to 110psi and the pipes would start rattling randomly again. The relief valve was bad and the cause of the transient vibrations. Another call to Mindy and an exchange of text messages with photos of the basement valve and piping arrangement lead to a quick estimate and appointment to change out the pressure reducer and add a new shutoff valve. The replacement was quick and clean. Mindy and Malcolm were very professional and explained everything(acoustics and leak detection) to my satisfaction. I could not recommend them more highly. The diagnostics and elimination of the possibility of an underground leak between the meter and the house which would have caused me to excavate into a concrete retaining wall and elevated driveway was priceless !!!!!

Cox was very professional, friendly and easy to work with. They came out quickly and made the repair quickly. It was clear they knew exactly what they were doing. Another company had come out first- they wouldn't guarantee me a price, and they seemed intimidated by the job. Cox wasn't intimidated at all. I also thought it was neat that they are a family run company.

When I contacted them we were given a date and time. They contacted me once they were on the way to my house and arrived right on time. The leak was located within the first hour and I was given the option of doing the digging myself or hiring someone else or having them do it. I choose to have them do it. The leak was found about 2 feed down and about 18 inches under the edge of the concrete driveway. Even though the repair was in a very tight area, they were able to do the repair without busting up the slab. I was able to do the back-fill myself. They are very professional and friendly. I would definitely use them again if needed.

Excellent, their detection equipment is very good, so they can be expensive, but they were quick and efficient and easy to work with! I would call them again if needed.

Used on 10/27/08 to track down a water leak, which we became aware of after an unusually high water bill. They detected and marked the exact spot within a 2 foot radius. We did the digging and then had our plumber do the line repair.

Called Cox Plumbing and spoke with Mindy and explained that I had a high water bill and the city thought I had a leak between the water main and the house. Mindy scheduled an appointment for two days later to come out and give an estimate. It was a rainy day when they arrived and attempted to find the leak but unfortunately with all the rain gutter run off interfering with their acoustic devices they were not apply to detect. She rescheduled for the next available appoint the following week and they arrived promptly and started their leak detection process. They were able to quickly identify and repair the leak. Without hesitation, I would recommend Cox Plumbing for this service.
