An appointment was made for the following week. On the day of service, I was called to see if they could come early. They walked through the house to confirm what they were supposed to do and then started cleaning carpets. They had mentioned that they also did furniture, so got a price on cleaning a recliner and decided to have it done also. The guys were pleasant and professional and did their work in a timely manner. I was pleased that they did not leave a lot of water in the carpets and dried in several hours. The price was right on their estimate. I definitely will use them again.

My carpet cleaning appointment was set for 11:30am. Ultra Clean arrived around 10:45am and called to see if I was home and it they could get started. I was impressed with there promptness. The two employees were very friendly and professional. They offered additional products like the deodorizer/sanitizer and the carpet protector. They also offered to give me a quote on cleaning the tile in the kitchen. Although they were very friendly, it began to seem as if they were on commission because they kept offering more products. I did add the deodorizer/sanitizer and carpet protector, but declined everything else. Overall, I was very pleased with the quality of their work. I will definitely use them again.

It was good but we hadn't had the carpets cleaned in years. You could really tell, there was still some spotting left and they told us there would be. It wasn't perfect but it was very good. I was very satisfied. They did a great job. Two guys and they were here a little over an hour and I would not have liked to see what they dumped out.

Barry and Josh arrived right on time. They were courteous, and professional. Offering services like deodorizer, fixing the carpet, and spot cleaner. Josh tried to stretch the carpet in our living room, as it was installed incorrectly and had pulled away from the wall. He did a good job. The area rug was quite stained, as we use it in the dining room. It looks brand new! Wonderful job! The love seat is in my teenage son's room, and was in dire need of cleaning. Tony got it much cleaner than I expected, and deodorized it as well as putting stain resistor on all the carpets and love seat. They worked quickly, and well together. Communicated well with me. Overall, it was a very enjoyable experience.

The Boys in Blue arrived right on time. They then walked through the house with me asking, and answering questions. They worked well, and quickly. The results were amazing! My carpets and stairs look wonderful, mostly brand new. There were a few worn spots in the living room, they gave me suggestions on how to care for my carpet and keep it from further damage. I was very impressed with their professionalism and knowledge. The carpet dried in just a few hours and smelled wonderful. We were able to replace the furniture that evening. I will be calling them again for my future cleaning needs.

From my first contact with the company by phone everyone was very professional. Barry and Matt arrived exactly when they said they would. Barry has been with the company for 15 years (that's always a good sign!) They asked me what I wanted done and made some recommendations. I really appreciated the fact that they did not try to "upsell" extra services and products since we are in the process of selling the house. Loved the fact that Barry knew what he was talking about and was well-spoken and able to answer all my questions. Both guys were professionally dressed and put down some cloths to wipe their feet before they came into the house. (Now if only my husband and son could do that!) When they finished they took me on a tour to look over everything. Barry gave me an invoice with all the charges detailed and explained. Totally professional!

I called to get an estimate which was about $210. The people came as had been scheduled. They were very respectful and professional. Did a great job overall. I did add a rug which added to the cost but what I wasn't expecting was the and quot;deodorizerand quot; which was extra. Although I was told about the extra costs once they were here, I wished I was prepared for the fact that there would be an extra cost. In hindsight I wished I didn't add the deodorizer...not worth it. Overall, they did do a great job and they were pretty fast. They also were professional from every interaction I had from the receptionist to the cleaners themselves. They also moved my furniture, which other companies do not do. There were some paint spots on the carpets and they got them all out. The carpets looked great. I'd bring them back. I used them based on the recommendation of a friend and double checked Angie's List and they had great ratings.

Two courteous young men arrived at my house exactly on time. I watched them work efficiently. I could tell by the questions they asked that they were knowledgable and cared about doing a good job. The whole process was quick and a pleasant experience. I will certainly use this company again.

I used Ultra Clean once before. They were professional and took care of all the spots that I pointed out. I will use them again. The price is reasonable.

They are great. We usually have them out once a year. They are very thorough. They don’t add any extra charges that you aren’t expecting. They come when they are supposed to come and they clean the carpets well.

They did a great job and they were punctual. They came right on the estimate. They honored my request for not trying to sell me other services. They didn't have to clean the closets but they did. The other company in town doesn't clean your closets.

We have been using Ultra Clean to clean our carpets for many years and they always get any stains that we have out of the carpets. They have very nice people who come out and they do their job quickly and thoroughly.

Ultra Clean does a great job of cleaning our carpets. I wouldn't dream of using anyone but Ultra Clean because with them its all about pleasing the customer. They know when I call that I need them to be out early morning so they set a schedule so they can get out early and have my carpets dry by the time I get home.
