They called to say they were on their way and were right on time. The sofas came cleaner than I expected. They took the rugs with them to clean and hang to dry. They brought them back a couple of days later. The two young men were very polite and through.

Ok, had to remove stains from carpet after they left. We didn't see any better results than we get doing it ourselves.

They clean the rug and kept it for a few days period when I received it back I felt like I could still smell pet odors. I asked them to clean it again and they did without any trouble at all. They were great to work with and I was satisfied when my rug was returned to me the second time.

The carpet I was happy with. They were expensive. I felt they had there hand out looking for a tip. They wiped up the dangerous wet on the tile.

The guys were on time and did a great job. Very professional work getting my carpet back in place. Office staff when scheduling the job was very pleasant. It was hard to find someone to do this job so I'm so grateful they were able to handle it flawlessly. The carpet looks better then it did before the foundation work.

excellent just cost too much

There was a stain in one area that I had tried removing several times. After the Boys In Blue left I could not see it at all. I even got on my hands and knees to look for the hole I knew they must have cut in the carpet! I had tried cleaning grout with the baking soda/vinegar and old toothbrush method. That works but .... I didn't last. I won't try again. These guys are good, work fast and are professional The rugs were really in need but my fear of having them done led me to a long delay in sending them out for the job. (The last time I did they were returned to my hardwood floors still wet!). They came back beautiful and dry.

The cleaners arrived on time they worked hard and very professional.

They have cleaned for us for 3 years in a row now. They do a nice job, show up on time, and are finished quickly. They tend to leave the carpet and sofa pretty wet, and sometimes it takes up to 48 hours to dry. Depends heavily on how humid it is outside. That's my only real complaint. I find them pretty expensive, as well. Initially I did some calling around and some price comparison, and they seemed reasonably priced, but the price turned out to be higher than I expected once they saw the house and measured the areas. But I keep using them because everything is clean and smells nice once it dries.

Ultraclean came out on time and treated and cleaned all pieces for us. I am VERY pleased with the outcome and especially to have our furniture back in our new house. It's been several months since the cleaning, and then furniture smells just fine.

Extremely happy with results

I had used ULtraClean before and was happy with the service. The guy tried to up sell the extras (deodorizer, protectant, etc.), but left me alone when I said no. He cleaned the carpets and I was happy with it and the price ($300). A year later I called them back to clean and two young guys came and hounded me with an up sell. When I said no, they hounded me with a half price of the up sell - they would and quot;giveand quot; me half of the added service. I finally said yes to shut them up, which was stupid. All they did was spray a scotch guard type product on my carpet which made the carpet wet longer and retain spotting. The carpets look worse than ever and it cost $500. Don't buy the up sell or extras from these guys.

It went well. They cleaned the carpets in all the rooms and cleaned al the vents and returns in the house. It took a few hours but we were not in a hurry. It wasn't the best job we've ever had done but they did a good job and we would use them again because they have GREAT customer service. They were very professional and showed up on time as stated, even a few minutes early. They called when they were on their way and explained what they were going to do. I would recommend them to others. The price was average compared to the other companies.

I can't say that I was terribly pleased with the results. The and quot;Boys in Blueand quot; couldn't have been nicer and were quick and punctual. But one of them made three separate hard sells for the and quot;sanitizing service,and quot; and he implied that I'd be putting my baby at risk by declining. I found that to be a real turn-off. We had the carpets cleaned right after we closed on the house, before our furniture came, so there was zero traffic in the rooms after they finished. On a whim, I ran a vacuum in the bedrooms after they left and filled up the canister three times: this was after the carpet-cleaning service. I called the office to ask why, and they were rather defensive, saying that and quot;most peopleand quot; vacuum their carpets before getting them cleaned. I called a few friends, just to see if perhaps I was the only one who didn't clean her carpets before having them cleaned, and unanimously, they agreed that they did not vacuum before having their carpets cleaned. I'll use a different service in the future.

I use ultraclean twice a year to wash my carpets. I think that says it all. They do a fantastic job and deliver great value. They are professional and thorough and I a always very satisfied with their services.

Overall they did a good job. The carpet was left a little more damp in spots than I would have liked. The technicians were very courteous and professional. They did try to upsell more than I would have liked which I assume is at the direction of their managers. They wanted extra for deodorizer, extra to treat with Scotch guard, extra to sell a bottle of deodorizer for our use after they left and extra for a bottle of spot remover. Previous carpet cleaning companies we have used sprayed a deodorizer at no additional charge. I was able to resist the temptation and say no to everything but the spot remover - otherwise their service would have been pretty expensive.

It was pretty good. These two dudes that showed up got an excellent quality tools to work with. It's a good company to begin with. They are enjoying on what they are doing. They really look after what they were doing, they were proud of it and they took their time. I was expecting them and nobody called me for an update, the headquarters didn't call me back to let me know at what time they will be coming.

The experience was good. They were very helpful. They worked with our schedule. It is time for them to come back out. The price was average. They were on time. They were punctual. We called them one day and they were out the next. They were very professional. They answered the questions and told us all the services that they offer. We could use what we wanted.
