The job went very well. The attendants listened to my instructions and answered all of my questions. Everything was done properly and thoroughly. They did not complain when I asked them to go over an area again. The only thing I would have done differently, is that my tile has a sheen to it that came with the manufacturer. I did not remember that, and the steam cleaning removed a lot of that. Perhaps the attendants could be prompted to ask the customer about things like that. I would have remembered if I were asked. UltraClean markets a spot remover that is wonderful. I plan to ask them back, and make another purchase of the spot remover as well.

The team showed up earlier than expected, which was wonderful, and called us when they were on their way. We had four carpeted areas that needed to be cleaned/treated and it was done very quickly and efficiently. The two guys that came were very professional and kind and answered any questions we had. Our carpets looked amazing when they finished and the price was exactly what was quoted. We would absolutely use them again and recommend them to anyone needing their carpets cleaned.

I was very happy with the end results--especially with the fact that the tile's grout looked brand new after they were finished.

They are great. We had them do our house and our daughter's house. They are very reasonable and very good. They were on time and efficient and did what they said they would do. They were clean and did not leave a mess behind.

Barry and Brandon were punctual and polite! The cleaning of my carpet and tile were superb. My carpet and tile looked BRAND new when they were done! They both were very polite and hard working! I would recommend them to anyone!

They arrived early, they cleaned the good very well. the time it took to clean carpet, from finishing up and on their way, was perfect. the carpet looked great. Very professional!!!! I plan on using them again.

The 2 gentlemen who completed the work were professional, courteous and diligent. They called before they arrived to let me know they were coming. Work was completed in about 2 hours. The house was empty; cleaning occurred prior to move in. Actual price charged matched the estimate provided over the phone, however, large rooms (and gt;200 sf) are charged as 2 rooms; large walk-in closets are charged as a room. I would use them again.

I usually clean my own carpets, but needed them done in a hurry this time. Based my choice on cleaners after looking at Angie's list. Ultra Clean was able to schedule me in 48 hours which I was very happy with. The cleaning crew gave us a courtesy call and were right on time. They were very polite to my daughter and elderly mother who were home. All great so far. Unfortunately our carpets were not clean. They were cleanER, but not clean. Admittedly, we do have large dogs. When I clean, I have to go over the areas several times but the carpets look great when I'm done. Very disappointed. My family commented on how quickly they worked and how fast they were done. Doesn't look like they took the time to do the job correctly. I think the price would have been reasonable if the job had been completed. As it is, I feel I've wasted money.

We moved to LR from out of state, and our landlord wanted us to choose a carpet cleaner since he was going to be out of town. Not a problem, except that we did not know ANYONE to ask! So after searching online and reading reviews and pricing, I called Ultra Clean. At first, we just wanted all the carpets cleaned. However, we soon realized from the ridiculous amount of dust that had was on all the air vents, those needed to be cleaned as well. Luckily, this is a service they also provide! Barry and Mike did a great job, and we will most certainly use UltraClean again when needed, and will continue to recommend their services to everyone! The office staff were also great to work with, especially since I was having to initially schedule all of this from another state.

Mine was a last minute call and I called on the same day that they provided the service. I didn't think they would have an opening, but they did. They were on time. They gave me a courtesy call. They were very professional and very friendly. I have used them four times.

Barry and James called ahead to ask if they could come to the appointment early. They were polite and courteous on the phone and pleasant to talk with. When they arrived they asked me to show them the areas I needed cleaning and spoke with me about the cost. Barry suggested that I also have the cleaned areas scotch guarded because the heat from the cleaning would strip the carpet of what ever guarding it already had. He even threw in scotch guarding the hallway for free!!! Over all the cleaning took less than an hour. They were polite and knowledgeable of their services and equipment. Even though it could take 4 to 6 hours to dry they said it was fine to walk on either barefoot or with shoes but that cotton fibers from socks would stick to the carpet. Excellent advice if you ask me! Barry even said that if I choose to use them in the future and request him he will honor the same deal every time! After they left I took a look at the carpets and the difference was amazing! The carpet looks just about brand new. I will for sure use them in the future.

I hired them to clean the carpet in 1 small bedroom and the living room, along with an 8 x 11 living room rug and a 2 x 4 foyer rug. We were very disappointed. The office appoint setter person kept trying to get us to do the tile cleaning but the price they quoted was way too expensive. So I told them no, but they scheduled it anyway and when the carpet cleaners came they acted offended that I didn't want the tile done also. They tried to pressure me into it and I kept telling them no. The area rug and the small rug looked kinda a gray (dingy) when they brought them back. I had expected them to look a little brighter and show the colors more, not turn gray. It looked like they had been washed in dirty gray dishwater. And the carpet cleaning was not great either. They were only able to get a few spots out and left the carpet so soggy we had to leave and spend the night somewhere else. My husband got a spot rug cleaner and was able to get out some spots that the cleaners were unable to get clean. We should have just rented a cleaning machine ourselves.

We moved into our new home 1 year ago (the home is only 5 years old) and like to do annual carpet cleaning I gave this customer service girl "Kayla" our home details; 1,200 sq ft but not all carpet, carpet is only in the 3 bedrooms, small family room and a hall. She said, well the 4 rooms are $129, not including the hallway. Now she wasn't all that friendly from the beginning when I asked her to include hallway. I got a VERY curt/rude reply. "Well ma'am...you didn't give me the length of the hallway, so I can't give you the total!" Well I had already called 3 other companies with NO PROBLEM abut the hallway! So I guessed at 15'. (she was NOT happy that I guessed, even though I "guessed" on the high end. It measured at only 12.5') So the estimate rose from $129 to $159 quickly! She was so rude on the phone I just couldn't even stand talking to her any longer and ended the call. ULTRA CLEAN will never obtain me as a long term client.

I forgot to call Joey on Friday to schedule the appointment. So I called Saturday evening. He said no problem, We will be there Monday. They were. The two you men are awesome. Extremely great work ethics We definitely need more young men in the work field. They knew what their job was. That was great. Very well trained. The BOSS should thank them. And be great full for such loyal, very hard working young men.. I wish I could give them a raise..maybe Mr. Boss man will, they really deserve one.

I called and someone was at my door that day to pick up the rugs. They tol;d me when they would be ready, gave me an estimate. They showed up on time and the price was as quoted.

The overall experience was great! They arrived on-time and worked very quickly and efficiently. I was amazed at how great my carpet looked when they were finished.

I called to request carpet cleaning and was able to schedule an appointment for the very next day. The receptionist was very friendly. The cleaning team called to let me know their exact arrival time. They were dressed in nice uniforms and very kind. They talked with me about the services I had requested. I asked if I could add some areas, and they were happy to add them. The sofa and chairs were all cleaned and treated with Scotch Guard. I had one area on my sofa that had an old permanent ink stain. Much to my surprise, they were able to get most of it out! The carpet areas were stain treated and deep cleaned. The tile area was steam cleaned. There is a very pleasant fresh smell in the house. There is not, nor was there ever, any heavy chemical smell while they were cleaning. I would definitely use this company again!!

The boys called prior to arrival and arrived a little ahead of schedule. They got to work right away, after confirming the work and asking my concerns. They were quick and efficient with the carpets. They also made sure I was aware of hardwood and tile services available. Both my wife and I are happy with the work, unfortunately our carpets are at the end of thier lifespan.

I called for an appointment, and the receptionist who answered the phone was...very....and quot;efficientand quot;....and by that, I mean bordering on and quot;curt.and quot;.....like the needed to take another call quickly. The company's cleaning man called an hour a head of time and asked if it was okay to come early....was fine. I was glad to get the job done by 10am (rather than the 10am-12pm planned). Two servicemen arrived, and introduced themselves. One told me for an extra $60.00/room, I could upgrade to the and quot;enzyme treatmentand quot; ($10.00 per room). I showed them around, indicating areas of concern and did and quot;purchaseand quot; the additional enzyme treatment for the den. One serviceman did the cleaning, and I think the other was the support person since I was not aware of what he was doing. It appeared to me that the cleaning man went over each area one time, even when there were areas that needed more deep cleaning (in my opinion). Immediately after the cleaning, the carpets looked so much better; but probably because the carpets are older, the problem areas showed up within 24 hours. I do not know if deeper cleaning---going over the dirtier areas more than one time---would have made a difference or not...but... that is why I have rate them as and quot;goodand quot; rather than the highest level. I didn't see any focus on traffic areas, which I assumed that there would be. The servicemen were here for 45-50 minutes. I am not unsatisfied with the service; but next time I will ask many more questions than I did this time.

I called the day before and was able to get a crew out the next day. Carpet had not been cleaned for 3 years. we have off white carpet and a new grandchild that makes a lot of spills etc. They did an amazing job in getting spots out. Really got our money's worth on this one. Josh and Barry were the technicians that came out. I've never used Ultraclean before, but will sure use them in the future. They took the time to make sure they got everything they could. With 13 year old carpet it's amazing they got it as clean as it did.

The people from Ultra Clean were very courteous and professional. They were on time, went right to work, and did a great job. I have five dogs and there were some stains that I wasn't able to get out and they got it out. It's been over a month and the carpets are still looking good.

Both the times, they were very professionals. They did some upholstery cleaning. They did a wonderful job. We had nothing to complaint. They were very prompt and very courteous. They were professional. They offered to do other stuff that they knew. Overall, it was a good experience.

They came out as soon as possible because I had just got back home from vacation and the housekeeper had locked our taps out of the tap options so they got up there within four hours of me calling them to clean up the smell in the carpet. It was just amazing.

They did excellent work. My house looks really good.

Very well. Josh and Matt were right on time, did their work efficiently, professionally and courteously, and were finished in about an hour. As a policy, they clean under beds, but do not move them. They were careful to place all furniture back in the original position, and put protective plastic sheets or foam blocks under all furniture legs to keep them from absorbing moisture from the damp carpet. Overall, we were very pleased with their work.
