Description of Work: The company came out and surveyed the situation under our house. They drew up a to-scale plan for stabilizing the house. They replaced a failed timber and strengthened piers. They raised the house so it is stable and All doors work as they should.

Description of Work: Called the first time and asked for a late appointment (after 4pm). I was told a supervisor would have to call me for a special time like that. I waited 2 weeks. No call. I called again. Told them I had still not received a call to set up an appointment. I was told someone would call me back. Three weeks later, still no call.
