Company did not do the work I needed. The rep I talked to was most helpful. He let me in the right directors.

I contacted Foundation Pro for an inspection of my foundation and moisture in the crawl space. Brent Stroud inspected the foundation and crawl space, determined that the foundation was fine but that there was standing water under the house. The moisture barrier installed several years ago was not doing its job nor were the wooden shims placed in the pier supports under the house. Brent explained that wooden shims could change over time and recommended that they be replaced with metal ones which we did. The moisture barrier that Foundation Pro installed is far superior to what was removed and the addition of a sump pump and dehumidifier has removed moisture from the crawl space. Mr. Stroud recommended several ways to reduce moisture around the house including installation of gutters a service that they do not provide or I would have had them install gutters. Everything was very professionally done at a reasonable cost and I would not hesitate to hire Foundation Pro again.

Foundation Pro came out and assessed the issue, explained to me what was needed to correct the problem and provided a quote to repair the brick wall, patio and sidewalk. Their pricing was very competitive and they provided a great warranty. The work they performed exceeded all my expectations and it corrected my problems. The owner (Brent) was very knowledgeable and was very attentive to the work being done. I would highly recommend this company. Update: Four years after the work was done, I had a very tiny crack show up in my brick that was unrelated to the previous work done. I contacted Brent at Foundation Pro, he was very responsive and came to my house to inspect the problem. After his evaluation, he offered to repair the mortar crack at no charge and file it under warranty even though it was not really related to his previous work. It is hard to find people and or businesses like this nowadays. I highly recommend Foundation Pro.

I could not have been more pleased with the service provided by Brent Stroud at Foundation Pro. We are buying a new home that has had foundation work completed within the past couple of years. The work was done by a different company than this. Secondary to the home inspection we decided to have an independent review of the foundation. Brent was very responsive in setting up the appointment for the evaluation. He met me at the appointed time and conducted a thorough evaluation of the property. He took the time to specifically address all areas of concern that had been noted in the inspection. Brent's evaluation found no current problems exist with the foundation, so there was no work for him to detail for us at this time. Nevertheless, he took the time to show me exactly what to watch for and when it would be important to call for evaluation of any issues. He also provided recommendations that could provide additional help to protect the home from future foundation problems such as additional drainage opportunities and removal of a tree near the home that may hold moisture close to the foundation. These are not recommendations that his company would conduct, but he went out of his way to help educate me on how to protect our new home from needing future foundation repair. This was a terrific experience for us, and I would highly recommend Brent Stroud for anyone with foundation questions. He will provide an honest evaluation of need and not recommend unnecessary work. The time he spent was a free evaluation/estimate of the foundation.

The Foundation Pro workers are professionals who work diligently to accomplish what is required. Our house is on a sloping rocky cliff and the depth of the slab was more than twice what was expected. Their efforts were relentless and commendable. The finish is so incredibly clean and neat that it is impossible to detect that this huge amount of deep and dirty work was ever done. By watching their performance we are completely sure that this is a job well done and will not worry about the structural integrity of the house anymore. What a great choice we made choosing Foundation Pro.

Based on recommendation found on Nextdoor we contacted Foundation Pro. When my husband explained we were having new windows installed, and would like to have the foundation checked prior to that, they accommodated us with an appointment about a week out. Jeff from Foundation Pro arrived a few minutes early and checked the foundation on our 1940's house built on a hillside. He determined there was very little shifting in the foundation and therefore, he didn't recommend any work be done. He said they could probably do some work which might result in minimal improvement, but then we might have to deal with broken plaster and he didn't think the benefits would outweigh the costs.

Foundation Pro was recommended to us by our structural engineer as the best in Little Rock for doing a good job and standing by their work. They came back to do some mortar work in 2017 at no additional cost. Great company with outstanding warranty & courteous, knowledgeable employees.

The process was very smooth. Did exactly what he said he would do. Also, gave advice on a personal project that they had no involvement. Will use again-if needed.

They showed up on time, listened to my concerns, walked the house and looked at what was concerning me. He went under the house and walked the perimeter. He reported that my foundation was not good, but great! He tried to sell me nothing and gave us a pretty cool gift for calling him. I couldn't have asked for a better outcome. In truth, it cost him to come out!

The pre-plan part of the project went great. Brent was prompt and the service was excellent. However, the scheduling of the service was terrible. First, there was a paper I was supposed to sign that I was not informed about and was told that was why it was not scheduled. Next, I was told the service was set to be scheduled only after this paper was signed, but was not told. Luckily, I was able to work with the front office to schedule the service and that allowed us to work everything out. When the technicians arrived on site and on-time, they worked steadily and got the job done. When I called Brent for a final inspection, he came out promptly. Besides the scheduling issue, everything was great and I would recommend this service. His prices were more than fair and the service was competitive with a great warranty.

Brent Strout from Foundation Pro showed up on time and went to work right away assessing the floor slope. He found only a slight change in the floor slope and found what he called a soft spot in the floor where the boards were (now slightly) buckled. He then went under the house and took several pictures. When he returned he showed me the floor decking under where the hardwood had buckled. It was obvious that the buckling was from damaged/aging of the floor decking and not from lack of total floor support. Brent recommended that I contact a good carpenter to replace the floor decking. He also suggested that I install gutters on the house which will help pull rain water away from the foundation. He also found small amounts of mold spotting on the wood in the crawl space and said I may want to look at getting someone to spray for that. I was greatly relieved after getting his report. I may have spent a lot of money and not fixed the issue with the buckling hardwood floor. I found the real issue causing the problem and also found that mold was present and will now be able to treat before it becomes a health issue. Brent was easy to talk to and did all this in only 30 minutes. I felt that Brent was being very honest and giving me his professional opinion. His focus was on doing the right thing, not making a sale. I am very happy that I called Foundation Pro and will definitely call them again if necessary and recommend them to friends and neighbors. Moral of the story - always get a 2nd opinion! No doubt with the age of the house that 30 ft of steel beams and the 5 smart jacks would have improved the floor stability. However, this work was not necessary to fix the issue I am having. Thanks Brent!!

I needed a foundation specialist to inspect my house and Brent responded me very fast. He arrived on time for the appointment, checked the suspicious areas professionally and answered all of my questions patiently. We recommend this company.

Very unprofessional company. Initially, Jeff came out to the house to take a look at the issue. It was stated that it was a minor repair but he felt better if the owner came out and also looked it over before a proper quote was given. My wife and I met with both Jeff and the owner who looked everything over again. Up to this point, everything was going well. We contacted this company because they came very highly recommended. After this last meeting, my wife and I tried multiple times to get a hold of this company. Three appointments were scheduled and cancelled by the company by not showing up. My wife left message after message. I called myself and left messages for the owner to return my call as I felt this was very unprofessional. No one ever called me back and we have not heard from the company since. I would delay going to my place of work just to meet on the scheduled dates only to have the company cancel. Months went by with no response. If you do not want to do the job, just have the courtesy to let the other party know. This company was very unprofessional and I would not recommend them to anyone.

We had a wonderful experience with Foundation Pro. Brent was very personable and helpful. He answered every question we threw at him and was incredibly thorough; I did not feel rushed to hurry the appointment at all. He gave us some great tips on how to keep our home safe from any possible future problems both inside and outside the house. We will definitely use Foundation Pro and recommend them anytime we need it!

It was BAD! The Foundation Pro technicians managed to place 1 of the pilings (which are large steel pole) through our sewer line without even noticing. FOUR DAYS LATER WE HAD SEWAGE BACKING UP IN OUR TUBS, SHOWERS, AND TOILETS! We had already had our plumber come out and perform the recommended leak detection service, costing and additional $400, which was all we were told to do. Our plumber had to come out now and jackhammer the floor again, dig out the fill dirt, and replace the pipe section that was drove through by routing the new pipe around the piling. NOW WE HAVE A $4000 BILL TO REPAIR THE COMPLETELY DESTROYED SEWER LINE. Foundation Pro refuses to pay any of this repair bill as they do not feel they should be held responsible for driving a large steel pipe directly though the sewer line that services our whole house! DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPAY! If things don't go perfectly, they will leave you to pay for it!

These guys are awesome! Our condo building's foundation problems were solved quickly, correctly, and economically at a fraction of the price of other estimates. Mr. Brent Stroud was extremely punctual and was instrumental to our outstanding experience with Foundation Pro. We highly recommend this stellar company!

Brent Stroud was so good to work with. He knew that we were on a strict time constraint and he did his best to accommodate that. I have considerable experience in construction - both commercial and residential - and was impressed with Brent's expertise from the outset. He was thorough and professional in his inpection of my garage. He took time to explain what he believes happend to cause the crack and what he would have to do to bring the slab back to a level position. We discussed the possible price of the work he would need to do; how much benefit it would give me in terms of the stability of the garage and potential safety issues if the foundation repair was not done; and whether there would be enough benefit to justify the cost. What impressed me very much about Brent, other than his obvious expertise, was the feeling that he wasn't there to "sell" me anything I didn't realy need. At the end of our discussion, the decision was made that we would not do the project. If I need any kind of foundation work in the future, I will definitely call on Brent Stroud at Foundation Pro.

I purchased the Angie's List deal and was contacteby by Foundation Pro right away to discuss what type of work I needed done. I then received a call from Brent Stroud to set up a time for him to look at the job and give me an estimate. I wanted to have the walkway fixed but I also asked if he could also check under the house as we have a lot of settling. He was prompt for our appointment and checked out both areas. My walkway was not something that is their usual type of repair; for one thing it was not very deep, only about 2-3" thick. Brent said that he could not guarantee that it would look like new but that they could make an improvement to how it looked now. I was impressed by his honest appraisal. He also looked inside and under the house and let me know what type of repair they could perform and how much improvement I could expect. Brent was very knowledgeable about more than just the foundation and gave me some advice on other issues that we are having with the house. He later contacted me with the estimate to fix the walkway and a separate estimate for added support under the house. We set a date to have the walkway done. His crew showed up on time and completed the job as promised. They even fixed the crack in one of the pieces of the walkway. Since I wasn't home when they finished the repair Brent emailed me pictures of the project. I am very pleased with the repair Foundation Pro performed and we will be calling to schedule to have the support pillars to be installed soon. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing foundation work.

The work was performed as scheduled and eliminated the tripping hazard. The workers were pleasant and Brent communicated the process thoroughly. For future service they would be my first call.
