I live in an older home and needed to have the floors in the rear portion of my house leveled and secured. I called Foundation Pro. I was not sure that anything could be done to correct it. I was impressed that, at the intial meeting, the representative first went into the dirt crawl space under the home to look and my floors from underneath. He then explained the problem to me in detail, showed my photographs of the problem areas, explained what Foundation Pro could do to correct the problem and how much it would cost me. Significantly, the representative explained to me the process of how the work would be performed. Plans were then drawn up and after I approved them, Foundtaion Pro arrived at my home on time and completed the work. I am extremely pleased with the results, the price and the professionalism of the Foundation Pro staff. My floors look great! I definitely recommend Foundation Pro if you need your floors leveled and secured.

I highly recommend Foundation Pro. I am a real estate agent and they have completed several foundation repairs in the past for my clients and have one currently under contract. On the most recent project the owner, Bob Stroud met with myself and the home owner and provided a proposal for the repairs that were needed. After review of the proposal the home owner decided to go ahead with the repairs as quoted in order to sell and close on the home. The owner Mr. Stroud went back over to the home several days later to check on another issue and after checking a little further he found that he could actually save the home owner several thousand dollars from his original quote. The home owner was already set to pay the original much higher amount and would have never known the difference if it weren't for the integrity of Mr. Stroud. I have my home on the market to sell. During an inspection, it was brought to my attention my house could have some foundation issues. I called Foundation Pro for an evaluation. Brent promptly responded. He performed an inspection and made repair proposal. I was not present at the inspection. I called Brent and he met me and explained what he found. He was very professional and explained what the repairs should be and how the repairs would be done. We agreed on the time to start the job. I do not live at the home; so he made sure I was informed when he started the repairs. He was in contact with me daily with the progress. He completed the job in a timely manner as promised. After final inspection, I am very pleased with the work performed by his crew. They cleaned up when finished and leveled the dirt as needed. Brent has made his company available to any buyers that may have questions about the piers, and the Lifetime Warranty. I was very worried about these repairs. Brent assured me he would do the repairs right and the problem would be fixed. He definitely lived up to his word. I definitely recommend Foundation Pro.

They worked around my schedule. They looked at my house and told me my foundation was good. I needed someone to repair the wood under the house due to damage caused by moisture. They recommended a contractor. Should I ever need their service, I will definitely call them.

I want to update my review. After posting this, I received a call and a visit it my home. They answer all of my question about everything from where my information could have gotten to an outside person, where the estimate amount came from, what they had done to my fireplace, and why it took so long for them to get back. (this was because they had to dig deeper then they normal would have). I also received copied of the proposal dated 6/14/13 and a copy of the invoice. I appreciate the extra attention I received in making this right, becauses they did not have to do anything for me they had already been paid in full for the services, but they did want to have a "happy" customer. Happy customer !!! I would use them again. From their web site I ask for a "Free Estimate" and gave them a brief note of what our problem was and that we live in the Hazen, AR area and in the country. This was done on 4/1/13. Shortly after we recevied a phone call with all the information I had listed on my request. What wen did not know is that this person was not from Foundation Pro he was from Hall engineering. He came a did all the inspections and with in a few day I received the results of what they had found. It the time we had someone else coming to give and estimate also. After receiving the 2nd estimate that was realy high and we had to do some if the work, I went back to Hall eng and ask what the estimate would be in the repair. He said he would call Bob at Foundation Pro and came back with the price if $1900.00. Shortly after I received and e-mail bill for Hall eng for $450.00 for the estimate...."not so FREE". This is now 5/14/13 and I still have not seen Foundation Pro....after several week of emails they finally showed up, I was told they would have to dig out the dirt under the fireplace and put concrete and then jack it up. This is now the end of july , I once again had to make phone and email, to find out where they were and when they were coming back. They finally came back on 9-5-13. This has now been 5 months since my first contacting them. When they finished the work that, they want to be paid that day. We had not received any paper work at all from they. No contract, no warranty, nothing. The day after they had finished the work, "Bob" showed up at my work place with the warranty in hand and demanding payment before he left. We were going to put this on our credit card, I ask if he would send a bill that I could pay from and he told me no, He told me to make sure that I call his office "today" and make that payment. This was a nightmare from the word "Go"

This company was recommended to us. My first contact was with Bob Stroud. I found him to be very professional and honest. He examined the condition of our brickwork and gave us a detailed list of what was needed and provided an estimate. The workers came out and were very hard working and thorough. Upon completion, I was amazed at the results! I would highly recommend this company for any foundation work you may be considering. They are trustworthy and honest. We have been been a customer since 2006 when we fell in love and purchased our home knowing ahead of time that we needed foundation work. Foundation Pro came highly recommended to us by word of mouth. In 2006, Foundation Pro installed 9 steel piers to straighten out the problems with settling and tucked/repointed the brick in those areas in need of repair. The difference was like day and night. Windows were easily opened and closed, doors latched properly, and we were highly satisfied. The crew was very professional and kept us informed each step of the way. They were very careful in ensuring all utilities were located prior to beginning the work, and did a great job of cleaning up the site after the work was finished. With the draught we experienced last year (2012), the late snow in December, and the rains last month, we noticed some shifting in the rear corner of the home recently. This area was way on the other side of previous work so we knew it was not related. I contacted Bob Stroud and made an appointment to determine best remedy. He furnished a proposal promptly and work began on time yesterday. The crew was very professional and did a great job of carefully excavating the area and removing a portion of sidewalk to allow for the installation. The affected area was tucked and repointed, sidewalk repoured, and final adjustment of rear door made all in one day with the Brent Stoud (engineer) on site. If you have a foundation or settling problem, Foundation Pro can remedy the problem quickly and professionally!

Wonderful. They were fast, professional, and efficient. I don't see the need, but if I ever do I would use them again no question. I canceled Olsham's quote visit!

The owner quickly responded to our inquiry and made an appointment to check out the problem and give us an estimate. He arrived on time, checked out the house both inside and out for visible cracks in the walls, then made his recommendations. He took time to explain, in laymen's terms, what needed to be done and why. There was no high pressure or oversell. His cost estimate seemed fair, and he followed up his verbal estimate with a written estimate within a day or so. We were not at home during the days the ework was performed, but the workmen completed the job on schedule and, to the best of our knowledge, did an excellent job. To reach the foundation, several 12' holes were drilled in the ground, but the workmen replaced the dirt, smoothed it down, and put back the shrubs they had to remove in order to reach the foundation. There were a couple of visible cracks in the brick before they made the repairs, but these were filled in and are no longer visible. The owner followed up with a teleplhone call to see if we were satisfied with his company's work and came out to look it over with my husband. Once we confirmed our satisfaction, he submitted his bill. We highly recommend FoundationPro.

Mortar repairs look good. No new cracks in the brick have appeared, and they were in and out in 2 days. A few things occurred that made it a less than perfect experience.I had been told that a shrub would need to be dug up, but that it would be wrapped and the roots soaked to prevent it from dying in the heat before being replanted. I was disappointed to come home after the first day to see that the hedge that they dug up was not wrapped in burlap and soaking, and to see the workmen left about a half dozen drink cups, fast food wrappers and an empty pack of cigarettes on the ground. The city trash container was located between the two cracks they were working on. I soaked the plant roots but it had been out of the ground for hours in the heat before I got home and was as dry as a bone. I called the company and was disappointed that the response was less of an apology and more a comment that 'usually people rave about our workers.' Anyway, theycame back and finished up the next day as scheduled. The plant they dug up nearly died and still looks bad. A little more professionalism by the crew and attention to detail and they would have gotten an A.Having said that, the work itself seems good and I have recommended them to other people.

Foundation Pro is a great group of people who will do what they say, reasonable price and professional service. The workers were very polite and informative about the work they were doing. We would definitely use their services again and would definitely recommend them to anyone needing foundation work.

They were great!! Very professional! Gave recommendations and made me feel a ton better that the "sky isn't falling" by being honest that the work isn't a immediate need for us at this time. They also gave recommendations for things around the house that we could do our selves to improve the quality of the foundations life over time. I am so thankful for honest contractors that aren't just out to sell someone something, but to be honest and do the right thing by homeowners. I would rate A+.

We had a crack in one outside corner of the house due to settling over 50 years. We got estimates from 3 companies that ranged from $2,700 to $13,000. We went with Foundation Pro, not only because of their price but also because we had heard of the owners? integrity. After researching and talking with a builder and other professionals who knew about structural repair, we felt that the people at Foundation Pro were the most honest about what we needed to do to fix the problem. We were extremely pleased with their work. Although we had to wait 2 1/2 months (we were told upfront it would be that long), once the workers started they finished in 2 days. Working with Brent Stroud was a pleasure. He answered my calls promptly and answered every question directly and honestly. Even though our job was small, he treated us as if we were just as important as his large jobs. We would definitely recommend Foundation Pro to anyone with a problem, large or small.

It went quite well. They installed four piers and mortared additional areas with cracking/missing mortar between bricks.

We obtained estimates from three different companies who each proposed three different methods over a $20,000.00 price range. Despite my research I could not identify the best method of the three. My wife and I hired a structural engineer to perform an evalualtion, asking him to identify the best method. Without hesitation he recommend the technique used by Foundation Pro (the steel pier method). Foundation Pro's quote was the highest of the three given but we felt that for the money involved, not to mention the structural integrity of our home, it would be foolish to go with a lesser method. The job took much longer to complete than originally estimated but in all honesty a good part of the delay was because the foundation had previously been "fixed" by trenching under portions of the foundation and injecting tons of concrete to shore up the home. Not only did this prior repair aggravate the sinking of the foundation, it complicated Foundation Pro's task by forcing them to spend four days jack hammering through an average of four feet of concrete at multiple points. Our quote called for 27 steel piers on the perimeter of the foundation and five piers under the flooring. Our home is pier and beam construction with a crawl space. In the end Foundation Pro deternined that four additional piers were needed under the house to properly level the floor. These were added at no additional cost. In the end we are extremely pleased with the repair. For the first time in years our home is level and stable. All doors and windows can be opened and closed without sticking or binding. The cracks in the brick facade were closed and sealed and the windows were re-caulked. Our primary point of contact with the company, Brent Stroud, was very pleasant to deal with. Always upbeat, he promptly returned all telephone calls. Both he and Bob Stroud frequently came by our home to check on the progress of the repair. I am confident that this repair will last. If that is not the case however, I have strong reason to believe that Foundation Pro will stand behind their lifetime guarantee on the steel piers. To sum it up. Foundation Pro does quality work. If you find yourself in my position, with the stability and integrity of your home at stake,go for a repair that you can count on.

I bought a house in a subdivision where the ground shifts a bit. The house had a crack in the brick on one corner . After the evaluation of what I needed to correct my problem, we scheduled a start time. Very courteous and professional. They were there on time and proceeded with the job. The crack was fairly large, the door for that room wouldn't shut, and there was a gap at the floor next to the wall. Once they were finished, of which I believe was only two days, the crack was closed, the floor, window seal was level, the door closes and the gap was closed.
