Exceptional service from the initial meeting and throughout the job from the owners, from the guys who were at the house every day doing the work, and even a couple of the ladies who work in the office. Pricing was fair and very competitive. When problems were encountered with conditions at my site, they went over and above what you might expect and did not charge me extra even though they probably could have. Their work was performed in a neat and professional manner. To put it mildly, my job was challenging and they more than met the challenge! If you need foundation work, do yourself a huge favor and let Foundation Pro give you an estimate.

 + -1 moreMy kitchen is starting to sink, and I called to get an estimate on fixing the footings. Although the guy thought from the description over the phone that it sounded like the problem was the wood and not the footings, he was happy to come out and take a look. He showed up on time and was very helpful. He determined that is indeed the wood, so we need a carpenter instead, and therefore we won't need to use Foundation Pro for this project, but I appreciated their friendly responsiveness and would call them again in the future.

I will follow up on the job performed after we discuss when to do it. Really, his punctuality and excelling manners proved that the other reviews about them must be right.  + -1 moreBrent Stroud planned the repair work and thoroughly explained how it would be completed. Rudy, his crew leader was extremely talented in organizing work, very hard working, and very thoughtful and courteous. Antonio was his main crew member. All of the work was completed over several days that included some rainy days. We were very impressed with the the care given to avoid disruption to our home life and landscape plantings. Their attention to detail was impressive. During and after completion of the work, it was thoroughly inspected by Brent. From start to completion, this significant home project was one of the very best experiences we have had in 30 years of home ownership.
Description of Work: Foundation repair to exterior brick walls using steel pier pilings and replacement of 5 interior piers in crawl space. All brick wall mortar cracks were repaired. Lifetime warranty was included in contract.

 + -1 moreThey were wonderful! I had a very wobbly/bouncy floor. They came out and gave me an estimate immediately. The nature of the work meant that they had to let the concrete set so they came out to do the first portion, then came out a couple weeks later to do the second portion. Communication was excellent and the workers were all very professional and nice. They were very careful not to ruin my flower bed, where they had to crawl in and out from under the house. My floor is perfect now. The most impressive part, in my opinion, was that they were very flexible with me when I wanted to use my airline miles card to make a payment, which meant waiting a week or so. I would recommend them to anyone both for the quality of work and for the ease of communication and professionalism.
Description of Work: Foundation Pro came out and installed four piers and leveled out a bouncy floor.

 + -1 moreHad to wait almost a month on the schedule then was delayed a week due to weather (obviously not their fault). When work commenced, it was completed is about 4 days. At first I was concerned because the appearance of the floor inside the house was not much improved before the repair but it turns out the original construction was not level (approx. 1/2" too low). The wall was raised to it's previous level but could not be raised any further without rising damage to the foundation wall and internal sheetrock. Overall I am satisfied with service received. The owner of the company came to the job site to discuss the situation with me I thought the price was fair and would use Foundation Pro again.
Description of Work: Foundation repair on house. Had an outside wall on a pier and beam foundation that had settled.

No immediate risk to the house or foundation. They did keep us updated when they expected us to start. Very professional and cleaned up when they were done. Lifetime guarantee came with the job.  + 0 moreThe company was great about setting up a time that was convenient for our family; especially since, with such major repair work, we would need to be out of the home for several days. They did a great job of taking care of protecting our furnishings in the home. They showed up on time and worked steadily through the day. They stayed late on the last day to make sure everything in our home was taken care of and ready for us to move back in. The quality of work was great! They placed the piers as we had discussed and even installed an extra pier at no charge to be sure the repair was done correctly. I was happy to hear that they were now also providing foam injection. This prevented me from having to have another company to come out on a different day to do the work. We are very please with the outcome of the work and happy that we chose Foundation Pro.

They made the repair and you cannot even tell the bricks were ever coming apart, In fact they did such a good clean up job and fixed my landscaping back that no one would ever know there was work done. Also, they were courteous and professional. Brent Stroud takes pride in running a good business. I would highly recommend Foundation Pro.

 + -1 moreCommunications from Brent were frequent and much appreciated. Crew often left here unattended and w/o equipment they needed. Glad to help, but this is an expensive project.
Description of Work: Brent Stroud made the process easy for us: easy to understand, easy to know what he and his team were going to do (and not going to do), and easy to talk to re: any questions/concerns. The recent weather caused some issues so the job took longer than any of us anticipated, but certainly not Foundation Pro's fault. Couldn't rate all A's across the board b/c we did have some concerns about one of the crew in general. One would expect the crew to arrive w/the tools they need to perform their work. They should not have to ask for hoses, extension cords, or screwdrivers from the homeowner. Also didn't appreciate the mess (mud, pair of muddy gloves, and pile of brick dust/mortar) left on our patio. To be sure, these are minor complaints--but the attention to detail is a concern given the task at hand. We can't see the real work and can only hope the steel piers were installed professionally.

They took the time to explain EVERY detail to me (what caused the foundation to fail in certain areas and reasons for doing that particular repair), which I SINCERELY appreciated. I won't lie ---- jackhammering through the interior foundation is a BIG, LOUD and DIRTY JOB with LARGE amounts of excavated fill dirt piled up INSIDE your home. It creates quite a mess, but they did a great job of cleaning up when they were finished. I found every.single.employee of this company to be extremely gracious, kind, thoughtful and truly dedicated to HELPING me with a very problematic foundation. They really care about job quality and your complete satisfaction. I will HIGHLY RECOMMEND them to anyone who asks!!!!

 + -1 moreThey told me that these types of cracks were of no concern and didn't need any action at this time. Brent was very professional and gave me good advice as to help prevent future issues by extending my gutter drains so water flows away from house foundation. I highly recommend them.
