Description of Work: We agreed upon a price to clean the house and what was to be done specifically. Once she completed the work, she changed the agreed upon price and asked for additional money. The second time she was to come out to clean the house, she sent someone else that we were not familiar with and with whom we did not contract with. She did a terrible job cleaning the house, It looked as if it had not been touched. I, as the man of the house, have done a better job and wife agreed. thus we have not used this person anymore, and went back to our former house cleaner even though she is Hispanic and difficult to understand because of language barrier.

Description of Work: Ruth comes to my home every 2 weeks to clean. She is dependable and professional. She is one of the few people I have met that I would allow in my home when I am away. She does a wondeful job; I have recommended her to friends and family. Michelle Welch

Description of Work: Ruth does an excellent job cleaning our house. She works in zones with an area getting a deep clean each week and the rest maintained. My wife is thrilled with the job Ruth performs and I recommend her highly.

Description of Work: Mrs. Bailey provided a deep clean for a move out. She was very thorough, and did a wonderful job! She cleaned all the kitchen appliances to a sparking shine. Cleaned out all the cabinets. (finding a pile of stuff I would have forgotten, even after 3 of us did a walk through) Cleaned all the mini-blinds. (they look brand new!) Cleaned the ceiling fans. All the bathrooms were beautiful, and all the floors were spotless. She spent quite a bit of time making sure everything was in good shape. We passed our inspection with flying colors, and the Realtor even asked for her number. :)

Description of Work: First time deep cleaning of my dirty, dusty 3000 sq ft 4 br ,3 bath home. She cleaned 3 bath rooms spotless, base boards, ceiling fans, floors, blinds, tables, counters, cabnets, vaccumed carpets, ect..ect.. Best housecleaning I have ever had.

Description of Work: This service has been doing housecleaning for us every 2 weeks for approximately the past year. On those few occasions she has not been able to arrive when scheduled she always calls in advance to let us know and to reschedule. She changes the bedclothes, dusts, vacuums, thoroughly cleans the bathrooms and kitchens and mops those areas having vinyl flooring. She also periodically cleans ceiling fans, venetian blinds and other such areas needing those "once in awhile" touchups without our having to ask her to do so. She is thorough, punctual and above all honest. The house not only is clean when she is done it looks, smells and "feels" clean. We would definitely recommend this service to anyone.

Description of Work: I would describe the service as a "move-out" cleaning. They swept, vacuumed, mopped, and thoroughly cleaned the bathrooms and kitchen. They even wiped out the cabinets and (empty except for crumbs) drawers. Oh, and don't forget the blinds in one room, they cleaned those too. They even saved me from forgetting some bake ware in the drawer beneath the oven!

Description of Work: Needed the main floor of our home cleaned before my wife returned from a week-long business trip after an ice/sleet/snow event. Ruth came for an estimate and worked her schedule to accommodate ours to do a general cleaning of hardwoods, tile, surfaces, master and a half-bath, kitchen appliances and dusted all surfaces and blinds.

Description of Work: This was an excellent experience. Ms. Bailey cleaned our 3700 square foot, two-story home single-handedly and did a wonderful job. She has an excellent eye for detail and areas were cleaned that prior cleaners had consistently missed. She is a hard worker and very thorough. She offered some other services that we did not require, such as changing sheets and doing laundry. I would recommend her over other better-known services.

Description of Work: She completely cleaned my 2,800-square-feet house from top to bottom, and made two beds.

Description of Work: Ruth cleaned my entire house, top to bottom. The house had not been cleaned in several weeks because of repair work that was being done to it. I also have difficulty with laundry due to some health issues, and she did 3 loads of laundry while she was here.

Description of Work: House cleaning - thorough cleaning in all rooms - vacuuming, dusting, mopping floors, cleaning kitchen sink, countertops and appliances, bathrooms scrubbed.

Description of Work: They repaired my damaged roof, replaced damaged fascia boards and soffits. They also painted the fascia and soffits. They replaced the gutters with new leaf guard gutters.
