They were nice and prompt and gave me a temporary air conditoner. One of the workers stepped through the ceiling but they repaired the sheet rock etc. Then someone cut my phone lines and I lost internet and all my phone jacks and had to have repairs and that was a hassle but they paid for it although most of my phone jacks could not be repaired. The air adjustments have never worked to make the house the same temperature and the dampers have not resolved the front of the house being too warm and the back too cold despite what they promised me.....

Airmasters employee, Ryan, did a fine job. Took his time and seemed to be very thorough. He did not charge me for checking for an odor that had been generated when I first turned on my AC. He was punctual and called before arriving. He put on covers over his shoes before entering the house. Overall a good a good experience.

The technician came when expected, was clean and professional. He did offer direct draft for the annual service, which drafts a small amount monthly from your checking account. He was unable to complete the entire tune-up due to a contractor doing work simultaneously in the same area. He added a safety feature to my A/C unit such that if it ever overflowed, the system would shut down rather than ruining my floors. So, I did end up spending more money than I anticipated, but am hoping this will not happen with future tune-up/service visits.

They are really good. I have used them for a couple of years now. I have an annual service agreement and I think I spend $150. I would recommend them to others. They call me to make my service appointment and they do it when it is convenient for me. They always show up on time and give me a call when they are on their way. They are always real careful around the house. I count on them to tell me exactly if I need something and I trust them that they are giving me an honest opinion and not just trying to have me spend more money on my heating and air conditioning. I think they are competitive on price. I would continue to use them in the future.

I have a contract with Airmasters where they come out twice a year to clean and maintain my heat and air conditioning. They come out in the spring to clean and check the air conditioning, and then they come out in fall to check the heating. They're always on time, do a great job and they go out of their way to make sure my specific needs are met. Last time the replaced the furnace with one they made sure fit my house's need perfectly. They are the best and the most "human" company I've dealt with. I'll keep right on using them of course.

They were great. They went in there and took out the old unit and installed the new unit with no problem.

They had already done an excellent job with the heating system in the past. I called them again. They came to replace my duct work. I had to do it under my home improvement financing options and they made that available as far as extending my credit limit in order to be able to do my duct work. All of the registers that come up to the floor, there are some adjustments that need to be made on account of resizing. Since a fire in my home in 1994 there have been issues with the duct work from the firemen spraying and other accumulative things. They installed the heating system in January in 2009.

They are very good. They are dependable and have good products. We have been customers since 1993. Their prices are competitive but probably a little bit over average.

The following describes the course of events during installation of a new return air by Airmasters in early November, 2009: We have used Airmasters for several years and have a service contract with them. Airmasters was to install a new return air vent, clean the plenum, remove old decaying insulation and replace with new insulation, cover any openings from the attic to the plenum, close any gaps from attic to ceiling vents and replace with new ventilation covers, and clean any debris left. We went over this with the service technician from Airmasters who seemed to have a good grasp of what was needed to upgrade the old plenum and correct the moisture problem in the ceiling vents. The agreed price was $1500. I asked him if he would oversee the construction and the answer was no, that a qualified construction crew would do the job. ?Would the construction crew know what to do, ?I asked? The answer was ?yes.? On the day the Airmasters construction crew was at our house, my wife called and said, ?They?re getting ready to leave.? It was about 12 noon, and she added the bedroom was a mess with a fine white power from the drywall removal everywhere, over the bed, clothes, furniture, ceiling, etc. This was the first heads up that something wasn?t right. I left work, came home and verified what she had said. She was busy vacuuming and wiping dust. I asked the two men if they had finished the work and they said ?yes?. I opened the return air to the plenum, looked in and found a mess- pieces of fiberglass insulation remained on the floor, no sealing inside had been done, the openings to the attic remained, and access to the UV light which Airmasters had installed previously was now blocked so the bulb couldn?t be changed. The crew had installed new vents in the other rooms and they looked good, but when I removed the one which had given us problems (moisture from opening in the attic pulled through the vent), I found they had just replaced the old vents with new and done nothing else, no sealant, nothing, and the problem vent was barely attached and would have eventually fallen. I called Airmasters, requesting to talk to their supervisor. I received a call from the crew?s supervisor who came to our house. I showed him the ?work? and he agreed it was inadequate. The crew went back to work under his supervision and finished around 5PM. I returned home, checked the work and determined it what we had agreed to (with the exception of dust now throughout the rooms), was now finished properly. Had I not opened the plenum and inspected it we would not have found the fiberglass litter which would be silently drawn in the HVAC system and distributed throughout our house and worse to our lungs. If I hadn?t looked into the plenum, removed the vents, this HVAC contractor would have gotten away with substandard work (or more bluntly slipshod construction). A positive note is that the following day, the quality control manager of Airmasters called and offered to clean the rooms. He also offered to come to our home to go over any other problems related to the construction. I did appreciate this response, but we didn?t take him up on the cleaning, we just didn?t want any more unknown crews in our home. He said he was addressing quality issues as this with his construction crews. A month later the bill of $1500 came promptly from Airmasters and we paid it in full. We are good for our word. I hope Airmasters in the future, is good for theirs. Always look inside your plenum after work has been done in there by any HVAC contractor. This contractor seems to have several layers of people to service a home. We will look for a contractor, perhaps smaller, so we can put a face with a name.

I got 3 estimates and Airmasters is the only company that helped me understand what I was buying. I got a phone from 2 companies that said they weer going to be late and never showed up. The other 2 companies that showed up were no comparsion in this catergory. One of those that advertises all of the time was at least 1/3 higher.The other that showed up wrote their price on the back of a business card and just left it. I did not know what I was even getting from them. I tell neverybody about Airmasters

My old system was leaking water from the coil drain pan. They attempted to repair the problem with no success. They were on time for the installation appointment and completed the install 2 hours before expected. They were a little messy with the foam and they took a few nicks out of the walls getting the old system out. A llittle dry wall compound and paint and that will be fixed.

They did seasonal maintenance. They showed up when they were supposed to, were pleasant, did the job.

POLITE AND PUNCTUAL. SEEMED TO BE DILIGENT. GOT THE DOWNSTAIRS AND UPSTAIRS UNITS MIXED UP, BUT HE WAS WORKING ON BOTH. PROBLEM APPEARS TO BE FIXED.

We called one day late in the afternoon. The appointment was made for the next day for them to arrive between 3 pm and 5 pm. Their office called just before sending the tech to verify we would be home and to let us know he was on the way. The service man arrived just after 4 pm. I could not ask for a better service man. Tim was polite and showed he was very knowledgeable. He explained the problem thoroughly. I felt completely at ease with him and felt like he cared how our system worked. I won't call anyone else.

The guys that came out to look at my unit were very thorough and made sure that nothing was wrong with the air. I checked around before I hired them, and they were quite a bit cheaper then other companies they come out twice a year for the same price as other companies that only come out one a year.

I have one of those yearly contracts. For about $85 they come inspect and clean the system. They do this every spring and my system is functioning perfectly. I plan to continue to use them, and call them if I need service.

We used their service in our family for many years, my sons uses them also at his home. We have an agreement for maintenance I believe it is $90 a visit each spring and fall. We have always gotten nice people who do good work.

We have been using Airmasters to do the yearly service check in the spring. Our system has been running well and keeping us cool. They are definitely doing what they are paid to do. The price is fair about $85 a trip. We plan to use them again next year.

I am very happy with their service and pricing. I did a lot of checking around before I hired them, and they are very fairly priced and do great work. All of the technicians do a thorough job of checking the air for problems.

They are a very well known company around here, so I thought I'd go with someone who has a lot of experience and does good work. I have never had to fix anything on my air, but I did need to I would use them.
