The appointment setter was courteous and efficient. The technician was punctual (called and came early, in fact), delightful and fast! I paid what I expected to pay and the service and overall experience were exceptional. I would definitely use this company again and recommend it to a friend.

Excellent service from the first call to his office. Laurie always is courteous and informative. They both go that extra step to insure prompt, courteous, professional and PERSONAL service! No automated phone systems with extensive menus and hold times here! No 800 numbers or giant retailers to contend with, which is a rarity these days!

We've hired Fit It Quick several times and he's never off course. He knows exactly what's happening and he fixes it immediately. He took the fan to repair it and he's bringing it back to re-install it.

Gary showed up on time, quickly assessed the problem, and made all of the necessary repairs. Friendly and professional throughout the process, I wouldn't hesitate to call him again in the future.

It went great - this is my second time to have Fix It Quick do repairs, and I wrote on both bills in my file "Great Job." I am glad to have found them and hope to remember to consider them first any time something comes up. I had to be at work, but they worked with me so I could fit it in, although they were pretty busy too --I appreciated that because I didn't have to go through the weekend without a dryer. I love that they have a real live person in the office -- Laurie, who is very pleasant and helpful --she arranged for me to be called by Mr. Ragsdale when he was on the way, and he was waiting for me when I got home. He is very nice, knowledgeable, and professional and explains things well. He got the job done fast and everything is working perfectly now.

Gary came and looked at my Whirlpool washer and was very knowledgeable. He suggested that Whirlpool make that repair because he could see the serial # was not even a year old. Also he made adjustments to our ice maker which was leaking. His house call is $30 dollars but if he makes the repair he charges he drops the $30 and charges $60 plus part plus tax. Such a professional! So nice to have an honest professional to call on.

Their service people are very friendly and professional. I have never had to call them back to redo the job and I've used them several times. The cost was covered through my home warranty.

He is a great guy. He works with my schedule. He is prompt and patient. He gives me a 30 minute window when he comes and once I was late due to traffic and he was happy to wait on me until I made it home. I have told all of my family and friends about him and my daughter has used him in the past as well. He is very trustworthy and has provided some great references in the past. He is a really good guy and I like him a lot.

This was not a very big job or a very hard job, but it still needed to be done. They really did a good job with it. As soon as we called them, they came out. They were very speedy and very polite. I would definitely recommend them to others. I thought they are a great company.

The company has always done great work for me and I have not had any complaints regarding their work. I have been using them for quite a while. The range of work they do is very wide, but unfortunately since they weren't licensed electricians, I had to use someone else for this job.

Fix It Quick came out to fix my toilet and fixed the dishwasher as well why they were here. They had to order a part for the dishwasher and the part arrived three days later and they came right back out. They also fixed the toilet in our bathroom that was leaking, which took no time at all. They were very good and are handy people to be able to call.
