Good firm on which you can rely.

They arrived at the designated time. Very professional and courteous and got the job done. In the process, he discovered a faulty outlet that could have resulted in the house being torched. I needed work done right away, on a Saturday, so I went with them. Prices seem a bit high, but time to shop.

They were very professional but late. I also felt the bid was too high for the job of lifting up 5 floor electrical covers. We provided the new covers. But overall, they did a very good job just be prepared to pay for 2 service techs vs 1.

Excellent worker. Got right on the job and finished the job in an orderly fashion, Checked all the switches in the house and made recommendations for other possible electrical work, Very personable and professional.

Not sure if I can even begin to tell you the problems I've had and continue to have with this company as they have yet to complete the job satisfactorily to the city inspector's inspection. The city's electrical inspector has been to my residence twice so far and it still hasn't passed inspection. Got the city's building inspector involved now also as the workmanship may have compromised the integrity of the structure with the shoddy workmanship. I could go on and on. A lawsuit may follow at some point.

Our technician was amazing, professional, polite, on time, and efficient. I will always recommend Mr. Sparky to everyone in my area.

They changed out the electric box and the electrical is working well. My only concern was they said a tech would be there by 10am and tech did not arrive till 3pm and was there till 8pm. The electric company turned the service off at 9am so freezers off all day. But the Mr Sparky people were very nice and I would recommend them and will use them again.
