He did complet inspection and gave me 3 quotes on what could be done. We are still deciding what route we want to take. If i get the work done i will use Mister Sparky.

Issac texted when he was on his way, introduced himself when he arrived, patiently listened to my issue, quickly diagnosed the problem, made the repair, explained to me what he was doing and why, provided a detailed warranty on his work, and did all of this with a smile. Very efficient and thorough. Was honest and didn’t try to sell me something I didn’t need. Explained everything to me and was very a kind gentleman. Checked everything out and made plan for future repairs when it’s not such freezing temperatures outside. I would highly recommend them.

The Mr.Sparky project was chirping fire alarm and there employee , Oscar Gomez, came out and took care of, at no charge and replaced battery which is conected to controll panel. . Thankful and blessed for service on-call, anytime assitance!

Daniel is honest about the cost, and his most impressive ability before the work began is his attending ability. If he did not listen to my families situation he would not haven gotten the contract. My experience is most large companies feel they are above a single residential customer and especially as a licensed electrician .
